Had some issue with the initial room, but after contacting the reception, I received a free upgraded room, and the next day, I received a wonderful fruit basket from the reception that was much appreciated, and decided to stay one more night.

El hotel se `publicitaba con aire acondicionado en las habitaciones (doble confort), pero no es así, y la temperatura en verano ronda los 30 grados. Aparte de ello, el hotel necesita una renovación. Como ejemplo, en la mesilla había un teléfono, pero con la pantalla electrónica arrancada, y sobre todo, sin cable conectado! Que desidia!. Cuando lo dije en recepción, dijeron que ya lo sabían. En cuanto al spa, que parece ser estaba incluido, las piscinas estaban saturadas de gente. Idem el desayuno buffet, de calidad media. Hay tres hoteles similares de la misma cadena, por lo visto el mejor debe ser el Afrodita, ya que tiene 4 estrellas, mientras que este, el Diana, tiene 3 estrellas. Son tres edificios bastante horribles de unos 15 pisos, pero en un entorno de montaña y rio muy bonito. OJO, el parking simplemente imposible, esta saturado. Así que da igual que sea gratis.
