El único problema es que hay poco estacionamiento y si llegás en la noche es probable que ya no encuentres estacionamiento y afuera no es seguro, tristemente en Querétaro en el área del centro se roban autos.

Es un hotel que ya tiene sus años y se ve en sus habitaciones, no lo recomiendo para descansar, la cama esta terriblemente incomoda, está super dura, en la noche desperte con mucha comezón en los brazos y espalda por que habia chinches. Lamentablemente no leí las opiniones antes de hospedarme y después ví que tienen varias comentarios con el mismo problema. No cabe duda Que tratan de mantenerlo limpio pero ya estan infestados. Deberían prestar atención a ese detalle. No tenía caso ir a reclamar esa noche ya que era mi check out ese día, y aunque me hubieran cambiado de habitación no hubiera confiado. Ya que no creo que sea solo una habitación la que tenga ese problema.

Tuvimos que salir de madrugada a buscar otro hotel porque las camas tienen chinches, el personal de recepción totalmente indiferente, su "oferta" era darnos otra habitación en el mismo hotel. Las instalaciones son sucias y el hotel deteriorado, si pueden elegir... elijan otro!

The hotel is ok. The street noise in the hotel room was too loud and kept you from sleeping. The first night we were in the second floor and noise of the traffic didn’t stop until 3 o 4am. We requested to move to a higher floor and it was much better. If you are sensitive to loud noise this is not your hotel. We request the 4th or 5th floor and it was bad but I took a sleeping pill. The personal was extremely helpful and kind.

En ambas situaciones no se cobró ningún cargo adicional. Gracias. LA SALIDA DEL CHORRO DE AGUA DE LA REGADERA ESTABA DIRIGIDA HACIA LA PUERTA DE ENTRADA DE TAL MANERA QUE SE INUNDÓ EL PISO DEL BAÑO. POR LA ALTURA DE SALIDA DEL AGUA. NO FUE POSIBLE CAMBIAR O REAJUSTAR LA DIRECCIÓN DEL CHORRO. AFORTUNADAMENTE LA HABITACIÓN FUE OCUPADA SOLO POR UNA PERSONA. SI HUBIERAN SIDO DOS O MÁS PERSONAS. Es un hotel bastante viejo , ya pasaron sus mejores días, y no ha sido remodelado. La habitación es ampliada eso está muy bien, solo si le hace falta una remodelación , mínimo pintarla. Es un hotel muy bien ubicado.

Staff ignored me and checked in 3 sports teams when many of them came in after me. Zero towels in room upon check in, took a while. Shower head so mineralized, could not move it. Only a few water jet holes open, so the rest would drill painfully into your skin. Not the hotel's fault, but you can wait 30-40 minutes for a taxi.

En el paquete ofrecen descuento en alimentos y no lo proporcionan porque dicen en recepción que es promoción vieja. Querían cobrar una noche porque decían que no estaba pagada. Después de mucho rato de verificar en recepción dijeron que una disculpa, que ya habían verificado que estaba pagada la estancia. Pérdida de tiempo

El check-in rapidísimo y sin problemas, el desayuno 10/10, la habitación limpia, el baño muy bien y limpio, las almohadas y cobijas muy bien aunque la cama se sentía algo dura.

The room was quiet clean and relaxing. Nice clean bathroom also. The window had a good view of the party across the street. Lots of shopping and dining options in the area. It’s safe to walk around during daylight hours and after dark using common sense.
