The person who checked us in was unbelievably rude and cruel. She displayed her xenophobia clearly and repeatedly said we could not read when she switched our contract at the last moment.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great reception/front desk staff. The included breakfast had all the essentials: coffee, fruit, eggs, etc. The airport shuttle was super convenient. We will return!

+ Clean room that smells good. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast and coffee. - the room was cold at arrival and it is not possible to change yourself, you need to go to reception and they will change it remotely, so in the night it started to be very hot, and it is not comfortable to go to reception to change it.

The room was ok and comfortable but i couldn't get bbc world news or anything British tv on the first evening following morning no power electrics supply no breakfast in fairness it wasn't there d Fault i belive it was an external power supply issue would i stay again yes i believe so the night porter in my opinion was more interested in making personnel phone calls rather than dealing with client i think hes was bone idle it really was to much trouble to move from his chair although i think it was ok...in my opinion a beer shand and spaghetti bolonasis was expensive and tasteless
