No trollies. The desk clerk was kind enough to help us up with our bags. It appeared to have close highway access, but it did not. We had to go around the world to get there and then back around the world to get back on the highway.

Worst hotel experience ever. Hotel renovation while we were there - minimal parking due to construction containers. Workers entered room and removed curtains while we were out. Smoke detector covered up for days.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was newly renovated. The suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. The pool room had plenty of towels and it was clean. Also, the pool closes at 11 pm, which is a reasonable time. Overall, I would recommend that hotel. I would definitely book again.

Staff was good however the pool was NASTY. As soon as you walk into the pool room, the chlorine smell was enough to gag. Once around the pool we could not see the bottom. Although not "slimey" still nasty. An IMMEDIATE shower was a necessity.

The hotel was in a great location. Everything from the front entrance up to my hotel room was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Check was a breeze. My only complaint is a saw a roach in the lobby area, and I didn’t know this hotel allow pets. Those two things made me uncomfortable and I didn’t want to sleep in the bed after I saw them. I won’t stay there again for those reasons only.

My favorite thing about this property was the friendliness of the staff, we could not have ask for a better staff. There were items in my room broken. The desk chair arm, the coffee tables leg was very loose. And the flooring could have used a really good cleaning.

Everything was great from the front desk to breakfast. My only complaint would be hair all over the bathroom floor. Other than that everything was clean, staff was great, breakfast was great and loved the Christmas decorations. The tree was beautiful.

I had to complain about noise above my room. The phone in my room didn’t work, I had to get dressed and go to the front desk to complain about the noise. The noise continued, I am very disappointed and surprised with my stay so far. Hampton is usually top notch.🙁

Wonderful, lovely room and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. Always stay here when I’m traveling. One caveat though, the toilets are abnormally low to the ground. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Room was nice and comfortable and the free breakfast included hot entrees. The design of the bathroom was awkward with the door mounted at a 45 degree angle to the bathroom. Since the door opens into the bathroom, you had to stand near the toilet in order to close the door.

On a trip up north, we needed just one night to stay before starting the second half of our trip the next day. We chose this hotel because I feel like you can trust and brand the pictures looked nice. It was actually even nicer than it looked in the pictures! New and/or updated, this hotel had a modern, trendy feel downstairs in the lobby. Our room was clean and updated. There was plenty of space, along with a TV, Refrigerator, and Microwave. The shower was a newer shower only, which I love, as there is a lot more room and they just tend to feel cleaner. If passing through again, we would definitely stay here!

Beautiful hotel! The woman at check-in was incredibly kind, and helpful. Super friendly with my chatty 8 year old. The suite we stayed in was clean and comfy, the TV was huge and the wifi was easy to log on to. Breakfast was free and super nice. Lots of food choices and a very nice dinning area. 10/10 would stay here again.

I absolutely loved this hotel& the employees. They were great. Seriously. Smoothest check-in process I've EVER had. I stay in Tons of hotels a year. I walked in at 9pm after driving for 8 hours. They had my 3 rooms ready, no problems, keys ready. Correct rooms. It was SO nice. Check in took like 3-5 minutes tops! Rooms were clean. The only complaint was the door was very hard to close on one room. In the wheelchair accessible room, the hide-a-bed mattress was very very stained. With what appeared to be urine. I used the mattress pad plus 4 sheets & towels to cover it. Overall though it was a great stay. I cant speak on breakfast as we didn't eat it. But employees were super friendly & accommodating! Area was safe as well!

We had a minor issue with our toilet in our room. Jeremy the front desk clerk came and looked at it then switched us to another room. He was wonderful!! Also, the three ladies that were doing the breakfast were outstanding and so friendly! I definitely would return if I am ever in this area again.

The front desk employee was not friendly at all when we checked in. I booked 2 rooms. 1 was a king and the other was supposed to be 2 queens. We got 2 kings instead. We had to sleep 2 kids and 2 adults in 1 bed...not fun. Breakfast was not good

Hampton inn is usually great but this was not a great experience. At check-in the desk staff was friendly but did not know how to handle my prepaid reservation from Expedia and tried to charge me for the room until I showed my receipt then they had to get a supervisor involved. The a/c unit was too close to thermostat so the room never really cooled off - a poor design and bad situation considering how humid it was outside. The next morning there was no coffee. This property needs to get it together.

I cannot tell you how much this property distinguished itself because of its staff. I travel for business, all around the world, and I don’t think I’ve ever visited a hotel with a staff so welcoming and warm. Check-in was friendly and a breeze, but they really distinguished themselves on the morning crew. Starting with Karen (?) in breakfast to the precious young lady working front desk (sorry, I wish I got her name), we were blown away. Thank you so much, Hampton Inn Barnes Crossing Tupelo for going way above and beyond for my family and me.

Room was clean, spacious nice, probably the only complaint would be the bed not the most comfortable. The staff were amazing, the most helpful I probably encountered in a long time. From the FD, breakfast attendant, to housekeeping.TY it makes a difference. AAnd the Christmas decor was amazing

Very friendly staff during checkin around 7pm. However our room was next to a room with a dog that barked often until around 9pm. Then at 9:45pm some idiot family on the floor above us allowed their child, or elephant or marching band to run and jump CONSTANTLY until midnight. I tried calling front desk multiple times. Let it ring 5 minutes and never answered. Terrible. Highly recommend finding another hotel.

Fantastic new property. It’s just a few blocks away from shopping and dining, but there’s nothing near the hotel. I’m guessing they’re planning for more growth around them. Most important, it was the most comfortable night’s sleep in an amazingly soft but supportive bed!

This was an overnight stop for our family. The hotel appears to be nearly new. Everything was clean and in like-new condition. Many places to eat close to hotel. Easy to navigate the area and close to highway access.

The only thing that made this less than a 5 star stay was the breakfast. The bisquits were cold, the sausage was barely warm and the omlettes tasted different than usual. Everyone was super nice, the coffee was great, the check in and paying the room before we came was super easy...all in all like a 4.5 out of 5
