The hotel is nice aesthetically and is in a good location. It is great that they offer shuttle services to and from the airport, as it is challenging to get around Venice. There seems to be gaps in communication between staff members. For example, we were promised our room would be ready ASAP at 10 AM ( which was well before the check-in time) but were not able to access a room until 2 PM. It would have been better if they were honest and let us know the room would not be available until the regular check-in time. We had an issue with our keycard not working, and it was promised the door would be fixed. It was not fixed for the duration of our stay. We were also promised to use the spa facilities complimentary for this inconvenience but then were questioned about the timing of our service and why we didn’t let them know 15 min in advance, as someone needs to turn the stream room and sauna on. They then let us know that it was not problem and someone would do it now and to wait for 30 minutes for it to heat up. For this inconvenience we were g given the “service for free”; however it was already supposed to be complimentary? Lastly, I checked with the hotel about our shuttle to the airport for our departure. I never heard a definitive answer back. A woman let me know that she would put us into the 10 AM time slot. Due to all of the miscommunication prior, I decided to check with someone at the front desk later that day. We were never added to the list- I had to alert them.

Breakfast was not free, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! There are water taxi’s for cheaper, but the hotel’s water taxi was convenient and took the guesswork out of not knowing what to expect.

Free water taxi from airport was a bonus. Drop off was close to the hotel. Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast covered everything you could think of. Very nice rooms that were quiet. Would stay here again.

You couldn’t beat the location. The vaporetto station for going to Venice was right in front of the hotel. We took the complementary hotel water taxi shuttle to and from the airport and it was efficient and on time. The women at the front desk were very helpful in providing restaurant suggestions. We made the right decision in deciding to stay on Murano instead of in Venice.

I would not advise to go to this property. We were deprived of the transfer from airport to hotel by water taxi with a drink which is why I chose this hotel, two days before we were due to go I was sent an email to say the boat was broken and we would have to find our own way to the island.

A lovely hotel! The best location with a water taxi station directly in front of the hotel. The hotel itself has a lovely aesthetic. The staff could not be any nicer, more helpful or friendly. My best dining experience was at the restaurant here at my hotel at the Hyatt centric in Murano! A lovely service with a proper wine pour. The bar was super fun! My bed pillows and sheets were very comfortable. I do however have one complaint. For some reason hotel guests cannot use the hotel spa without an additional fee and not only a fee but an hourly fee which I found to be extremely tacky and something I’ve never experienced in hotels any hotel all over the world.

We had a wonderful time here, the hotel was conveniently located right across from the boat transportation. Everyone was so very friendly, staff and guests, except the woman who checked us out. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she was very unfriendly. The bartender, Stan, was amazing! His drinks were great and he made the bar fun! Both my husband I said what a different perception we had of the hotel before and after we checked out. It’s amazing the difference one person can make, the whole trip was amazing but she left kind of a bad taste🙁

The night we checked in the sheets were stained and full of pubic hair. Simply disgusting and unacceptable for a Hotel that charge you such a high rate. We have to wait until they performed the house keeping.... they did not even offer a different room !!! Not happy at all, they ruined my whole stay in Murano.

It a great spot on Murano, easy vaporette accès to the airport and Venetia. The restaurant offers was below expectations, food was overdue, staff was in reduced numbers, guests got frustrated and spirits heated. We got locked out cause of a door lock default… took 4 visits to front desk to get someone to open out door. One of our rooms was shady clean… dust bunnies under the beds… and mold on the ceiling. Not really the Hyatt standard we are used to.

The room could have been cleaner. There were crumbs (cookie, I think) in the button holes of the furniture. Should have been spotted by the staff. Watch out for the milk at breakfast. Served sour in small bottles. Told the head waiter confidentially. He said it was okay. Every day the same bottles of sour milk that no one was drinking were on the table.

The check in process was slow and only one person to deal with many guests. Our room was warm and after several complaints with no resolution, we just opened the window and had to deal with the mosquitoes. Then, the paid for shuttle service dropped us off at the wrong side of the train terminal with all of our bags and we had to walk almost a half of a mile to get to the correct area of the station.

Great location, very close to the Murano glass museum. The public transportation from Venice stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is very nice and the staff were great! And excellent A/C during the heat wave. Also had a very good boat shuttle (was included in price of hotel but we, of course, tipped the driver. Not inexpensive, but a very good value

A beautiful hotel on a quiet neighbourhood with public vaporetto transport right out front. Easy access to Venice by water. Only challenge we had was that the room we had looked into what was an abandoned building / Constrction storage site so we had a view of a bunch of junk. Also the kitcheb staff would often be working and talking right below our room- making noise very early in the morning.

