one elevator was out of service, increasing wait times... otherwise all was excelent. ice maker (4th floor) seemed to make ice, but constantly had a sound of water running...thought it might have a stuck float?

Rooms were nice. The fitness center is excellent--lots of equipment and lots of room. Pool looked nice but didn't have time to use it. Good breakfast. There was a weird metallic rumble coming through the vents in the bathroom. It became the white noise for our stay.

We had to stay in PA overnight due to the weather. This hotel was recommended and the price was right. We are so glad to have stayed here. The personnel were great, the pool was perfect, the breakfast was good and they had a free charging station for our new chargeable hybrid.

The entire hotel was clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the quality and variety of food offered at breakfast! In fact, we were disappointed that we already had made plans for breakfast out on our departing date. Thanks for an excellent stay!

We went to Pittsburgh for a night ball game and did an online check-in from the game for the "after 10:00 PM" check-in time slot. Upon arriving at the hotel around 11:00 PM we had to go to the front desk due to the digital key not being available (stating that the room was still being prepared) and were informed that our room had just been cleaned due to them being short-staffed. The sheets appeared to be clean but the floor had not been swept and had hair and debris on it; the toilet seat also had dried feces smeared on it.

The shower in room 227 had some mildew along the bottom of the shower door. But rhe biggestv8ssue was the shower. Of you are facing the shower, the door on rhe left is fixed so it doesnt move. But the temperature control is on the left, so to turn on the shower and asjust the tempature, you get wet before entering but rhe shower head is on rhe right, as are the mounted shampoo, shower gel, and hair conditioner. So, you have to turn around to access them.

We normally stay at Hamptons when we go on trips, normally they are amazing. This one on the otherhand wasnt. It appeared they changed the bed sheets but that was the most of the clean. The floor didnt appear to be swept, it was mopped, there was sticky stuff on the floor. The towels smelled dirty as if they just folded then back up. The extra blanket that is in the closet you could tell was used and just shoved back into the closest. The bathroom sink still had stuff in it. The rooms are not very sound proof up till like 2 in the morning you could hear people running around above you and hear people talking or their tvs. The bed was on the more uncomfortable side. The breakfast was on the warm but not hot. Overall, i give this Hampton a 2 out 10.

Friendly, helpful staff, impressive amenities, great breakfast, but the walls and especially ceiling were on the thin side. Every step the guests above me took reverberated ridiculously through my room - to the point of waking me up at 2 a.m. the first night of my stay. Similarly, footsteps in the hallway outside my room were loud and intrusive. Other than this, I have only praise for this property.

I did not like that there wasn’t just free WiFi. The man at the desk signed me up 3 times and by the time I got back to my room it was gone. My husband was on the phone for 15 minutes with IT getting WiFi on his computer. Really? The cheapest, oldest hotels I’ve stayed at have free WiFi that you just click on. Why isn’t there ice on all floors. Only 2 and 4 have one and you can only access the floor if you have a room on 2 or 4. This was higher cost than our Comfort Inn in Cuyahoga Falls, but they had better amenities and customer service. Some of the Hampton employees were very helpful, but others weren’t. This is like shrinkflation, only in hotels. We will be avoiding Hampton Inn & Suites in our future travel.

Front desk staff was a hard working guy overcoming medical hardships and should be applauded. Breakfast was good. Good location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Gym was actually pretty good. However, this was the worst Hampton Inn in which I have stayed. The Eco Friendly aspect has ruined this hotel chain. New hotel but you have to flush the eco friendly toliet 10 times to get anything to flush. You have to restart the gas firepit on back patio every 30seconds bc of the timer. No microwaves in the room and the microfridges in the rooms are the worst. We stayed at an older Hampton Inn the day before and it was awesome.

Very new property, well situated for my ability to get to Zelienople quickly. My room did not have a refrigerator nor a microwave oven. I asked to have a fridge brought to my room but no one did anything. I appreciate Hampton Inns for these room features.

My room wasn't clean just the beds made. There was pet hair on the floor and the bed I laid on when I arrived either had flees or bed bugs. There were bumps on my arm, and I was having an allergic reaction to the pet hair. Chris at front desk refused to switch my room and offered to sell me benadryl. I spoke to another man who switched my room and a woman apologized. Yesterday someone's dog was walking the floor alone with no owner in site. Prior to checking out 2 dogs were going at each other.

The property is OK. But when we arrived, which was around 4pm, there was no one at the check in desk. We waited for several minutes ... and we had to call the hotel phone number, then the staff member heard the call and came out: it turned out they was right in the room behind the check-in desk the whole time. They came out, realizing that we were there, probably for a while; but they did not apologize. It was awkward because I was visibly not happy, but the staff member just pretended that they didn't see. I didn't want to mention the several mins waiting time because I was tired and just wanted to go to the room. I don't think it is too much to ask for the hotel to have someone at the check in desk right in the afternoon. I have stayed at several Hampton Inn ... this is the worst experience. The room is small, but clean and OK though.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. However, at 10:45 pm, my husband had to go to the front desk as there was a group of children around 12 years old, running around the hotel, screaming, and slamming doors. The children ran past the front desk multiple times with no adults in site so we did not understand why staff did not say anything. This continued until about 11:20 pm. Other than the loud children, the stay was overall fine.

The Hampton Inn always gives excellent hospitality. I checked out on Septrmber 27th and could not start my car. Your employee, I didn''t get her name, she was there in the morning, she called her husband to help. She went an extra mile to help me. Hampton Inn is very fortunate to have an exceptional employee with such a good attitude with a smile.

We checked in just before midnight and the night front desk clerk was very polite and kind. Sense of humor goes a long way! The hotel was fully booked due to storms in Pittsburgh so I know she had been working hard. Her kindness was much appreciated.

The hotel itself and the location are great! The service is the only place I had an issue. I had to wait 15 min for someone to show up at the desk to check-in, this was at 2:45 in the afternoon. When they arrived they did not apologize for the inconvenience. Two other employees had to go and find her. Then when it was time to check out, again the same person was no where to be found for a good 10 min!

We always stay here after visiting with family in Pittsburgh. We have a four hour drive to go home so opt to stay overnight when we leave late and start out fresh in the morning. The location is convenient and everything comfortable and accommodating. Staff is friendly and helpful. The building is far enough back from the highway so it's quiet. Stores, restaurants and gas stations nearby. Will definitely be back.

Easy check in- you can check-in using the app. Hotel is fairly new, rooms are nice, beds comfortable. Easy parking, I traveled by myself & felt very safe. Conveniently located to chain restaurants, stores(Target), pharmacies and Rt 79. The breakfast was adequate- coffee available all day. There is an indoor pool.

Its in close proximity to many restaurants, stores & fun thing's to do. Plus it's right near the highway but also up top of a hill so its out if the way of all of the noise & traffic.

There was hot water and coffee RTC. The breakfast was great and disposable cups plates utensils so I could just take and go. The room was clean and bathroom was clean. Couldn’t ask for anything more, had a great stay!

Everything was great....except the breakfast...which was abysmal. None of the drinks in the fountain machine worked. The "hot" foods were barely room temperature and most tasted like they had been out for hours upon hours. Many of the items were out and were not replenished. Overall very disappointing especially considering the amazing breakfast we had at a competitor.

Everything was fine except the breakfast. There was none of the hot food out when we came down at 9AM. The regular and bold coffees were both empty. The poor woman working the breakfast was clearly overwhelmed
