The hotel was clean, quiet and felt safe with limited key card access to elevator. The only negative is that the luggage carts are horrible. They are small and have an open bottom and weird shape that allows smaller bags and packages to fall through onto the ground.

First of all I can’t say enough about the staff here. They were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good and the pool is saline which was nice so we didn’t smell like chlorine when we got out. The kitchen was a great addition. They have gas grills on the front patio for first use as well, and electric burners and griddles for the room upon request. The area was easy to get around and close enough to Pittsburgh for daily driving to attractions. Don’t pass up this hotel.

Large room and kitchenette with everything you could want, plus pool and gym. Beautiful lobby and outdoor areas with patio seating, fire pit and barbeque grills. Excellent free breakfast. I never want to stay anywhere else in Pittsburgh.

Unfortunately my room was not clean. This isn’t the first time I’ve stayed here and the first visit was Way better! There was hair in the shower, on the toilet, on the floor, there was no cups in the bathroom, no toilet paper, and the empty roll was on the shelf in the bathroom, and the room had an odor (like a man with no deodorant). Usually I tip for clean rooms and found that I couldn’t even bring myself to leave a tip this time.

Room is very outdated smelled very old. Sofa bed and generally the outside was dirty and it needed to be thrown away. Previous guest trash was left not disposed of. room wasn't wiped down just dusty. the fridge was not cleaned there was hair in there. overall The whole room was nasty and Sam stated there wasn't a like room to transfer to. Housekeeping outta be ashamed and whoever is supposed to check behind them isn't doing there job either. Checked off the list of do not stay.

Only complaint is the sofabed. When we opened it we saw crumbs and a forgotten sock. Obviously had not been vacuumed recently. The sofa was quite soiled and the mattress was worn out. Great location for many restaurants and shopping. Took care of our request for daily housekeeping.

Chelsea and Ely were professional and super amazing they dealt with our issues promptly! Carpets in rooms had horrible wet/pet or mouldy smell. The staff gave us a spray which masked the odour for a bit. The moved us but, new room still had that same smell. So we took the spray again. Hotel was very clean except for the shower. Edges and corners had mould and it would breakaway while you showered that was horrifying especially with a toddler.

Wasn’t much different than any other Home2Suites property. I can say the front desk staff were very nice and willing to assist. Breakfast was great as well. Only negative thing is our room wasn’t actually cleaned in its entirety. Meaning, 2 of the 3 soap dispensers in the shower were empty, clumps of hair on the floor, and there were still some spills on the counter and dresser area. I didn’t mind and cleaned it myself but you would normally expect more cleanliness in the room for what you paid for.

We booked three rooms for 5 adults and 3 children for a three night stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a kitchenette and table space. The staff is superlative, breakfast was excellent, and the facilities and location were great. We’ve stayed in other comparable hotels in the area and this one is the best we’ve booked. One negative- the pull out sofa beds are really uncomfortable. We needed two beds per room, but rooms with two queens were unavailable when I made our reservation. I went ahead and chose rooms with a queen and a pull out. The kids sleeping in them were fine, but the adults found them uncomfortable. If you have a choice, book two comfortable queen beds!

Staff was very accommodating and addressed our concerns of noise and cleanliness. Unfortunately the property seems a little older and run down versus the other home 2 suites we stay at. Walls and floors are very thin, and guests in the area were extremely loud late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. Our room had a strange musk smell to it, that was unpleasant. Must say the staff did their best to address, so full marks for their effort, unfortunately the hotel was full during our stay so no moves were possible..

This is a great hotel! It is updated, modern, comfy beds. Great pool, which was warm. The breakfast was wonderful! Hot food options include make your own waffles, oatmeal with lots of toppings, omelettes, eggs muffins, and more. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again

The establishment was really nice and felt very secure. The only thing I found lacking was the bed. You could feel all the springs in the mattress and every time you moved the bed squeaked. The mattress is way to hard as well.

This was our first experience with Home2 and we really enjoyed it. We picked this location because it is in between Pittsburgh and Grove City Outlets. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well as shopping. The room was nice because it had a couch to relax and watch TV. It also had a full refrigerator, dishes and dishwasher. This made it nice to bring food or store leftovers. The room was very clean and fresh smelling. Breakfast included some healthier options that were very tasty. If security is a concern for you, this is the place because you can't use the elevator without a keycard. Our only complaint is that the bed was a bit harder than we are used to, but we would stay here again.

Only 2 issues. First the thermostats in the main room and bedroom shut off when we went out so when we returned both rooms were freezing. Secondly the sliding doors on both sides need larger handles in order to make opening and closing easier. Everything else was good.

I reserved an Accessible room because the website said there was availability. I checked in at the hotel, but there's no handicap room. They blamed it on Expedia, but that’s not okay. I had a hard time with my young daughter with special needs and we needed proper accommodations. When these needs weren’t met, I asked to speak with the manager but was told they were on vacation and to leave to another hotel. I’ve never seen this type of service.

We had a 3 night stay. We requested daily housekeeping at check-in and it was noted for the staff. However it never happened. We notified the front desk and a bag of clean towels was dropped by the door. We requested trash removal and it didn’t happen We spoke to the manager at check out and he made an adjustment.

We had to be in town for a funeral and the receptionist was sensitive to our needs. We really appreciated the kindness. Our rooms were large and having a refrigerator and dishwasher with real glasses and dishes was delightful! Thank you! The yogurt bar at breakfast was delicious with wonderful fresh black berries and strawberries!

Hotel was great. Upon arrival we were greeted by the very pleasant lady behind reception. Only thing that wasn’t great was that there was a planned power outage during our stay and we were not notified ahead of time. We checked in around 8:30pm to be told the power would go out at 10. Otherwise everything was great.

Extremely disappointed due the breakfast service personal. I was with my family in this hotel from August 13 to 14 and about 9am we downstairs to take the breakfast, and this girl was angry and very rude and I never knew why. I chose not make an scandal because my family there, but that girl shown a very rud attitude every time. I recomend hotel to prepare its personal to handle situations, in special when some attitudes can affect the peaceful stay of the guests, finally we pay its salary.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting family in the area. Excellent location close to everything you could possibly want within 5-15 mins max. The bed sheets were soft and bed was comfortable enough. The breakfast had some of the best options I’ve seen at a hotel in my 8 years of being vegan including non dairy milk and a granola station with high quality fresh fruits like blackberries and blueberries! It was a treat! We were kindly accommodated 2 hours early for check in which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay again. Not the hotels fault but there was a family with children above us and they were extremely loud (running all over the place late at night). One night we did call the front desk and they said they would call the guests and the noise did stop so I’d say whatever they said worked! Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking in the area.