This is a nice hotel in an excellent convenient location in Murano. The breakfast was excellent quality. One complaint was that our room faced the courtyard/restaurant and there were people chatting/laughing well past midnight every single night and the window does not block out noise. We loved staying in Murano while visiting Venice. The area was in a perfect location as the water taxi stop was right in front of the hotel. Easy transportation to and from Venice. The hotel itself was clean and modern. The only item to note is that you can't control the AC from your room. You have to request the AC to be adjusted at front desk.

It was a great stay. I enjoyed the quiet after staying a few days in Venice. The room was excellent and very comfortable. Next time I would stay here instead of Venice as the level of comfort is far superior.

Location is excellent and rooms are quiet. However, communication with reception is very weak. I completed 2 online requests for shuttle pickup prior to arrival and made 2 phone calls to confirm pick up prior to arrival but never received a response. The hotel picked us up at the hotel in a Riva taxi amazing, a great welcome by the guy on Reception and the room and facilities were good and the restaurant staff, porters and cleaners were very friendly and the ferries were just outside the door. Not so good, every other receptionist were just unhelpful and rude, couldn’t even tell us where to buy the ferry tickets! and the food in the restaurant while it looked good was the worst we had in the whole of Venice

Put in the incorrect room although I insisted it was wrong but at 9pm why argue. An hour later the error was corrected and we moved to correct room. Room had mold as both mornings we couldn’t open our eyes and felt like something in room causing this. We were promised direct transfers to the Venice airport for $22 but the boat broke down that night, they said we could walk 20 minutes with all our bags to catch a direct ferry or transfer twice and spend 2 hours to reach airport. They set up a private taxi that was to pick us up no later then 9:30 am at our cost of $150 and when we went to lobby at 9:10am they had NO record of the night manager (jose) that set up the taxi. He called and said it was a mix up and the taxi would arrive at 9:30. At 9:45 he called again and said it was 5 min away. it showed at 10am. So we missed our connection, we paid $150 to be late when we were promised a $22 transfer when we booked this hotel. The Only good part of the stay was our waitress at the restaurant on the 1st night, Chris, she was excellent. Overall very disappointed with experience.

Wow, what a truly fantastic way to see Venice and the surrounding area without the crowds and chaos. Murano and the Hyatt Centric are the best option for your visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the helpful staff and especially the hotel managers suggestion of how to best experience a day in Venice (thank you so much Armando!). We also enjoyed the on site restaurant especially for the breakfast buffet. It was an amazing way to start our day before we went exploring. Also having its own vaparetto stop literally feet from the front door is also very convenient. A truly beautiful part of the world that we were fortunate to be able to visit.

Our room's shower drain did not work, so we had flooding in the bathroom. We wiped this up ourselves and reported the problem to the front desk. It was not corrected that day, so the next day we had the same outcome. The room was stuffy and uncomfortable, so we asked at the front desk how we could adjust that in our room. The answer was that there was no adjustment and we could also not turn on AC, due to government restrictions on its use. The hotel employee's tone was demeaning and defensive. It made me feel bad that I even asked about this. The whole experience was so poor relative to other hotels we stayed at in Italy.

Murano is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice and this hotel has a water taxi stop right out front. There are limited and pricey food options around so make sure you eat beforehand in Venice or venture out for dinner by 7. There’s also a Coop grocery store a block down the street if you need snacks. The Hyatt rooms are very spacious—more of a North American size. The buffet breakfast is pricey but good (and may or may not be included in the stay depending on what site/vendor you use to book). The airport shuttle is seamless but check on the time to make sure it’s running when you need it.

Our room was so hot and we didn’t have the ability to change the temperature in our room. Our first night the shower had little to no hot water. I take lukewarm showers typically and this shower was cold to me. There is no excuse for a hotel to lack hot water. The shower had no storage and the one tiny shelf that was in the shower was full of the clunky shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles. These bottles weren’t connected to the wall or on a sturdy shelf, so I had to juggle pumping the bottles, as they were too bulky to hold and pump with one hand to squirt the product into my other hand. There were no washcloths and when we requested them, we never received them. The water taxi service to and from Venice was a disaster. We were dropped off in one location and told to meet there for pickup, only to learn we were at the wrong location, after waiting with other hotel guests. Our dinner at the hotel restaurant was just ok. The entire hotel was so dark and it certainly didn’t give it ambience. The only positive I can give this hotel is their breakfast, it was delicious. This hotel was a disappointing end to our otherwise perfect vacation.

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und alles ist top! Das Abendessen war jedoch sehr überteuert und das Geld nicht wert. Auf Beschwerden wurde nur wiederwillig reagiert erst am zweiten Tag wurde ein Problem mit der Heizung gelöst. Das Zimmer war so heiß das man nicht schlafen konnte und das im Dezember. Uns wurden Ventilatoren empfohlen anstatt das Problem zu suchen. Auf Wiederholte Beschwerde wurde gesucht und ein defektes Ventil gefunden. Die Heizkörper waren also immer voll aufgedreht.

