Infested with roaches. Room was not cleaned.

The front desk staff was great. There was a mix up with my room and reservations and he corrected it with no hesitation. The room was filled with stale smoke ( I requested a non smoking room due to respiratory illness). I tried disinfected spray, gain fabric sheets in the vents of the air conditioner and it still didn’t help. They fridge was unclean in the freezer area and there were several roaches and spiders crawling around through out the two days we were there. The parking was really good too.

On the plus side; the shower had hot water and good pressure, the room heater worked well, and the bed sheets appeared to be clean. On the down side; check-in is painfully slow and occurs through a bullet proof window, grounds were littered, trash cans were overflowing, room floors were filthy, vanity tops and cabinets were dirty/sticky, walls and doors had holes.
