The nouvelle Seoul hotel is very handy for its location, its moments away from itaewon hustle and bustle, if you’re a solo traveler or friends who are more social this place it’s great, if you’re a family or someone who wants more peace and quiet then this hotel may not be suited to you, its basic but clean, there’s a restaurant attached and a rooftop with great views of the city, I’ve stayed here before and would do so again because it serves my needs of somewhere close to nightlight, relatively good price and clean, there are other locations that some might find more appealing depending on their needs but this hotel is a decent choice if you’re looking into itaewon specifically

With numerous bars, clubs, and restaurants just steps away, there's never a dull moment. Plus, the convenience of having the train and bus stations within a 5-minute walk made exploring the city a breeze. 建物自体は古いですが、部屋はリノベされてて綺麗な方です。 シャンプーボディソープ、トナーと乳液まで置いてありすが、歯ブラシ等は有料です。 変換アダプターも部屋に用意されてます。 壁は、他の方も仰ってる通り薄いので、近くの部屋のテレビや騒ぐ声が聞こえますし、立地的に外からも声はします。 シャワーを浴びると、トイレの床まで水浸しになる構造は、たしかに不便です。また、トイレ用と部屋用に置いてあるゴムスリッパが汚れていて清潔感がなく、お部屋の雰囲気にもそぐわないデザインなのが残念でした。 駅からは近いですが、スーツケースを持って最後の坂はなかなかの傾斜で大変です。 梨泰院で夜遊ぶ方には抜群の立地かとおもいます。もちろんハミルトンには敵いませんが。 立地や環境、雰囲気を嘆いてるクチコミを見かけますが、梨泰院とはそういう街ですし、それはリサーチ不足かと思います。 梨泰院地区にはホテルはそう多くはありません、そんな中値段相応かとおもいます。 滞在中の部屋の掃除等、チェックインの際に聞かれます。タオルは必要ならばフロントでも掃除係の方に言えば交換してくれます。 6番線の次の駅、漢江鎮の方へ歩いて迎えば、リザーブロースターやGDC、バラブーツにMSMRもあって、買い物にもウィンドウショッピングもできます。パン屋さんやカフェも、たくさんありました。 仁川からのリムジンバスもあったり、ソウル駅からは1回の乗り換え含んで4駅ですし、タクシーでも行けます、アクセスは悪くないですが、観光メインでのベースとして好立地とは言えないかもしれません。 旅行の目的に、夜の梨泰院を含んでる方にはおすすめできます。

Motion sensing lights at night are too sensitive and too bright. The temperature was out of control. The sink basin was not near the faucet and any time you run the sink it flooded the countertop No space to get around beds. The presentation of the room is fine and the location is convenient. What disappointed me is that you can easily hear people walking down the tiled floored hallway or people closing the metal door as it just shuts loadly. This is especially a nuisance when others are leaving or returning to their rooms late at night and disrupt your sleep.

Good room. Bathroom sink needs to be replaced though, the handle fell off. Some people were talking in the hallway around 1 am which was inconsiderate. The hotel is not soundproof and they offer earplugs which is nice.

Very small room but clean. Good air-con. Ideal for single traveller for a short duration as the location is perfect for Itaewon but was a bit noisy at night. Just a few minutes walk from the Metro station.

Positives: Clean room with older, but clean towels. The location and some staff members were very helpful, while some did not speak English and barely said hello. Negatives: My room had a view of the building next to hotel. It did not allow light to enter the room. The TV remote and other room functions where in Korean without any translation cards to help facilitate function. TV was unable to be changed into English and stayed in Korean during my stay - bummer:(. I needed a room service, which did not happen. I need to mention that one of the clerks at the hotel made my day is it is it for custom and without his help or assistance, I would have left and gone to a different hotel.

Room was clean and design was nice with a large bathroom. However, the walls are so thin you could hear an ant sneeze in the next room. Every single footstep, clatter etc you could hear in the adjacent rooms. The hotel seems in need of some serious maintenance upkeep, the bathroom fan made this horrible grinding sound when it was turned on. Half of the TV screen was darker than the other half. The shower pressure was a drizzle, it rained harder than it outside. The hotel is also on a busy street filled with bars up a hill. Keep this in mind if you’re not a party person as the noise can be quite loud when you’re trying to sleep, if your neighbours are also being loud. Good in some ways, worse in others. I probably wouldn’t recommend staying here if it weren’t for how close it is to bus stop and train station.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The manager on duty was very unprofessional, walls are not sound proof as you here your neighbours, unclean and it is not a HOTEL ITS A OVERRATED MOTEL!!!! There are no amenities — don’t waste your time going there !

The staff is friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. Went above and beyond in helping me find my way around the neighborhood, as I don’t speak Korean. Room was very warm and with a heavy comforter it made sleeping w/o perspiration a little difficult. I would suggest a top sheet and comforter and the guest can choose which to use. I would choose the top sheet.

This hotel is a beautiful, classy gem sitting in an area that’s currently being renovated, with loud construction on all sides, taxis are blocked by excavators and dump trucks, the buildings across and next door are all either being torn down or will be soon. I appreciate the revitalization of this little block of itaewon, it’s just growing pains for now. The front desk staff were so helpful with excellent English. The party crowds nearby can be loud so if that bothers you, don’t stay in a party town. If you love the energy of gay bars and brunch cafes, this is a good starting point.

ホテル自体は駅からも近くてとても快適でした！フロントの方もとても親切でした！ ただ梨泰院という立地上夜女性が一人で出歩くには怖かったです。あとホテルの場所がすごく急な坂の上にあるのでヒールで歩く時やキャリーで下る時は気をつけた方が良さそうです。

이태원역에서 5분도 안걸려요. 숙소는 특별할건 없고 작지만 침대랑 배게가 편해요. 이태원에서 밤새 놀거라면 딱이예요 체크아웃 시간도 12시라 늦잠 잘 수 있어요. 원하면 레이트 체크아웃도 되는거같아요

The hotel is pretty close to the subway station, there are also so many food places and stores around the area and very close to the nightlife. My main complain is that it was noisy. I can hear people talking outside even when I close my windows. There’s also some construction noise that I hear. Other than that, it was a good stay and very convenient.

Staff very nice at check in. Room was okay, comfy bed. Bathroom needed an extra clean and would have been useful to have instructions for the toilet (one of those fancy ones with lots of buttons). Room very hot at night. Not enough plug sockets near the bed. No light switch near the bed so you have to get up to turn the lights on/off. Good location. Few minor issues with fixtures and fittings. Did not eat breakfast as to early for us, only served 7-9am.
