Pool was not working due to water level in which the water was green. I wish we would have been notified prior to coming. It didn’t look like it was a recent issue. The first floor hall carpet was wet, there was no breakfast left when we went down at 7:00, and the back door entrance was unlocked. Anyone could walk in without a card. It looks like I was charged twice for the one room I stayed in. Calling hotel now to see what is going on.

We only stayed here for a couple of nights thankfully. The pool was closed forever. The breakfast was the saddest breakfast we’ve ever had. They had coffee, boiled eggs, oatmeal, and granola bars that was it. The stay wasn’t awful but it wasn’t good.

We reserved this hotel because it had a pool and we were traveling with children. Not til after we check in, they tell us they permanently closed their pool 5 days before our travels. They could have sent an email saying that so we could decide we no longer want to stay there.

Our carpet had not been swept. The tv was on when we entered and it looked like someone may have sat on side of bed watching it. We thought they forgot our bedspread but when asked we were told that the thin sew through blanket on top of the sheet was the bedspread. The door right by our room to the hotel had a key lock but it was broken and the door was just open for anyone to enter. We stayed in many hotels just this summer, and never had any of these issues especially when it’s ranked eight out of 10..

The check in was very pleasant. The young man that greeted us was very friendly. The room was dirty. The sofa bed had crumbs and Cheerios in it when I opened it up. The shower had mold in the grout. It was gross. The grab and go breakfast was alright but the morning attendant was not very helpful and the organization of the help yourself was confusing. She yelled at my son for getting into the refrigerator. We had no idea it was off limits.

I never leave reviews, but this stay left me no choice. Just look at the pictures I posted this place is filthy from top to bottom. The hallways, the rooms, everything was dirty. The towel shown was used just to clean the floors, and the box spring was stained and nasty I had to check for bed bugs because it looked that bad.My sheets were dirty, the end tables were still dusty, and there was black mold in the caulking around the shower. The toilet base had dried urine around it, and the caulking was stained yellow from not being cleaned properly. The worst part? The vanity had dried vomit all over it. I started cleaning and couldn’t believe how filthy everything was.On the first night, I actually went to Walmart and bought a mop and bleach just to feel somewhat comfortable staying there. Completely unacceptable conditions. This place should be shut down for a deep cleaning and inspection. I went down to get a coffee pot bc the room didn’t have one in it. You would think it did since I got the room with a kitchenette. Anyways I was told they can check if they have one. Then I asked for a filter/coffee or do I have to go get that. I was told I had to supply that. I said ok maybe I will just come down for coffee in the morning was then told the machine in the lobby was broken. Let’s just say red barn next door is shut down and now I see why. This place needs to do better. Get staff that want to work or supply the staff with the tools to complete the job. If not you won’t last

Rooms were dirty dusty bathrooms were not clean. There was food left in the refrigerator from the people before and when we told the desk and also told the cleaning people nobody came to get the food so we put it in the hallway and it was still in the hallway when we checked out… and when we went down for breakfast at 7:00 there was only eggs and oatmeal. There was nothing else there, and the coffee was undrinkable….. We will definitely be checking this one off our list.

We found the staff very pleasant and accommodating - a real positive. However it was clear the hotel was sparsely staffed. Upon arrival our room didn’t have any towels or an extra roll of toilet paper and the current roll was pretty low. Both of which were quickly supplied after a call to front desk & a walk down to retrieve them. All quite inconvenient when you’ve checked in late and just want to shower and go to sleep. The room was very spacious, had nice layout with small bathroom off bedroom area, sitting area with couch, desk and kitchenette. Room seemed fairly clean except our feet and white socks would be noticeably dirty after walking around without shoes on. The drain plug on the bathroom sink was missing and you could smell an odor coming from the open drain. Lastly, we couldn’t get to the electrical outlet located under the bedside night stand. The stand which was attached to the wall, covered the outlet entirely except for a small opening between the back of stand and wall. Took 15 minutes of trying, laying on floor under it and a few scrapped knuckles until I just gave up. The “breakfast” provided was terribly underwhelming. There were two items: instant oatmeal packets and wrapped mini muffins both in very small quantity. No bowls to make oatmeal but a disposable coffee cup worked pretty well. Overall it was ok if you’re not in the room a lot just to sleep and was a reasonable rate for size. However, definitely lower end hotel with no frills.

