The hotel is gorgeous. If you’re looking for a quite relaxing vacation this hotel is a good pick. They have beautiful rooms with well equipped kitchens. The infinity pool is very nice. There’s not much else to do the hotel lacks activities. Not a lot of restaurant options within the hotel. And what is available the food wasn’t great, and expensive. Be aware of the time share “free breakfast” from luxury living. That’s a total scam and should not be permitted on the hotel premises. They lure you to sign up and later try to sell you a $28,000 package. That was a big turn off to return to this hotel .

We had a lovely stay at Goldwynn! It was a short family getaway for my big birthday and I just wanted to relax in a beautiful place and this did not disappoint! The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. The entire place and our rooms were impeccably clean. They cleaned daily including the pool. The view from our room in our balcony was like a dream. The ocean is so fast and blue and great to enjoy coffee in the morning or watch sunset at night. What we loved most is that it’s calm and serene here and not crazy and loud like the more famous large casino resorts nearby. If you want a quieter calmer vacation and be pampered this is it! Our son who is 9 thoroughly enjoyed himself at the pool and his virgin strawberry daiquiris :) …. the pool is an infinitely pool which is just breathtaking facing the ocean. The cocktails were fantastic and nothing beats drinking a cold slushy one in a warm pool facing the ocean. All in all, we had a fantastic 5 days at Goldwynn. The only downside was one unfortunate incident where a pipe burst on the property so we had our water shutdown for half the day. But the staff were accommodating with bringing us gallons of water and took some money off our bill for the trouble. It was fixed by the afternoon. Only negative note is how expensive everything was (food, drinks, snacks). The room and property is a fantastic deal but extras were quite pricey. It’s not all inclusive so just something to be aware of. THANK YOU!!! we loved it!

The beachfront view from the rooms was absolutely stunning. The pool and beach areas had plenty of seating and remained quiet and relaxing throughout our stay. I took a morning yoga class with a beach view, which was a fantastic experience and well worth it. There were plenty of activities available if you’re feeling adventurous—kayaking, snorkeling, paddleboarding, volleyball, and more. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We chose to dine mostly off the property to explore Bahamian culture, so I can’t speak much about the on-site food. One thing I would do differently next time is rent my own car. The upscale taxi service was excellent—professional and reliable—but a bit on the pricey side.

Property is under construction with a new tower. Little noise by the pool and on the beach. My room was very clean and comfortable, mini kitchen with same refrigerator. The property needs more options for dinner after 5pm. Very limited menu for room service.

Excellent location, infinity pool right on the private relaxing beach was the highlight of my trip. I booked the gold terrace room and enjoyed the fabulous partial ocean view and golf course view. Very spacious room and loved the spacious balcony. I treated my parents for their anniversary and they were impressed by this resort. Very clean and upscale. I have stayed at the St. Regis in Bermuda and the aesthetic, vibe and outdoor set up reminded me so much of the St. Regis. Staff was excellent, hospitality was 10/10!! I was welcomed with open arms and everyone was so accommodating and kind. OIA was incredible, especially the sushi and the Greek chef nailed the Mediterranean dishes. Outdoor beach/pool bar was wonderful as well, great drinks and food and amazing service. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future.

Goldwynn was everything we wanted for our peaceful vacation! Our room (Gold Terrace room) was massive and very nice, including a large patio balcony with a table and couch area. Love the provided water bottles and beach bag. All staff was so accommodating and friendly every step of the way. Communication was fabulous any time I had a question before and during our trip. If you want a more relaxed vibe than the usual big resort bustle, I highly recommend this place. We traveled during non-peak times (intentionally as always) so I can’t speak for the busy season, but we had tons of space on the beach and always could find our own loungers, etc. the resort also offered paddle boards, clear bottom kayaks, etc which we rarely had to wait for. The food was really good. No complaints there. If you want to spend less money, I recommend using one of the grocery delivery services they recommend on their website. We made our own breakfast/lunch most days in the kitchenette in our room which was so convenient. The resorts transportation service (Ride Distinguished) was also very convenient. For a slightly higher cost than a taxi, you get a private luxury ride, don’t have to haggle, and they were prompt and ready both to and from the airport. All around great experience. Amenities were also great. The infinity pool was gorgeous. The beach was also right there. The fitness center was fantastic (although people dropping their weights could be heard from our room above it.)

