Stayed 1 night

The person who worked up front was very rude, unwilling to help or take any accountability. I came in late at night to see if a room was available. I hoped it would be cheaper because I checked in at 10 PM instead of 3 PM but no. Then I stood there & booked through hotels.com because it was slightly cheaper. After it was done, he said it takes forty minutes to come through? He also told me to stand outside even though there was a raccoon outside. I said no I’ll just wait in the lobby because you already charged my credit card & it was freezing outside. Then he made me panic because he said it wasn’t coming through and asked me to call your support team…and I couldn’t find the number. He said it’s not his problem (even though he works in hospitality). I said your inn should not use hotels.com if you can’t guarantee a reservation even after I paid for it. I said if this doesn’t get resolved then I will have to call the police. Eventually it came through but the room I got had a door that would not close properly. I will not go back to this inn.
