The room was spotless and nice, with a cozy bed and warm room. i was able to watch netflix on the tv in the room. The only downside is that the hotel doesnt have a kitchen, so there was no food to order, only free coffee in the room for 1 person. Its just a place to sleep for a night, nothing fancier than that. It was fine for what it was. Cant expect more for how simple it is.

Airport shuttle from airport was unavailable. When I called hotel, there was no response, only answering machine which was not in service. I paid a cab, hotel staff told me there is no reimbursement, "it's a complementary service". There's no ramp to the building to accommodate luggage. Luggage had to be lifted onto entryway which did not have automatic doors. Television does not work. Hot water in shower takes a long time to get to the required temperature.

This was convenient after a long flight; it's a very basic, small, almost strip-mall hotel, with no in-room coffee (Subway is next door). There IS a microwave. Just know going in - if you need a quick sleep bring earplugs - small, tiled hallways and skylight windows on the 2nd floor to airplanes above.

I had been working all week at the airport and it’s very close and easy to find. Upon check in, I had to pay for parking. $50 for the week, which isn’t bad. No microwave in room and fridge froze everything. No wifi was offered. Staff were very helpful and did print some things off for me ( which was very helpful). 2 restaurants steps away. Other than that there was a soft bed and great room.

The hotel is very small but offers everything you need for a one night stay, park & fly. The rooms were clean, beds were clean and comfortable and washrooms. The parking lot is extremely small and very difficult to maneuver a mid size & larger vehicle. Worth the money spent.

Parking was limited and appeared to be shared with a few small fast food places in the same building. They also wanted a payment for overnight parking for the night we stayed. Okay place to stay if you just want a place to sleep when catching an early flight from Pearson.

The room in my first stay on 10 May was very good and I have left a good review for the hotel . My second stay on 16 May however, was far from satisfactory . I still remember the room is 212 near the elevator which was not an issue . The issue is , the room was dirty and despair. I know this hotel is 2 star and the cost is low, but I still expect a minimum standard for dwelling . I recommend full maintenance for the room. Problems : 1. Dustballs which I cannot ignore , 2 . Visible hair on the shower drain , 3 , shower head without stand , I need to hold it all the time. 4 , stain on bed sheet. …for 16 May , I paid 50 % more than my stay on 10 May , I really didn’t expect that the room was so…..

Location is close to the airport. There are just too many negatives about this hotel! Rude front desk, shuttle driver drives fast and seatbelts are taped with duct tape so not usable. The heater is the bedroom was caked with dust. Found someone's clothes in between the mattresses. Doors to rooms don't have deadbolt. There is no free breakfast or cofffee machines in room as advertised. Tap water only. Pillows were the size of couch pillows. Light bulb broken and no power in plugs. Asked for some things but never got them. Only good thing is the cleaning crew was super nice. Would not stay again

Very poor internet tv quality was nonexistent as wouldn’t work and no change after notification to management Room temperature very hard to regulate as remote control would not work and cold air coming around the heating unit no hot water After running for over 5 minutes so no shower Econo price was only really good thing but would never go back

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not very enjoyable. The noise level was extremely high — the walls felt like they were made of paper. I could clearly hear conversations and even what the guests next door were watching on TV, which made it difficult to relax. On top of that, every time I stepped out of my room, the cleaning staff repeatedly asked if I was checking out, and if not, what time I planned to leave. This happened multiple times and made me feel pressured and uncomfortable, as if I wasn’t really welcome to stay until my actual checkout time. Overall, I didn’t have a pleasant experience and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Great for overnight stay before flight. Shuttle to airport included and quick. Room is very very small but we really just needed the bed and bathroom anyway. Shower was hot with nice water pressure and bed was comfortable.

The doors didn’t close properly. It was super hot from a tiny window air conditioner that wasn’t on in +30. Shuttle was late even though we booked the time the night before. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were tiny and only 1 per person.

Ok for a quick layover. Our room faced the main street with lots of noise and flight ✈️ take offs from the airport. The wall unit heater/air con fan did not work on a manual low setting which made it quite noisy turning on and off during your sleep. There is a restaurant and Subway next door for food as there are no sevices inside. We booked here because of the low price and free shuttle to the airport. It served its purpose but avoid a street facing room.

