The room was freezing and the heat wouldn’t turn on. We ended up having to contact the host who did not respond directly but did seem to turn on the heat remotely. The walls were paper thin and there were people yelling outside most of the night, making it very difficult to sleep. The room itself was fine, as was check in. Good location.

Very basic but okay and tidy …! Agent Enrico very helpful but what we were not told is that the building is surrounded by scaffolding!!.. so there are builders outside and therefore nobalcony to use…. Not impressed at all😞
