The hotel is 3 star but could easily be 4 star. The receptionist were friendly. The only downside was clear communication in terms of on-site restaurant closing times. Another disappointment was that to use terrace, minimum booking is 2 adults which didn't cater for solo travelers. Otherwise it's a great hotel. Would stay there again

The terrace was amazing. Great value. Great staff. Only issue was the AC. But, still, an amazing stay.

Este hotel me gustó mucho; la habitación es muy grande y la TV es enorme; además tiene apps, eso es un plus como extranjero. El baño también es grande y el clóset tiene buena capacidad. Tiene gimnasio y una lavandería, aunque sólo hay una plancha, una tabla y un aparato de vapor y no prestan estos elementos para llevarlos a la habitación. El costo de lavar mi ropa, me pareció un poco mas caro de lo que me gustaría, pero es parecido a los de las lavanderías afuera. La estación del metro está a 10 minutos caminando. No olviden descargar Naver!

지하주차장이 여유롭고, 체크인할때 차량등록하면 체크아웃하는 날은 23시59분까지 주차비가 무료라고 합니다. 저도 근처에 볼일있어 지하철로 이동해서 다녀 온 다음에 차량으로 이동했는데 좋네요. 시몬스 침대 높낮이 조정 너무 편했고, 룸키도 나무 무늬라서 따뜻해 보이네요.

체크인을 밤늦게 했음에도 프론트가 붐비는 편이었어요. 주차는 편했고, 늦은시간임에도 주변에 식음료매장들이 많아서 식사하기에 불편함이 없었습니다. 히터틀어놓으니 너무 건조해서 꺼버렸는데, 별로 추운지 모르고 잤네요. TV음향도 좋고 침대에 누워보니 딱이더라구요. 특히 시몬스 모션베드.. 넘 맘에 들어서 얼마인지 가격 찾아보고 뜨헉했네요.. 가끔 침대에 푹 파묻히고 싶을때마다 다시 와야지…로 정리했습니다.

グロ駅から徒歩５分くらい。４階にフィットネスジムがありました。１階のフロントではタクシーの予約を快く手配してくれました。 グロ方面に泊まる場合はぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。

施設は機能的でコンパクト。清潔でスタッフも感じが良い。周辺はオフィス街で治安も良さそう。レストランやコンビニ、カフェも豊富。一階にWOWPASS機械があるのも便利。ホテル内にコインランドリーもある。ほんの少しの難点は、最寄り駅までの途中に階段があることと、ソウル中心まで電車で30分くらいかかること。

Property was in good location with easy access to public transit and food options. The gym was adequate and cleaning staff was efficient and friendly. Food choices at hotel restaurant was limited and basic. Hotel lobby is sparse and had limited sitting.

Enjoyed our stay.very clean and quiet property, rooms are a bit small but that’s common in Korea. First time in South Korea and this hotel is very convenient and very affordable compare to some other hotels. Subway station is about a 5 minute walk and lots of food around the area. There is also airport shuttle that goes directly to Incheon international airport and cost about 17000 kwon per person much better than taxi. Highly recommend.

The place looked great, the electric bed was very cool and the tv was really nice. However, upon entering the room there was a smell of fish that did not go away even with the window open and some liquid started dripping from the vent <3

A very comfortable room and bed (adjustable bed was interesting) and good breakfast. All new, clean and functional.

Upgraded to the suite as their normal rooms were super small- we could not open our bags. Suite was perfect. A bit far from the city so need to factor in 30-40 mins travel time to any of the main spots.

각 유닛의 방음이 잘 안되는 것 같다. 복도를 지나가다 보면 방에서 하는 소리가 다 들림... 조금 섭섭.. ^^ 그것 빼곤 나머진 모두 만족.

This hotel was really nice! It’s located a bit out of the touristy areas of Seoul, which some might not like but I personally enjoyed. The rooms were really nice, clean, and spacious, with lovely wood detailing throughout. the beds amazingly comfy with high-quality pillows and linens. I slept well thanks to these, the good soundproofing, and blackout curtains. The bathroom had a tub which was a nice feature (not all hotels in Korea have tubs). The shower head pressure was really strong and the water temperature control was really precise. The TV screen was large, the AC worked fine. The lobby was also really pretty and had a nice smell when you walked in. The hotel provides a small gym and coin laundry which was very convenient. There is a buffet on the 3rd floor that you can purchase separately. There is also a vending machine in the lobby that dispenses toothbrush and toothpaste, snacks, and other convenient goods. If it’s raining, they also provide free umbrellas to borrow. The hotel is a 5-minute walk to the line 2 metro (Guro Digital Complex Station). The streets are narrow and kind of bumpy if you have a lot of luggage though, so beware. On the other hand, there is an airport limousine to and from Incheon Airport that stops right in front of the hotel. My only complaint would be that the breakfast buffet food was okay - not bad but not amazing either. But otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay here again! Great experience for 4 nights. The 65-inch smart TV with a movable bed led me to stay in it all day. HAHA

샤워 커튼이 냄새가ㅜ조뮤나고 에어컨 설정이 잘 안됨. 26도를 설정해 놓아도 24.5도까지.떨어져서 추웠음.