Just wow. What a brutal stay. The bed was broken and sagging towards the middle. No breakfast, no amenities, no coffee maker in the room, no fridge, TV was signed into some random persons Netflix, curtains were in these weird 1 foot pieces that let light through. Mold in the bathroom. Requested to be put in the back facing away from the airport and was ignored. Elevator is straight out of 1984. Doors are not sound proof, you can hear everything in the hall. Random hairs found in the bed. Slow wifi at 3mbps. Tried to make me pay for parking when it says free in the listing. I'm glad this was just a 1 night stay because I wouldn't have put up with it for any longer than that.

The airport shuttle pickup is impossible. They require you to call, but none of their numbers work. Took an Uber. Receptionist half-assed apologized saying their phones were not working. PATHETIC. The rest was fine, rooms clean recently renovated though I wonder how long it will last, it was done cheaply, and clearly operators don't care about maintenance - bed lamp not working, almost got locked in bathroom due to flimsy doorknob, public places are unkempt. But airport shuttle fiasco set the tone.

Needed a cheap place near the airport! Late arrival, early departure. Wasn’t expecting much but the dude at the front desk needs some customer service training-he was miserable mean and wasn’t hospitable at all! I arrived at 2 am and check out was 11. Wanted to sleep but the maid knocked on my door at 8.17! 2 times. Not cool despite the cheap price, I’d never stay here again. There is better for the same price. The place IS a dump.

I was asked what time I would need a shuttle back to the airport when I arrived. I had not solidified plans for the following day so I was told to let the staff know an hour prior to needing the shuttle. The next morning I asked for the shuttle at 7:30 ish only to learn that the first shuttle was not going to arrive until 10am. We ended up having to call a taxi. When we asked if the desk could arrange one for us for a specific time, we came down ready to leave only to find the call had never been made.

Property is conveniently located to the airport. Room was excellent! Clean and provided the right amenities for a short stay. One minor incident is the lack of flexibility in shuttle pickup. I arrived quite late, after midnight and was told to go to a specific spot which was a distance from the main hotel shuttle pickup spot. This was super inconvenient as I had several bags and was very tired. I called several times for assistance and met with the same resistance. I eventually took a taxi to the hotel.

Shuttle was complicated after midnight. We kept getting a voicemail that told us to take the train to Viscount station, and then to pick up courtesy phone. We did. Closed til morning. Called again, got someone who seemed annoyed we were at that spot, but he pucked us up in 15 min. Driver did not get out of shuttle to open doorrs, or help with luggage. Zero talking on the way. When we arrived, it looked super sketchy. Driver was also front deak clerk. Checked us in quickly. It was late, so only food was in same building. The Mediterranean Shawarma Grill. Holy crap the butter chicken was amazing. After seeing the outside, and the sketchy elevator we were not holding out hope for the room. It was tidy, clean, king size comfy bed. Bathroom had a huge, deep tub...a pleasant surprise. You are next tonthe airport which is suoer convenient, and super loud ;) planes at all hours lifting off over head. Overall, decent stop for a 9 hour stay.

This place does not look like much. It is reminiscent of somewhere in Eastern Europe and kind of a bizarre layout, both the hotel and the rooms themselves. But it is right across the street from Pearson Airport and the beds are deceptively comfortable. Plus it's cheap and there is a subway and a kebab place downstairs. What more can you need for an overnight layover?

Excellent location, easy parking, easy check-in, clean room. It's not a 5-star hotel -- but I didn't have to pay 5-star hotel prices, either. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have an early flight out of Pearson.

Einfaches Hotel. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In meinem ersten Zimmer in Richtung Straße und Flughafen war es leider sehr laut, wegen Straßen- und Fluglärm auch weil das Fenster aufgrund eines defektes nicht richtig schloss. Nach dem Wechsel des Zimmers auf die andere Seite des Hotels, war es ruhig genug und ich konnte gut schlafen.

Value was good. The room was large and clean. Other areas of the hotel were a bit run down. But overall worth the price. Issues included not answering the phone when calling for the shuttle. But it is walking distance from Terminal 3 provided you don’t have luggage. Iron didn’t work and ironing board was broke.

A decent place to stay which is clean and tidy, my room is provided with all the basic things I need: fridge, microwave, coffee machine, smart TV which is large, washroom is bigger than I expected, bath with a shower, shampoo, soap, clean and sufficient towels. I arrived at midnight at Pearson and called the Reception for shuttle service with, prompt response, and timely shuttle service. Reception front is very kind and helpful . The place is very near to restaurants and parking .recommend to budget travelers.

There is no facility of water in hotel that is not good we have to go subway or outside to buy water even which was expensive also so please do something regarding that unless everything was pretty good
