The hotel seems pretty new. The area has new buildings being built so must be an up and coming section of Bowling Green. It has a good size pool and free evening drinks/snacks. The free breakfast was actually pretty good. The omelette station was tasty! Huge hotel with huge lobby and modern design. The rooms were spacious too with separate living room/kitchen area from the bedroom. Great choice!

This hotel is THE awesome spot to stop on our way north from Florida to Midwest. The staff was very pleasant and they have a superior happy hour with free drinks. We very much enjoyed the social period in the spacious & beautiful lounge area. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great steak house attached to the hotel!! Highly recommend

So far this hotel is wonderful!! It is beautiful from the moment you step foot in the door. It seems super high class and spacious, with snacks and extras available for purchase. The complimentary drink tickets were a nice bonus, but unfortunately you are only able to use them for an hour and a half, which happened to be the time we were out to dinner. So that was a bummer to not be able to use those. The room itself was very nice and welcoming. Seems roomy and the bathroom is large. The bathroom floor however was wet and very sticky near the toilet/shower area which did not make the best impression on me. I think this hotel is very nice and elegant, offers some finer amenities, but could definitely improve in cleanliness to get on par with the level of hotel they are supposed to be. All in all, I would absolutely stay here again and I would recommend to friends in hopes that these are some issues that could be improved, or hopefully it is not a common experience when staying here.

My room had left over beef sandwiches in the fridge from a previous guest. The shampoo bottle was completely empty and the body wash was missing. Expedia said this was supposed to be a 4.5 star hotel. It’s a 2 star hotel. Will not return.

Beautiful hotel in Bowling Green close to Mammoth and Lost River Cave. Unfortunately they need to do a better job with cleaning. Our room was spacious and overall looked clean but the floors where sticky. Breakfast was ok but same issue, sticky sticky floors. We also watched as one of the breakfast staff 'cleaned' every surface using a dirty wet rag, nasty! I also don't understand why they would allow dogs on all floors of this hotel, barking dogs on 3rd floor all night!??

This is a superficially great hotel - new, aesthetically pleasing, good included breakfast and evening snacks. The location is wonderful and the pool and gym were nice. However upon closer look, the room was dirty (corners in bathroom were disgusting and there was hair in the drawers), and our room was only cleaned once. The second day, the maid only replaced towels and emptied garbage. Beds left unmade, counters/bathrooms not cleaned, floors not vacuumed.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. We found some issues with our room. The shower was dirty. The sofa bed had a ton of crumbs and we had to have housekeeping come clean it off. We typically do our own cleaning when we go to hotels so the shower wasn’t a big deal but the sofa bed was crazy. Apparently we sprayed a ton of Lysol and it set off the CO2 alarm. Maintenance came and disconnected the alarm. We slept 2 nights without a CO2 monitor. We survived though. Other than that the stay was decent and would stay again.

The hotel was very clean, room was spacious, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. The restaurant, Tony’s was very good! Honestly the hotel was great. My only negative was that when it came to sleeping in it was almost impossible. The doors on the rooms are very loud so it seemed like every few minutes you would hear a door slam and it was very obnoxious.

The room was fantastic. It was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby was also very nice and service was friendly. We chose this hotel because of the full breakfast but when we got there it was a madhouse (very loud and overcrowded) and there was a 45 minute wait to have anything made. There was also a used coffee filter in our in room coffee maker. We saw another suites hotel nearby and the Embassy Suites was by far and away much nicer but the breakfast experience definitely put us off. It’s probably best to go when there isn’t a Western Kentucky football game on the schedule.

It was a family stay for Christmas. The place itself very nice. The staff, very nice. My complaints: The tv in the lounge area in our room would turn on but not allow you to see any channels, stayed on a blank help screen. Called to front desk, sent a maintenance guy up? He was nice but clueless too. Said the tech guy was on vacation. He stayed 20 mins couldn't get it figured out. I ended up googling alot on my own and got it fgiured out. Was stressful. The two queen beds appeared very nice. However, super uncomfortable. Very hard mattress. At bedtime the lights from the fountain outside were so bright. No matter how you tried closing the curtains, they dont close all the way at all.

It was lovely the entire staff was gracious and kind to me and my family. The breakfast waitresses were awesome and the front desk were super helpful and provided me with a charger to borrow and printed items I needed. The housekeepers were also very kind and complimented my kids. All in all we had a ball, if I'm driving through Bowling Green and in search of a great place to stay I'll definitely stop here.

Took 30 minutes to check in due to “computer issues”. Girls behind the desk were laughing and never apologized. I understand problems happen but there’s a best way to handle it and laughing is not it. Especially when it’s a $200 hotel room in an area where most are $100. Will not stay here again

We arrived at 11 pm and were given a room. Went up and there were already people in it. Front desk told us there weren’t any rooms available, even tho we had called earlier to confirm our reservation. Had to wait an hour for them to figure out the issue. Not a good thing when you’ve been driving for 12 hours and just want to sleep.

Check-in took 40 minutes due to incompetence with the system, and when my reservation was finally located no apology was offered for my inconvenience (after a 7 hour drive). Byron (GM) stated "I don't respond well under pressure"... unbelievable. Not one of the 3 front desk staff displayed kindness, courtesy, or empathy, which are pillars in hospitality. Room 401 was nicely appointed, medium firm mattress and down alternative pillows. Its a newer hotel so there is very little wear and tear. Soft close toilet seats and semi-strong water pressure. Dead flies in light fixture above table indicates lack of inspection. Tony's restaurant attached to the hotel was a high point, the Rig-a-Tony was devine and Sea Bass was outstanding but the barley will give you gas. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu options, and the in-suite dining worked out perfectly and was delivered within 30 minutes. Definitely will NOT support the Hotel again, for $340.00 (including tax), I expect customer service. As for Tony's, I look forward to dining in the restaurant every time I'm in town.

Great place to stay in Bowling Green. The hotel is modern and beautiful. We had a king suite and the room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Loved the height of the ceilings, did not feel like your traditional hotel room. Breakfast was included although we did not make it down for that. Would absolutely stay here again if we ever end up back in the area.

Beautiful new hotel. Very friendly staff, all the amenities we needed, close to local restaurants and shops. This was our base for our visit to Mammoth Cave and Hidden River Cave, each just an easy 30min drive away. Highly recommend this hotel!

This Embassy did not disappoint. The sister hostess team at breakfast were friendly and helpful. Breakfast made to order was a nice break from the usual high carb high fat fare at hotels. Impressive lobby with free bottled water. Our King room was spacious. And we enjoyed our free drinks at happy hour.

TV worked half of the time. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. When we asked the Attendant about getting them replaced, she told us that it wasn't her job and to call the front desk. Food was the worst we have ever experienced at an Embassy Hotel. Potatoes tasted like cardboard and everything was cold.
