Great for early morning flights. I feel warm and uncomfortable when the retractable privacy cover is close. I slept with no shirt on and have to leave the cover open to let the cool air circulate inside the pod. I like the privacy of each shower cubicle. There’s a locker for one standard check in luggage and one carry on bag. Some extra space for a small backpack. No room for extra large baggage.

I've stayed at capsule hotels before so im okay with the concept- Its a basic tossup if you get noisy people in your room you might be woken up constantly. If not ypu might sleep okay. But this particular hotel had older version pods with no in unit alarm/lighting, tv, and worse of all no door! Just a curtain. The bathroom shower had mold everywhere. The pillow and mattress were awful and uncomfortable.

The shower room is not clean. Too much people getting and out for shower. Too wet in the floor around the shower area, can be dangerous. This place don’t have dinning area and no lounge room that we can sit for relaxing, no to have a phone call or having a coffee. The locker is too small for a biggest luggage, can fit for 1 normal luggage 1 small carryon 1 small backpack. If you have no choice to stay for emergency 1 night I would recommend it. Too expensive for that type of stay. Hotel is better then capsule.

This was an awesome place to stay overnight to catch a flight the next day. Clean and quiet. Slippers, sleeping gown, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels provided, and the showers were supplied with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Even ear plugs were free.

設備は充実しているのでシャワーして寝るだけという場合には問題ないと思います。仕方ないと思うが、他者の話し声や携帯の着信音・アラームの音により起こされることもあった。耳栓の配布があれば尚良しだと思う。また、コンセント差し込み口が一つしかないので複数の機器を充電したい場合はマルチタップが必要である。寝床周辺は非常に清潔で、枕が寝やすいものであった。

As soon as I entered, there was a moldy smell, and fans were running everywhere. The toilets and showers were dirty, with puddles of water in the shower area. The sleeping capsules looked old and heavily used. I left the hotel immediately after arriving and booked another hotel right away.

It’s a great spot for when you have a layover or your flight lands a little late. Was actually pretty comfy and plenty of room. The lockers are big enough for most luggage. The only thing is that the showers have a bit of mold spots on the ceiling. Honestly though after an eleven hour flight it doesn’t really matter lol

Location is very good. Mostly feels clean. Not for comfort though as each capsule do not have a door or sound proof. Can hear people walk by or their alarms and snoring. You are given ear plugs but hard to wear that and get woken up by your alarm.

The staff were nice and the capsules were clean. Very convenient location for flying internationally the next day. Noise did travel through the doors from the bathroom area to the sleeping quarters. If you have your own pillow, use that, unless you enjoy sleeping on a hard, lumpy one.

Very convenient overnight stay for an early flight out of Terminal 2. It’s adjacent to the train station. Easy to hop on a local train to nearby Narita Station where there are many shops and restaurants. The capsule pod is a little hard (both sleeping mat & pillow). Kinda like camping! U also hear alarms going off at all hours in the early morning. Use ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Note: no standard connector for Type-A plug, only micro-B & USB-C inside pod!

Horrible. Humming noise from aircon and men snoring. Too hot as aircon did not circulste into the sleepong pods. Had to climb vertically into the pod. Shoulf have been gradual steps. Bed mattress was too hard. Pillow was too lumpy and odd shape. Take my tip spend the extra money anf book a hotel room one traim stop away from the airport at Narita. Have a good dinner before departing Narita the next day. Go to bed early and get up very early if you have an early morning flight. Plenty of trains available from a fantastic train network. Save for the additional accomodation fees by having a big buffet breakfast to last the day and use public transport to aboid hailing down taxis. Japan is a fantastic country to holiday. I love Japan!!!

Convenient location, but staff refused to allow one of my bags into the hotel as it was too tall for the locker. They asked me to go check it into a locker or luggage hold in the airport so I had to return three times as neither option worked due to size of locker or opening hours of luggage hold comany, therefore they allowed me to store it in the foyer of the hotel. When I woke to check out, there were lots of bags stored in the lobby…. Disappointed a hotel wouldn’t accept my baggage multiple times. Also, hotel is clean, but snoring and constantly changing clients means it is noisy.

Isolated and inconvenient location. The capsules could be noisy sometimes as you can hear people coughing and moving around to use bathrooms and lockers. My phone battery was dead; when I asked front desk staff if they could help to charge it they asked me to buy adapter from 7/11 when it was past midnight and I was in my sleeping gown. Overall unfriendly staff. After check out I couldn't find the right lift to my terminal and had to use the escalator which is unsuitable for a cart loaded with luggage. Luckily a very nice couple assisted me through 3 escalators with my luggage. If you're traveling solo, have check in luggage with you, and have a light sleep, this won't be the right choice for you.

Check out at 10:00 which to me means that’s when they should starting cleaning the capsules not waking you up do they get head start. Also construction drilling right outside that wakes you outta your sleep wasn’t very good. Front desk staff are friendly and everything thing else was good but for the noise it wasn’t great but wasn’t bad …..average 3/5

成田空港の第二ターミナルに隣接しているカプセルホテル。深夜に着いたが無事辿り着けた（第二ターミナル2階から第二駐車場に向かい、地下へ向かう）。シンプルだが、夜中に横になって眠れたので満足。空調の音が少しうるさかったのと、癒しサウンド？みたいなものは聞けなかった。シャワーも浴びれてリフレッシュ出来ました。深夜に着いた際に、案内が少なかったので本当に辿り着けるか不安だった。

Very clean and tidy. Great for a quick sleep or stay over as close to airport. I had some difficulty understanding the receptionist as she didn’t explain where the door to enter the building was so I walked back outside completely feeling lost. Then when I came back she showed me the door into the locker area. Separate male and female locker/amenities and sleeping area so felt safe and comfortable. If you get claustrophobic I’d say it’s not for you. I left the curtain up as it felt a bit warm and stuffy.

Probably the best overnight resting spot for early morning flights, since the earliest trains to airport only starts running at 6 am. However there's really not much to do since most of the shops/eateries are closed since airport operations is not 24 hrs.
