We paid for a superior room to have a balcony. Our room was tiny with no balcony (when you opened the wardrobe doors they touched the bed). We should have had a mini bar. No mini bar or balcony. When we spoke to the manager we’re told they have 3 superior rooms and we had 1, only 1 has a balcony and you have to email to request it. But we paid the same and got a standard room. Lovely to have the rooftop pool but very few beds so you were lucky to get one and in October the pool, although shallow, was v cold. Breakfast was fine. Staff were helpful.

We have considerable experience of Riads in Morroco. This is a very attractive building in a good location. However, we were not offered a collection service from the station, and our taxi driver could not find it. The Riad is poorly signposted and it was only after several false starts that a guide found it. We then climbed three flights of narrow stairs to find there was no welcome drinking water in the room, no information on the wifi service, and no way of contacting the staff. We were finally moved to a very pleasant room on the ground floor. So, a good hotel if the information is improved.
