The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff was especially friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. The shower was amazing

Our room was 5 star. Room smelled very clean upon entering and was spotless. Beautiful views and the elevators were very responsive. Breakfast was very good with nice selection! Only complaint was the valet parking. Having to wait for our vehicle when we were ready to leave or sitting in the street waiting to be able to pull in wasnt what we were expecting.

Great location and a very nice new hotel, unlike many others on the boardwalk

The front desk had very unfriendly workers that were not very helpful. We came an hour before the 4pm check in and were told they did not have a room, so we had to wait. Meanwhile multiple people came in right after us and received their rooms. I then went back up to another worker and she said there was a room ready. Then during our stay, we had an issue with smoke coming into our room from another room. We reported it to front desk, they were not very concerned and seemed annoyed that we had a problem with it. On our third day, there was NO WATER in the hotel. They literally put a not under our door making a joke about it and saying that we had be strategic about when we flush our toilet because we only had one flush. This was crazy to me! We were paying for a hotel that did not have running water from 10 am-5pm. The best thing about this stay was the breakfast staff! Those ladies were so kind, attentive and warm. They were the epitome of what hospitality should look like and feel like.
