Broken elevator. I can’t climb stairs

Wifi not working

Elevator has be out of service for the last Month. I get to the room on the 2nd floor and find out that the key doesn't work and so i have to go back down and get it reprogram. A broken ELEVATOR is a big inconvenien. IN THE CAMING MONTHS I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT THIS PLACE UNTIL REPAIRS ARE DONE.

They ask for 100 deposit when you check in.

Wifi no working 👎 , everything else is so good, location, accessibility and options to eat 24hrs is really good.

Elevator was not working. They are charging a $100 deposit for staying. But none of that was on the booking part. A heads up of such fees would be nice to know so we can prepare ahead of time.

The elevator is out of service . I had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor.

Internet not working. Dirty room.

Staff was super friendly as always in the hotel had a very wonderful vibe, the room was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place.

The shower was very slow and not like other rooms that I’ve stayed at the same hotel. There were also a couple long hairs in the shower wall, as I have short hair those were not mine. Bed seems to slide off the bed frame too easily.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Motel 6. The room was clean, check in was easy and staff was accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

This property has roaches on the bed and elevators do not work. It also smells

Horror. Never again! Hotel was in the worst condition. People yelling and arguing in the hallway at night. Room infested with roaches and bed bugs.

When I went to check in, they gave me a room key and when I went to that room, there was already someone booked in that room, so I went back to the reception and told her that someone was already staying there. She was on her personal phone with another employee arguing that there was someone in that room already, but there was no one on the system for that room. The guy that was staying in that room came out and had said that he had been in that room since the night before. The receptionist and guy started arguing, until they just gave me another room. I get my key and go to my room, and as soon as I opened the door all I smelled was chemicals. It was very strong; it instantly made my head hurt. There were a couple of baby roaches. No shampoo, no hand soap. The bed was alright. In the morning, I was woken up by cleaning ladies outside my door talking extremely loud about how “they were feeling lazy and didn’t want to clean” and their conversation went on for another 30-40 minutes. Overall, the smell, the noise, and feeling unsafe didn’t allow me to sleep throughout the night. Would not book again.

Clean rooms and decent price.

the room was very nice the only compaint i have was the shower i thought i woud fall thru it was creaking and cracking and the bottom felt like it sank in, it had a big crack at the bottom.

Dogs from another room were barking constantly all night long. Kids were running down the hall hollering and screaming. I didn't rest well.

The hotel room was extremely small and had loud neighbors that partied the 2 nights me and my family stayed there. The mattress was not even a queen, more of a full and the quality was terrible. The only pro was the water being hot. That’s it.

I really enjoyed the the bed it was very comfortable and I was able to rest well during my stay. The only issues was the cleanliness there was hair in the restroom and the shower water pressure was very weak. I'm sure the heater is not working as those days were very cold and I wanted to warm the room up and it would get a comfortable temperature but till cooler than I wanted.

Emergency exit door (third floor) does not have a closer, therefor it slams shut very loudly every time someone uses it.

Bed wasn’t that comfortable for my wife

Wasn’t expecting such nice quality for a Motel 6. Loved it. TV was a little hard to connect an HDMI to, I let the staff know and they were sweet enough to move me to a different room with a different TV setup. Loved my stay. Hotel was very clean and smelled great. Definitely recommend!

Could have been a little quieter

Had an accessible room, but it was a tub not walk in shower?? The tub floor was also cracked. The tub faucet broken and had to guess at water temperature placement. Otherwise, clean and comfortable

First room assigned was dirty so I went back and asked for another room and the room they gave me was occupied! Horrible service and experience

We received door key, but other people staying in our room ,it was very embarrassing situations ,but getting worse no accommodation for my family

Site ok. Check in... unsatisfactory.... Waited one and one half hour for room past check in time. Check out price was higher than quoted and confirmed by check in clerk. Check out clerk rude, disrespectful and pretty much said "Reservation was made by you with expedia and I was not here during check in... not my fault. Take it up with them"

Excellent experience friendly staff safe parking located in a good area, highly recommended have stayed there many times..will stay many more times...staff will make sure your stay is good...place is clean and safe and quiet...

Clean environment, safe and great location. Plenty of restaurants and bars plus movie theatre, arena for shows and airport near by. Wish I had been staying longer, defiantly will em return and take advantage of the immediate area next time.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff was nice and the housekeeping staff was amazing. They went out of their way to accommodate as needed. The property was clean and although the elevator was out of order it wasn’t too big of a deal. The only thing was that they were painting and there was a gentleman setting up a cover to paint and I felt we were in his way. He was very friendly and did not seem bothered by us coming up and down the stairs. The coffee in the lobby was a great plus! The location was perfect with shopping and restaurants nearby. The ice machine on the second floor did not work but there was one on the first floor so we got our ice either way.

Stayed one week for work. The room was basic but nice, with minimalist decor. It was perfect for what I needed. Had no issues except you have to stop by the front desk everyday to reactivate your key card due to the cleaning crew deactivating after they leave your room. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Great price for the stay!

Staff was a bit timid when I arrived. Shy and wasn’t very talkative( for example wasn’t asked if I would like 1 or 2 key cards). Overall the stay was pleasant and was appropriately priced. Easy to access and several food options nearby .