Okay hotel in Murano, very little atmosphere (bit clinical, especially with the bleach smell). It was clean and fine for a few days. If staying here be mindful that everything closes early as the tourists mainly leave when the glass factory's close at around 6pm and very limited restaurants. The area didn't bother us as quiet and good links into venice.

This location is good if you want to get away from the crowds in Venice or are focused on Murano glass. The down side is that dining options are very limited, especially after 6 PM. We stayed there the last night of our vacation hoping to take advantage of the airport shuttle they offer. Unfortunately it only runs after 11:30 AM and our flight was at 11. Also, the airport water bus doesn't start running until 8:09 AM. We were lucky this worked out for us, otherwise our only choice would have been a private taxi which is quite expensive. Our room was clean and spacious but much colder than we would have liked. When we asked the staff about it they said there was nothing they could do as the heat had been turned off for the season. We had drinks and snacks in the hotel bar because it was convenient. It was also after 6 and our options were limited. The staff was friendly but the waiter didn't remember what kind of sandwiches were offered that day, there were only two, or what the cicchetti of the day was. Again there were only two types of cicchetti that day. Our spritz drinks were missing the olives we'd become accustomed to during our week in Venice. We had to ask for the small container of potato chips that normally come along with your drinks. Granted all of these are minor annoyances but added together made our stay disappointing. I expected better from Hyatt.

A lovely hotel! The best location with a water taxi station directly in front of the hotel. The hotel itself has a lovely aesthetic. The staff could not be any nicer, more helpful or friendly. My best dining experience was at the restaurant here at my hotel at the Hyatt centric in Murano! A lovely service with a proper wine pour. The bar was super fun! My bed pillows and sheets were very comfortable. I do however have one complaint. For some reason hotel guests cannot use the hotel spa without an additional fee and not only a fee but an hourly fee which I found to be extremely tacky and something I’ve never experienced in hotels any hotel all over the world.

Lovely property by the water bus/Alilaguna‘s stop. It is easy to travel to Venice and back. Breakfast is slightly expensive at the hotel, 22 Euros/person, even for younger kids. We skipped that and enjoyed the Local bakeries. We would stay again at this Hotel.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay. Both Sinks in the bathroom had missing plugs to stop water draining away. Hot water had to be adjusted. Blind didn’t work in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok, bacon generally undercooked and the Parmesan was too smelly and needed a cloche to stop flies. Staff very approachable. Location good and the shuttle fantastic.

I really liked my stay at the Hyatt Centric. It’s right off the ferry stop and also right by the stop where you can get a private water taxi, which makes getting around very easy. I took a private boat to Murano when I arrived, but used the hotel’s shuttle boat back to the airport. Both options were equally good quality, comfortable and easy. It’s a bit far from the Lido and a bit of a haul from the main islands of Venice, but I enjoy the boat rides, so I didn’t mind. And honestly, a comfortable, clean room is paramount for any stay. There’s not much around as far as souvenirs or shopping if you’re not looking for glassware. This is Murano, after all, and Murano is famous for its glass, so there is certainly plenty of that! I had dinner at the hotel restaurant at sunset along the canal and really enjoyed it. The portions are American-style big, and the limoncello is strong! I loved sitting there watching people walk their dogs and watching the ferries come in, with everyone getting on and off. It was a lovely way to experience a quieter side of Venice. My room was quiet, the water pressure was great, and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t even touch the AC. All around, a good stay and I would absolutely come back.
I really liked my stay at the Hyatt Centric. It’s right off the ferry stop and also right by the stop where you can get a private water taxi, which makes getting around very easy. I took a private boat to Murano when I arrived, but used the hotel’s shuttle boat back to the airport. Both options were equally good quality, comfortable and easy. It’s a bit far from the Lido and a bit of a haul from the main islands of Venice, but I enjoy the boat rides, so I didn’t mind. And honestly, a comfortable, clean room is paramount for any stay. There’s not much around as far as souvenirs or shopping if you’re not looking for glassware. This is Murano, after all, and Murano is famous for its glass, so there is certainly plenty of that! I had dinner at the hotel restaurant at sunset along the canal and really enjoyed it. The portions are American-style big, and the limoncello is strong! I loved sitting there watching people walk their dogs and watching the ferries come in, with everyone getting on and off. It was a lovely way to experience a quieter side of Venice. The hotel is perfectly located right in front of the water bus stop. The room was lovely with a load of amenities and a huge king bed that I didn’t want to leave.

Perfect location on the island of Murano, with a vaporetto dock right by the entrance that links directly to the main Venice Island. Beautifully appointed room (suite), quiet, with canal views. The staff were extremely helpful.

Staff were amazing at this hotel, they did everything to accommodate and make us feel comfortable. Venice is a beautiful place and this hotel emphasises that perfectly. The reception team were very helpful and the restaurant team Stan and Sam were very attentive. Perfect relaxing place to stay.
