The front desk is fantastic, but this is a boutique hotel with basic amenities. Architecture is interesting. Close in the center of León. For the price, you could essentially go to any top tier hotel.

La relación calidad-precio, deja mucho que desear, el hotel se ve descuidado en su apariencia interna, la habitación que me toco, era un congelador literal, el tener calentadores portátiles seria un plus. El agua de la alberca siempre fría y agradeceríamos si pusieran amenidades para las tinas.

Muy bonita propiedad y bien ubicada en el centro histórico de la ciudad. El estacionamiento tiene espacio limitado pero el personal de valet parking te asiste en todo momento. Desafortunadamente no todos los servicios encuentran disponibles: el restaurante solamente atiende para desayunos, no hay servicio cuartos ni bar. Lo mejor en nuestra experiencia fue la atención del personal

The property was very nice I loved the aesthetic. But the surrounding areas seemed pretty shady. Also the bathroom shower wasn’t very clean. There was dust and some dirt in and around the toilet and bathroom. And the bed was not comfortable at all.

El hotel es precioso, el staff muy amable sin embargo las condiciones sonoras de la estructura son terribles, a las 8 AM inician a preparar el restaurante para desayuno y se escucha todo. A las 9 AM que llegan los comensales se siente como que están desayunando dentro de la recámara. Si tu idea es dormir, hasta tarde, no es una opción. Todas las habitaciones están en la misma condición.

We stayed there for 7 nights. The staff was amazing. The hotel inside was beautiful and only a 10 minute walk from Centro. The only concern my wife had was the lighting in the room. We stayed there for 7 nights. The staff was amazing. The hotel inside was beautiful and only a 10 minute walk from Centro. The only concern my wife had was the lighting in the room. She wished they had a some kind of makeup mirror with a bright light. Considering that was the only concern we would definitely come back.

The property was very nice I loved the aesthetic. But the surrounding areas seemed pretty shady. Also the bathroom shower wasn’t very clean. There was dust and some dirt in and around the toilet and bathroom. And the bed was not comfortable at all.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was not too sure about it, so I only booked one night! After staying there, we de used to extend our time here. It is very convenient! The rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming, and beds are super comfortable. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar! Andar, our bartender was great! The front office suggested we go try Las tias restaurant for lunch! We did, and we were super satisfied! Strongly recommend this place!

ELENA de COBRE is a beautiful hotel. The restaurant is good but I personally enjoy a beer with my tacos and a glass of wine with my steak. There is no alcohol here. Also the room descriptions on Expedia and the hotels website are different so there's a chance you'll end up with a different room than expected.

What a hidden gem! The service from the moment we arrived was impeccable. Such a kind and friendly staff. We felt so welcomed. They let us have a very late dinner. Food and drinks - incredible! And of course, the design is out of this world. Highly recommend.
