Schopenhauer Hof ist sehr empfehlenswert, in unmittelbarer Nähe vom altstadt und Sachenhausen. Das Parken, inklusive Auto Elevator, ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber es funktioniert. Zimmer war sauber und gut, das Personal hilfsbereit. Die Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.

Hotel was a great find along a good spot in downtown. I felt safe and the rooms were clean and nice. The only detriment is if you have a car, you've got to be comfortable pulling it through small places to get to a tiny car elevator that takes you underground to park in very limited parking spaces. If you have a small car, probably no problems.

Very spacious room with a great view. Excellent location for access to bars, restaurants and sight seeing. The only real complaint is it’s pretty noisy on weekends from traffic, sirens and late night partiers walking past. Also, the hotel bar is never open.

Wir waren für drei Tage in Frankfurt. Das Hotel erfüllte dafür voll und ganz seinen Zweck. Die Innenstadt ist nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß vom Hotel. Dafür, dass das Hotel so zentral gelegen ist war es sehr ruhig. Eine hauseigene Tiefgarage ist auch dabei (20 Euro pro Tag). Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Bad war auch super. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener Städtetrip.

Very nice hotel in a great location, only complaints I have is that the more expensive superior room did not have a balcony as shown in the photographs. Also the lobby music and early morning vacuuming could be heard very loudly in the room.

Centrally located, walking distance to main attractions and old town. Hotel is in good condition, shower is great, plenty of hot water. Beds are comfortable but be aware that if you asked for a double bed you will get 2 singles attached with individual bedding for each. Staff were very helpful.

Hotel was fine for a few nights. I was expecting it to be better based on the reviews. The rooms were big and the clean there were just a few things that I feel could have been better. The curtains in my room didn’t cover the whole window. The room was facing into the back of the hotel and there seemed to be construction going on and huge bright lights were on all night so made my room quite light. I also found the hotel to be quite loud both from other guests and also outside noise, even with the windows closed. There were no instructions on how to use the safe and if you try 3 times it locks it (which I wasn’t aware of) so I went to ask reception if someone could unlock it for me but no one ever came. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Location was good for the Xmas markets. Wouldn’t stay again? Probably not, I think I could get a better hotel for the same price.

Very clean, bathroom and furniture look new. Walkable distance to shopping and sightseeing spots. Got free upgrade to a river view room and the room was very quite. High speed wifi. The only downfall for me was that the TV had no English channels. No coffee machine in room but that didn’t matter to me.

Clerk at check in was helpful with arranging driver for 3am pick-up I ask about Uber and he suggested driver the hotel has used in past would be around 35 euro, I agreed, driver arrived as ordered, state 35-40 to airport, arrived and charged 47??, probably not hotels fault, go with Uber, price fixed in advance. 3 star for service, 1st clerk friendly and helpful, 2nd was short and surly. Had also ask for wake up at 2:30am, no call fortunately I had set my own alarm. Overnight clerk friendly and apologized for no call, did not have it noted. A convenient location to old town.

Check in member of staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Room was v small for a double. We had 2 rooms 211 was very small 108 was much better. Breakfast is good, but not enough tables and less was refilled on Sunday compared to Saturday. Some later replacements were still frozen.

Very nice property in an amazing location. We had an amazing view of Frankfurt and comfortable spacious rooms. Receptionist allowed us to check in 2 hours early and were very kind. Will be returning back!!!

The property was convenient: however, the checkin staff was rude and I speak basic German but they refused to repeat things when asked. One of the towels in the bathroom looked like a literal rag. Overall, the stay was fine and the facilities (breakfast and such) were good.

Reservanos quarto com balcony e vista pata Rio. Nosso quarto era 1*andar sem balcony e barulho da rua era terrível. Conversei com recepção Yasmim e seu gerente Yashi que foram extremamente rude e agressivos nao poderia alterar nada. Finalmente ultima diaria as 16h00 ainda nao tinham feito servico de arrumação de quarto. Atendimento pessimo e rude! Unica coisa q vale a pena localização perto da praça Rommer. Nao recomendo este Hotel pelo atendimento.

ヨーロッパのホテルにしては部屋が広かった。川側の部屋で眺めも良かった。フランクフルト大聖堂の近くで、Uバーンの駅、バス停も近く立地は便利です。徒歩圏にスーパーもあります。部屋でコーヒーを飲みたかったのですが湯沸かしポットが置いて無かったのでフロントの男性に言ったらレストランのお湯で対応してくれと言われました。でも、一旦外出して戻るとフロントの男性は湯沸かしポットを用意してくれてました。また泊まりたいホテルです。

This was a decent hotel to stay at for one night. This is a business trip stay. Everything was pleasant and the staff were helpful. Didn't eat breakfast. But the room was comfortable and quiet. Good location for public transport and a walk around the more interesting areas of Frankfurt.

This is a great location for visiting the historic district and for walking along the river walk. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. Train station less than 10 minute walk and felt very safe! The AC isn’t on when you arrive but it cools down quickly. Great stay for an overnight layover in Frankfurt. They also gave us late check out!

The location was prime. Walking distance to the center and the Christmas markets. Safe environment. Breakfast buffet was good. The phone never worked, the safe didn’t work although they fixed it twice. The rooms could use some updating. Good experience over all.
