Chambre sur la partie de la rue la plus bruyante. Personnel aimable et professionnelle sauf la dame en charge des soins. Piscine sur le rooftop, petite mais sympa avec une personne pour la surveillance etdes serviettes à disposition. Personnel de restaurant et réception vraiment très aimables et serviables.

Front desk staff were fantastic. Very good breakfast. Had a massage at the spa, it was excellent.

No toilet paper in room on arrival. Towels were stained. Restaurant served à traditional Moroccan dish with French Fries instead of vegetables. Pool is only open 10 am to 6 pm. Elevator was broken for a good part of our stay. The shuttle driver was lovely. Close to the Medina, square and shopping.

A decent hotel, the room and bathroom were great, nice rooftop with a small pool and a couple of loungers. The restaurant served great dinner, however I can’t say the same for the breakfast - a lot of items missing, extremely slowly refilled, I had flashbacks of supermarket shelves during Covid

This is a fairly average hotel. Our bathroom was, unfortunately, unprepared and not clean, with hairs stuck to the shower wall and no towels provided. The pool was again, average, but sadly shut at 6pm, so swimming was only possible in the full sun, and sitting on the roof terrace in the evening was not allowed. The location was fine for bars and restaurants, but not much else. Our visit was OK, but I would not return.

Manchas de pintura en las cortinas, en los marcos de ventana. Ascensor principal muy lento y el segundario esta roto por demtro y hace un ruido al cerrar las puertas que da miedo. Piscina cerrada, aunque nos avisaron que si que habria el dia siguiente a las 10 de la mañana (el check out es a las 12:00…) Desayuno muy decepcionante : zumo de naranja de bote, calidad de los productos muy pobre. Un señor de la limpieza estaba limpiando el comedor mientras desayunabamos tirandonos cubos de agua en los pies… algo desagradable. Podria haber eligido otro momento del dia para limpiar el comedor Hay mucha oferta hostelera de calidad en Marrakech y no aconsejo este hotel

La camera è ampia, dotata di frigo e ampio bagno con doccia comoda. Bella piscina al piano sesto, colazione tutto sommato buona e abbastanza varia

Dans l’ensemble assez déçues, l’accueil laisse clairement à désirer, hôtesse d’accueil à la limite du désagréable, la piscine sur le toit est vraiment petite et très peu de transat pour s’allonger et un seul parasol à disposition (cassé).

Excellent hôtel, avec une possibilité de tout faire à pied! 15 min du jardin Majorelle, Musée Yves Saint Laurent, 20 min de la Koutoubia et Place Jemaa el-Fna. L'hotel offre un petit déjeuner bon sous forme de buffet, la connexion internet est bonne, le spa est top et ce qui fait aussi son excellence c'est le personnel de l'équipe de réception, personnel du petit déjeuner, spa tout le monde est adorable mention spéciale pour Samira à la réception! Juste petit bémol sur la finesse des murs.. isolation laisse à désirer. Merci à l'équipe du Stars Hotel, les stars c'est vous !

Super, formidable séjour, hôtel propre et le personnel est tellement gentil et serviable! Pensée à Khalid et à tout le personnel de restauration qui est à été extrêmement gentil pendant tout notre séjour, nous avons déjà hâte de revenir. L’hôtel dispose d’une piscine en rooftop avec une vue à 360 degrés et un spa en sous-sol. La chambre est grande et climatisée, le service parfait Encore merci, on se revoit vite !

The hotel was not to our liking. The bed was hard as rock. The pillows were horrible. The room had bugs. The water was brown. Could not take a bath due to brown water. The bedding was not good. The breakfast was terrible. The waitress tried robbing me. The tour guide was great.

I was a little apprehensive as some of the reviews were very mixed but honestly this hotel was super for us staying for 4 nights in the new town before moving onto a Riad in the Medina. It is so clean and well kept, fantastic value for money. We had a suite with a jacuzzi and the room and bathroom was MASSIVE , air con worked perfectly and no water pressure issues like some reviews mentioned and room was certainly not tatty. Everything worked perfectly. Gorgeous roof top pool of a more than adequate size , towels handed out by the sun loungers. Breakfast was adequate , fresh omelettes on request and boiled eggs and plenty of bread. No alcohol tho served but there’s a fridge in the room and a fantastic supermarket a short walk away were we picked up some beers and some wine to enjoy on our balcony. Amazing restaurants within walking distance such as Barometre , Al Fassia and La Trattoria. Also a bar within walking distance the Chesterfield. We also walked to Garden Majorelle so it’s very central. Staff super friendly and helpful. Gorgeous breakfast area also. My only negative the bed was hard and so were the pillows but the bed in our Riad was also hard as it turned out so maybe that’s the way the Moroccan people like their beds. I would definitely return. Amazing value , well kept hotel.

Súper bien ubicado se puede acceder a la mayoría de atractivos caminando. Sin embargo, considero que al cuarto le hacia falta más aseo.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was spacious but the bathroom was in a bad condition.