I like the hotel, and the size and comfort of the room was very good. I had a problem with the fact they called them self an extended stay hotel but were unable to provide me with basic utensils (cups, glasses, coffee pot, ect.) for a long stay at a hotel. This is a good hotel to stay at but not for an extended period of time.

Checkin lady not informative or friendly.Got in room, supposed to be queen room, was a double.Clothes still in a drawer from previous person. Popcorn on floor at bed - we didnt have popcorn.There was 1 washcloth for 4 of us. No daily housekeeping/fresh towels. 2nd night went and asked for 4 towels/cloths, and was given 2. Desk person said he could only give us 2 because people destroy stuff- we all just wanted a bath!! Elevator was very slow and only 1 of the 2 worked. Location was good, close to many eating and variety of shopping places. Nice full size refrigerator. Had microwave and a small hot plate but no utensils or cookware/plates in room. I guess you had to go to desk to ask for that stuff. We didnt need it so was not a big deal.

I asked for a non smoking room and it was clear that at one point there was definitely a smoker in the room (maybe a few weeks ago, the smell still lingered). If it wasn’t 8pm, after I just drove 9.5 hours I would’ve tried to see if I could have a room change but instead I was too tired. I should’ve asked for a different room though because the smell gave me a bad migraine for the rest of the night.

Room was spacious. Liked the noncarpeted floors. But if you even so much as lean on the bed, it slides pretty good. Also, the shower head could use a few good rounds of CLR. It was green and grimey.

This hotel was a weird mix of old shower, dim light in bathroom, and new-ish stone tops and flooring, but then furniture with scuffs and repairs. The doors are paper thin and you can hear talking in hall and dogs barking, but the rooms were otherwise nice and quiet. There was an awesome full sized fridge, but no pots, pans, utensils, cups, coffee maker in the room, although there was a sign saying you can basically check them out - I saw a bin of these things outside another room. The room smelled fine and the bed was comfortable enough. The lobby was odd in that there were always piles of clean towels on the bar.

I knew I was arriving late and hence I sent message to the hotel to let them know I was arriving very late, between 1:00 to 1:30AM. No response from the hotel. Upon arrival there was no one at the front desk. We had to wait over thirty minutes. Room was not prepared; no towels and the smell of strong spice in the room made my wife feeling sick. Not recommended to stay.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff was out front smoking and while I entered with my infant (I am visibly pregnant, traveling with a physically handicapped adult and and infant) the staff continued to stand out front smoking. We assumed it was their break Then she came inside to check us in. After finishing her cigarette. Said her name was Barbie When we got upstairs both beds had dirty bedding. I went back down to ask Barbie for clean bedding. She said she needed a few minutes and I was fine with that About an hour later we went to go to the store okay and as we exited the building she told me my sheets were right there. I asked if there was anybody to carry them up as I have a baby and the other one of us is disabled. She told me she was the only one there and when I tried to sympathize with her and she copped an attitude with me. Then continued to scream across the lobby at us, making even my child upset. The hotel was dirty and very run down for apparently being remodeled last year. But the worst part was definitely the service. Barbie should find a job where she doesn't have to talk to humans

Extremely rude employee named Anthony. Couldn't find my check-in and asked me to come back in a few hours... Literally just leave and drive around for a few hours. When I came back Anthony put me in a room that smelled very strongly of cigarettes and had not been cleaned. When I asked for a new room his harrasment continued. Right next to the elevator then 30 min later he gave another person a working key to my room and they opened the door. Then he came up and started banging on the door. This was enough. I checked out and left...

Staff was polite upon arrival. The rooms were clean. The hallway smelled a bit funny. I did call down for some extra pillows and she told me I needed to come get them myself because she was the only staff present, so could probably use 2 staff on at all times. Grab and go breakfast definitely could use some more variety. Only some oatmeal packs, hard boiled eggs and a bowl with some fruit.

The hotel was nicely situated off the main road and back aways. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. However the elevators seemed to not be working in the best condition as one seemed to not be operating and the other didn’t come to our floor when the button for it was pressed. The stairwell was not very clean

I like that there is no carpet in each hotl room, hardwood floors.There was a breakfast offered, but literally almost to eat, only coffee. The room was very comfortable as well as the bed and pillows were very good.