チェックインの時に言葉がよく通じなかったら、フロントの方に無表情で冷たく「English please」と言われたのには少し傷つきました。日本語の対応可能と書いてあり安心していたのでビックリしました。その方以外は感じもよくわからない事も優しく教えて下さいました。レストランの方もとても感じがよく気持ち良く過ごせました。

チェックアウト時に忘れ物をしてしまい、そのまま帰国しなければならなかったのですが、すぐに部屋へ確認しにいってくださり無事DHLで日本へ荷物を送ってくださいました。迅速な対応に安心感を覚えました。本当にありがとうございました。

I am extremely disappointed with the reception staff during my stay. As a guest new to Seoul, I needed help several times but was ignored and treated rudely. This is unacceptable and disrespectful. Your staff’s behavior made my stay frustrating and unwelcoming. This needs to change immediately to ensure all guests are treated with basic courtesy. Particularly one staff.. Ms. Bibiana Lee

Staff were all polite and helpful, couldn't do enough for you. Hotel was spotless throughout with good facilities. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and wide ranging, something for everyone. The room was spacious with an excellent shower. Everything you could need. It is also close to coffee shops, restaurants, entertainment and the metro. Would highly recommend.

The front desk was so nice and welcoming to me. The staff was so professional. I was impressed. While I was at the desk checking in with the staff, one customer ignored me and started asking the staff for things. (I understood their conversation in Korean) She kindly, and politely asked if she could finish checking me in and she will help him in just a minute. My heart fluttered because I wasn't expecting her to stand up for me. Even in my own country, it is not often that the staff stands up for me. If I come back soon, I will definitely stay here again!!! The room was great by the way. I loved the shower and bathroom. 10/10

Some staff very moody and rude towards clients/ very blunt and unkind when asked simple questions. Hospitality trainings required overall. Otherwise very good I would easily give 4 stars

I stayed at this location as it was close to some Korean friends I was visiting. Locally, a nice neighbourhood with night spots, lots of places to eat. Very Friendly. About a 7 min walk to the the metro, number 2 line, which gets you downtown in about 45 minutes from the door. Hotel was spotless, excellent, everyrhing good. Restaurant too pricey for me. Room large and clean with a nice bathroom. Very quiet -- good sound proofing windows. No noisy neighbours. A great stay, and nothing but positive comments. Staff unobtrusive but excellent. Very good value, and I would easily stay there again.

위치도 너무 편리하고 주차도 편리하였습니다 객실도깨끗했고 모션 베드로 티비 보기에 매우 편리하였습니다. 개인적으로 템퍼 모션 베드를 집에서 사용하고 있는데 시몬스 모션 베드도 경험할수 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 직원분들 서비스는 100점입니다

酒店附近吃喝採購方便，但交通去明洞或東大們及江南，都需要30分鐘以上的車程。

Well located in the Guro district of Seoul. Easily accessible using 6004 Airport Limousine bus from Incheon A/P or using the train/subway network with Guro Digital Station a 5-10 minute easy walk away. Lots of eating options in the general area. Well appointed rooms, without being over the top, and a satisfactory gym facility. It worked well for my business trip to the city.

九老デジタル駅に近く、仁川空港へのリムジンバス6004系統がホテルの眼の前に止まるので非常に便利。少し古いホテルだが浴室もありお湯の出も良いので日本人にはおすすめできる。 ホテル近くに飲食店も多く、コンビニやロッテリアなどもあり苦労しないと思われる。日本のビジネスホテル感覚で仁川空港に帰るだけ！という方にはぜひおすすめ。

駅からのアクセス良くホテル周辺グルメなお店やカフェなども多くオススメです。中心地までは少し離れてますが地下鉄での移動は便利です。

I stayed in the hotel twice during my recent trip to Korea. It is very easy to get to the hotel from the airport. The airport bus 6004 stops across the street from the hotel entrance and to go back to the airport, the stop is literally in front to the hotel entrance. The hotel is clean and well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around. A subway station is also very close.

Cons: Limited Dining Options on Weekends: Since the hotel is located in a digital complex area, many surrounding restaurants are closed on weekends, which can be inconvenient for guests looking to dine nearby. Overall, it’s a good place to stay—especially for business travelers or those looking for easy access to shopping and public transportation.

The room is well maintained, only the breakfast menu stay the same during my stay. overall is decent hotel to stay

Preis-Leistung absolut ok. Das Hotel nicht nicht weit von der Metro-Linie 2 entfernt. Diese Linie ist eine Ringlinie, sodass man Verbindung zu den anderen Linien hat. Was mir nicht so gefallen hat, war der Preis für das Frühstück. Fast 20 Euro fand ich nicht angemessen. Zudem ich vorher in einem 4 Sterne Hotel in Seoul für 3 Wochen war und dort nur 11 Euro bezahlt habe. Aber nun, das ist Firmenpolitik.