Pictures doesn't represent the hotel. The bathroom was disgusting, poor service, alot of noises at night. Poor furniture. They should do some renovations. The breakfast was just okay.

Bedroom was clean and very comfortable with cool air conditioning. It needs to walk about 20 minutes to the Square and open market (Souk). Its a bit hard walking under the strong sun.

Excellent room, AC very effective. Scenic rooftop pool and reception staff very welcoming. The one thing I’d change is that the auto lights in the corridors had a habit of switching off very quickly, so often you would be walking around the hotel in darkness.

Habitué de Marrakech, j'étais un peu déçu. Pour ce prix on peut trouver beaucoup mieux. Ma chambre très mal isolée et on entend chaque bruit de l'extérieur. Impossible de dormir correctement! Dans la salle de bain ça sent très mauvais. Pendant mon séjour la piscine sur le toit fermé 2 jours donc j'ai pû profiter juste une journée. La piscine dans le spa est très jolie mais malheureusement elle était froide et il fallait payer en plus donc c'était pas la peine. Par contre les gens qui travaillent à l'hôtel sont adorables et serviables. Le petit déjeuner sur là carte très bien.

Hôtel bien situé, serviettes trop petites, manque une bouilloire et du café, thé dans la chambre. Réveille plusieurs fois dans la nuit par le bruit des voisins. Hôtel mal isolé, on entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins. C’est bien dommage. Petit-déjeuner est pas mal. Dommage pas de vrai jus d’oranges

Whilst the staff were friendly, they were unable to really help when things started to go wrong. Arrival to the hotel was OK, arranged a taxi transfer last minute (£15) that was welcome, rather than having to deal with the hordes at the airport. It was once I got to the 5th floor room (top of hotel) that things started to unravel. It was obvious an effort had been made to finish the room off to a high standard, but the decor was wanting with rough edges and laxidaisical grouting. The balcony, whilst nice, had windows that wouldn't shut so a cold breeze stayed with me all night! So despite air con in the room it never warmed up. It also didn't help that there was no running water in the taps or shower, although the toilet flushed OK. I asked about this and was advised this was being repaired. 2 hours later there was water - albeit more air than water with lots of 'passing wind' noise from both shower and basin. All the while the 'hot' water remained tepid at best. Then on trying to sleep the noise started. Opposite was a building under construction - and didn't i know it. Bangs and noise all night, that became louder as the day shift started at 0700. On 'waking' i then tried breakfast - not quite the buffet i was expecting from the advertised. Very limited pastry offerings with little else. Once more the water was off. I raised my issues with reception staff, who were friendly, but were either uninterested or powerless to help. I then booked into Le Meridien

Excellent customer service- everyone was so welcoming and lovely! Especially the bellman Khalid- always greeted me and my partner with a big smile and treated us like good friends. The rooms are all clean and spacious. A highlight was the Saturday buffet- great value for money.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour a l'hôtel. Le personnel est tres agréable, le petit déjeuner est correct. L'emplacement de l'hotel permet de rejoindre la Medina à pieds, nous sommes très satisfaits de notre choix. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en extérieure. Seul bémol, nous avions réservé à notre arrivée à l'aéroport un transport privé vers l'hôtel, qui avait été confirmé par l'hôtel mais qui n'est jamais venu, nous avons dû prendre un taxi.

Very welcoming. Reception staff were excellent. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Nice and quiet property and quite safe.

The wifi was unavailable during my entire stay. It was over 100 degrees during our stay and my air i conditioner and lighting didn’t work and the staff refused to move me to another room and instead made me wait while they resolved the issues. The receptionist named samina was rude and unhelpful.

Nous avons passé un séjour super sympa à Marrakech ! Tout était au top le personnel était vraiment accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour nous aider. Le service proposé était irréprochable, que ce soit au niveau de l’hébergement, de la restauration on s’est senti comme chez nous du début à la fin. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Lovely hotel. Welcomed by khalid and samera and very polite and helpful during our stay. They helped us without hesitation and recommended places and how to get there. Throughout our stay they were very polite.

Enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome by Khaled at the front desk. Had a mini incident with another guest who mistaken our room for his but the matter was quickly resolved by the manager (Abdelwahab) who was extremely polite and very professional. Made us feel comfortable and assured we had everything to enjoy our time while visiting. The breakfast had a variety of foods and staff are very attentive and nice. Definitely recommend this hotel for it’s convenient location and friendly service.

The hotel was nice and clean with lovely staffs especially the manager Samira she was very helpful and kind. I was also impressed with the food 💥

Hotel was reasonably clean, everything was fine, just not anything special. It felt quite expensive for what I got, especially when there are so many cheaper options available. The service was very slow. Breakfast was mediocre.

L'hôtel est très beau, décoré avec goût. La chambre avec jacuzzi était vraiment très grande et propre. Le personnel est très gentil. Nous sommes juste très déçus du petit-déjeuner buffet : les viennoiseries étaient sèches et dures, très peu de choix de boissons chaudes et si vous désirez un cappuccino ou expresso ou encore des pancakes il faut payer des extras, nous avons trouvé ça un peu scandaleux.
