Great place, everything works in the room, clean bed, room is recently renovated. Had kettle and coffee machine. Pool is also refreshing during hot time. Could be improved: pool hours are short. Reception staff cannot give information about extending stay or room price. Reservation department is not open all the time.

While they only have 3 floors with rooms and 4 elevators it took over 5 minutes to and from our room. All the time even when not busy. There was no wifi at entrance. This made it impossible to connect with tour guides abs others. Pool was a wading pool not one for actual swimming plus it was not open in the evening. They ran out of towels several times.

Amazing staff all round, from Reception to housekeeping. We had 2 suites on 4th floor and our cleaners in particular, Saida and Boucha were friendly, accommodating and professional. Prompt pre arrival email responses. Excellent hotel management and no request is deemed too insignificant. Breakfast buffet is wide ranging and well laid out. Felt very safe on our first visit to Marrakesh as a family of 5 with 3 teenage daughters. Pool is relaxing and ambience is wonderful. A real oasis of calm in the heart of the bustle of downtown Marrakesh. Will definitely recommend and stay there again on return.

Room was clean. I love the separation of the toilet, shower and sink. However pur only issue with the room was a sewer like smell. Once you get off the floor from the elevator you smell the situation. It was a ohhhh noooo I can't and won't stay there issue but it was present. We concluded the area or place has bad sewage history. Besides that we loved everything. Breakfast was great. The staff excellent.

The hotel is in great location, in the middle of Gueliz, with restaurants all around, a mall under the hotel, and a big Carrefour under the mall. Great for shopping, sightseeing, and night life. Best location in Marrakesh. It felt like a real 5-star experience. The grounds are well maintained and very luxurious.

Comfortable hotel in great location. Hotel reception smelled like rotten fish. It was nauseating. The bathroom door handle did not work and 2 of us got locked in bathroom and could not get out until someone came to our rescue. Room was very basic for the money.

Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig, bequemes Bett. Balkontüre konnte nicht komplett geschlossen werden und Zimmer war zuerst etwas kalt - Techniker musste Heizung einschalten. Tiefgaragenplatz war in der Übernachtung innegriffen.

House keeping were cheap with room amenities (toilet paper, towels), no sound proof walls. Noise from neighbors all night, could even hear what their conversations. Buffet was very limited for the 280$ i payed. It’s more of a hotel where you just sleep and be out for the whole day, not for people that love to spend their days relaxing at the hotel. On the other side, the location of the hotel is well well positioned downtown, only walking distances to visit the popular spots. Would not stay their again for that price.

It is a very nice hotel with lots of good aspects. Nice pool, nice bar, good terrace, friendly staff, rooms perfectly good. Service at the bar was slow which was disappointing as the staff are friendly. We had a very good stay overall and I would have rated higher but when we checked out, an excursion that we had not taken was added to our bill. It obviously belonged to someone else. When we pointed this out it took ages for the reception team to rectify the situation. We thought this was a very clumsy mistake to make and more attention should be given by the reception team to ensure this did not happen.

Location is good, staff is very swaans helpful albeit a bit disorganized. We were supposed to be upgraded as VIP gold member but we’re not. We were supposed to be charged 300MAD but were charged 400 MAD. Note during Ramadan most of the monuments close at 3. We were not told by the hotel concierge and the permitted us to book trip from 2 to 5 and it was a waste of time and money. When informed, they said they did not know. Otherwise staff was really good and happy to help.

Another successful stay at the Radisson Blu! The customer service was spectacular, from the private car pick up from the airport to arranging the amazing excursions. They even help me find a stamp for my post card late at night and offered to post it for me. - I’ll stay with Radisson Blu again for sure!

It is funny that I was sent this review when Radisson Blu Hotel refuse to check us in because according to them our reservation was not in their system. No assistance given to solve this problem and we ended up staying at another place since your staff was not helpful and not willing to solve the problem. We waited for 4 hours for nothing.

À l’accueil aucune information pratique concernant le séjour n’a été communiquée (petit dej, piscine, ….) y compris celles liées aux avantages VIP accès auxquels nous avions droit et quand on demande la réponse est désagréable. Cet hôtel n’a rien de vip access (accueil tristeni de 5 étoiles ( pas de pantoufles, serviettes de qualité moyenne, …) Le service fournit aux clients a l’accueil est à revoir complètement.

Excellent walkable location. About 30 min walk to old town. All western world amenities are there. Staff was so helpful in getting me a taxi and negotiating price for me. Room was modern and clean.Breakfast buffet excellent. Warm pool during my Nov stay. I dont have anything bad to say.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel semble être son seul avantage (plusieurs restaurants et commerces à proximité, centre ville et lieux importants à distance correctes en voiture (10 min) ou à pied). Nous avons également apprécié l’amabilité de certains employés, la salle de sport, le lounge et notre suite junior, moderne et spacieuse (grande salle de bain avec douche, deux toilettes séparées et une immense terrasse avec vue sur les toits de Marrakech). En revanche, comment cet hôtel a-t-il pu obtenir 5 étoiles? - Le room service est déplorable : nous avons commandé des burgers froids et surgelés et deux pizzas horribles - La piscine (unique) est bien trop petite pour un hôtel de cette taille - Le petit déjeuner semble à prime abord très bien garni mais reste toutefois bien timide par rapport à d’autres hôtels du même standing (plats répétés) - le système clim/chauffage semble datée du siècle dernier (compliquée à faire fonctionner même après le passage d’un technicien) - le réfrigérateur du mini bar n’a pas fonctionné pendant 3 jours (sur un séjour de 7 jours) Bref l’hôtel n’est pas totalement « à fuir » mais ne vous attendez pas à une prestation haut de gamme digne d’un 5 étoiles mais plutôt d’un 4 étoiles.
