The listing said there was parking included, and the only reason we selected this hotel. When we arrived, the room we selected didn’t include parking (?!) and had to pay the upgrade in cash which was about double the total cost. It was a good location and unique decor, but there are many other options if price is a key factor.

Excellent breakfast and nice personnels. Little problem with the main door and the manager upgrade me in the Royal suites = really a gentleman and professional staff. Second time at this hotel and again, a great time. Salamat po !!!!

I like this place , everything is working in the room and I like the idea that you're entering a garage to get to the room. Its cool , its cheap and the staff very service minded. By far the best value for money i have ever had in Manila

We had another great stay in the Ava hotel. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast delivered to our room. We look forward to staying there agsin soon.
