Location convenient to train, staff was friendly and sheets / general housekeeping was fine but condition of room was not ok. Aircon old, dirty, barely cooled and ridicously loud. Window above internal door wouldn't close (broken lever) and fridge was old and cracked within. Maybe just unlucky with our room but wouldn't stay again.

Clean rooms and bathrooms were clean, water and milk in fridge when we arrived. It is a hotel located next to Concord West train station so noisy (especially on a Friday night) Great if you want a cheap place to stay close to the city or Qudos Arena.

The room smelled really smokey - like the olden days! One bed was fine, the other one was SO soft. There was only one regular tea bag too. Water in the fridge was appreciated and staff at check in very friendly. VERY easy walk to the Olympic park.
