Where do I start this review? From the constant fecal smell of the bathroom or the 12 flights of stair with 144 steps to climb due to a broken lift? The members of staff were super apologetic and wonderful but that was about it really Needless to say, I m not coming back!

Receptionisten havde svært ved at finde ud af han computer og var længe om at chercke os ind, der var andre der havde problemer med at få deres nøglekort til at virke. P-pladsen var MEGET dyr. Elevatoren var meget langsom.

Superfreundliches Personal egal zu welcher Uhrzeit, stets hilfsbereit. Unterkunft ist direkt am Alex, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Späti sogar um die Ecke. Unterkunft zieht richtig cool aus, Zimmer sehr sauber. Klima funktioniert einwandfrei und Parkplätze im Hinterhof auch zu haben. Man kann auch Fahrräder mieten, das ist auch super. Direkt nebendran ist ein Falafel Laden sowie ATM Automat. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

The hotel is overall not bad. Staff is also good. But the hotel is very old, there’s only one elevator but still very slow and old( It takes 5 minutes to go down/up. And the room’s heating system doesn’t work well, rooms are cold. Not recommended for long stayings. Only for short stayings could be good. Staff is really nice!

Room wasn’t really cleaned on daily basis. Beds weren’t made just duvet spread and my duvet had some blood on it when I arrived and had to use that for four nights. Floors could do with a clean

Pulgas en la habitación, tenían una plaga de pulgas, una infestación de pulgas (bed bugs) en el cuarto, me enviaron a otro hotel. Me di cuenta en la madrugada que me levanté al baño que habían salido las pulgas y estaban por todas partes, bajé a recepción y reclamé, también lo reporté a las autoridades. Pésimo hotel, las pulgas salen en la madrugada, no salen de día.

Die Dusche war in einem schrecklichen Zustand. Schimmer an den Duschwänden, Wasser lief nicht ab und die Spender waren leer. Matratzen waren mehr als durchgelegen und es war extrem laut. Weil gefühlt gar keine Schallisolierung vorhanden ist. Das einzig Gute ist die Lage.

The beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was just acceptable. The location was superb. The room was pretty basic. The photographs online make it look better than it is. If you are looking for a central Berlin base and are only planning on sleeping here, it will be great. Lots of lovely cafes nearby. We didn’t drink or dine at the hotel.

Great location to transport, dining, sites and shopping. Female staff at reception rude and not helpful. Male staff excellent. Beds sag in middle, need update, room large and spacious, bathroom large, but shower small and unable to shave legs (for all those female travelers). Overall good stay and would stay again.

Klimaanlage kann nur aus gemacht werden wenn man nicht die Zimmerkarte in den Stromaktivierung steckt, ergo man kann sein Handy nachts nicht laden. Ansonsten ist die Klimaanlage dauerhaft an, man kann sie runter drehen aber nicht ganz aus. Fenster außerdem stark verzogen das man diese mit voller Wucht zubauen muss damit sie richtig schließen.

The room was extremely small. I had two suitcases with me as I was traveling back to the US and I could not even fit them in the room. I had to place the big suitcase into the bathroom and a small carry-on suitcase in the actual bedroom. Based on the picture and the single bed, I figured that the room would be small, but not that small. If you’re just traveling with a backpack, it’s probably totally fine or you need to plan ahead when packing so that you have a separate bag just for this hotel stay if it’s just like one night. Overall, I probably would not stay there again as for maybe $5 to $10 more I can book a much nicer property with bigger rooms.

Después de nuestra llegada sobre las 1300horas, nos informan que la habitación no estará lista hasta las 1500horas. Dejamos el equipaje y fuimos a comer. A la vuelta, "aparece" una excusa técnica y nos informan que no podemos quedarnos, por lo que ofrecen otro hotel o el reembolso de la reserva, PAGADA DESDE HACIA VARIOS MESES. Ese fin de semana en Berlín se celebraba la final four de basket y la final copa alemana, así que, con la reserva PAGADA HACE MESES,, acabamos en un hotel (decente, eso sí) pero en las afueras de Berlín. En tranvía tardábamos como 40 minutos en llegar a Alexanderplatz.

We payed and booked this hotel 3 months in advance. On our arrival day we received an email saying that de have changed us to another hotel and since payment already have been done, there were no need for additional payment. The new hotel was placed 10 km further from the center of Berlin and was only half price, which Greet Hotel had no interest in paying back. We tried emailing them back, calling them but no response before hours later telling us to come to Greet Hotel. When we arrived they pushed us to a new hotel, but that hotel didn’t have room for us, so we were sent back again, where they finally found our rooms. I cannot recommend this hotel. They handled this very very poorly and didn’t even make a phone call to explain, ask or say sorry!

Room was clean and tidy, shower was good, staff were really nice. Location is amazing (just a few minutes walk from Alexanderplatz u-bahn station). We had an issue on check-in where we were given the wrong room, but also their computers were having issues and the staff member did the best they could given the circumstances (a quick change of room and all sorted). I would recommend this property for visiting Berlin.

This hotel is awesome! Prime location, easy access to Alexanderplatz, the metro and trams, and in a very walkable area of Berlin. AC was a nice bonus too, and the shower and bathroom was very nice.

We wanted a low cost option in central Berlin. This fitted the bill. Basic but comfortable. Enjoyed breakfast (at additional charge) and room was warm at night (air conditioning didn’t appear to work).
