Amazing hotel that’s newly opened, staff were so friendly and made my stay wonderful. The manager greated me on arrival and departure and genuinely cared about me and the other guests and making sure they had a Glowing day. Pool area is beautiful and they even have a gym to use too. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back again.

Jättebra och fräscht hotell, nybyggt. Trevlig personal. Väldigt sköna sängar. Skön pool med bar. Bra mat för lunch och middag om man vill. Ca 5 minuters promenad till stranden och butiker/ restauranger. Frukosten var medelmåttig och trångt i matsalen så inte värt pengarna. Men vi gick till restauranger i närområdet och åt frukost där istället. Hur bra som helst.

Clean and tidy room. In room very handy with having all shampoo, liquid soap, hair dryer, coffee, water, free wifi, swimming pool towels. All staffs very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast with different meals every days. Healthy foods and very delicious foods. Have kids room, have Bar in swimming pool areas great spot. Have Halo Rooftop Bar excellent spot on the top floor can see great views, great sunset. Fresh air. Friendly bartender great cocktails and friendly staffs. General manager a very good heart and good services with friendly. All excellent place and location and Excellent services.

A couple of times housekeeping missed our room but the front desk were always on hand to help in the best way they could - including moving us rooms when ours was really noisy (just unlucky being above a bar) I would highly recommend Glow - for staff, service and a modern hotel, great location and with all you need (I wanted a gym, they had it :) Thanks for an amazing stay Glow team.

It had a closet, but lacked drawers for storing clothes or suitcases. The hotel was within easy, walking distance of both the beach, and the main walking strip that was located in the quiet area. This is a great budget hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, great amenities. It's also in a great location with easy access to several beach communities on the west side of Phuket. I did find a piece of hair on the bathroom counter, and there was a gurgling sound and sewage smell that came from the toilet one night (but it dissipated fairly quickly)--pretty minor issues overall. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Nytt flott hotell. Like ved stranden. Deilig at hotellet var helt nytt. Be om rom rett over bassenget. Kan være litt slitsomt å bo ut mot gata. Er en del trafikk (gjelder nok alle hoteller i området som ligger ut mot veien)

Hotel super consigliato! La struttura è nuovissima e pulitissima, con tutti i comfort del caso, vicina alla spiaggia, 7eleven e negozi. Servizio veramente eccellente e il personale ha fatto tutto il possibile per assicurare un'ottima esperienza. Sempre gentili e sorridenti. Unico suggerimento: la colazione era sempre la stessa ogni giorno, sarebbe ottimo se cambiassero un po' i cibi nel buffet.