We stayed in a suite that included a living area. Only pro was the suite was very spacious and kitchenette was well equipped. However, we had significant ants on the couches in the living area. There were dead insects all around the room as well. The cleaning staff only surface-cleaned the room daily. Also, this hotel is not family-friendly at all. Breakfast opens at 8 am and nothing is open for you to even get a coffee or milk for the children. Food options are extremely limited and we are vegetarian so food was scarce. We survived through food delivery via local app called Kraven. Pool area was well maintained and pool staff were pleasant.

They have the most wonderful and friendly staff. The property is absolutely beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. I gave four stars because on our last day the showers stopped working. When they did work, the water was brown. We finally were able to shower at 9pm, but it was a bummer after swimming at the beach and not being able to clean off. Other than that this resort is astonishing.

The hotel is gorgeous. If you’re looking for a quite relaxing vacation this hotel is a good pick. They have beautiful rooms with well equipped kitchens. The infinity pool is very nice. There’s not much else to do the hotel lacks activities. Not a lot of restaurant options within the hotel. And what is available the food wasn’t great, and expensive. Be aware of the time share “free breakfast” from luxury living. That’s a total scam and should not be permitted on the hotel premises. They lure you to sign up and later try to sell you a $28,000 package. That was a big turn off to return to this hotel .

The hotel is new and modern with a great ambiance. There is at least one restaurant on-site offering lunch, dinner, cocktails, and limited room service hours. The Atria is also a nice option for smoothies, juices, and cocktails, though I would recommend offering a fresh juice bar instead of prepackaged options to enhance the experience. The pool and beach access are truly the highlights of this property, with beautiful views that add to the relaxing atmosphere. I stayed in the Gold Terrace Studio with a partial ocean view. The room was comfortable but could benefit from some improvements. Additional electrical outlets—especially standard plugs on both sides of the bed—would be helpful, as there were only USB ports available. For a studio that accommodates up to four guests, the closet space is quite limited. I was disappointed to find one of the closets locked and inaccessible because it was being used to store the owner's personal items. Therefore, limiting guests to half a closet that already contained the safe and a chest of drawers leaving very reduced hanging space for longer clothing. When renting a room, guests should have full access to all available storage. If owners need to store their belongings, I would suggest providing a secure storage area elsewhere in the building with lockers designated for that purpose.

Great hotel. With a couple of small tweaks, it would be even better. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean and new. Kitchen had what we needed- but don't expect to cook a full meal in there. Pool was awesome. Right on the beach. You can watch sea turtles and sting rays from the balcony. They need a more extensive music rotation outside the hotel. You hear the same songs multiple times a day if you are by the pool or on your balcony.... Also should shut off the music at midnight... And when the outside bar has a day time DJ. The AC isn't great at night. They need to override the system if it is movement based. The kitchen could use a newly wrapped sponge for clean up but paper towels worked ok. The storage furniture is a little strange. Need more hooks in the bedroom. Closet was in the main living area. The restaurant is good, but had a couple of misses. Order food to share at the table so all can enjoy as the dishes come out of the kitchen. Pool menu was good, but needs a few more choices if you are there for more than a couple days. The hotel gets busier on the weekends. Overall, a very nice stay. Definitely would return to the Goldwynn!

Everything was great. Rooms are massive. Only complaint is the extreme cost of food and water in the hotel. A bottle of water in the resort’s restaurants was $12 for example. My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and spent $1,200 on food, eating 2 times a day on average. There is a 15% gratuity and 10% tax on every meal. The 15% gratuity goes to all the workers throughout the restaurant and the waiter still expects their tip. We went to a couple different resorts to visit and every restaurant was this way. All in all, resort is perfect and the best room I have stayed in. Be prepared to spend an obnoxious amount of money on overpriced food in Nassau.

We decided at the last minute to book a quick trip to Nassau. We were a little hesitant because it is a little more expensive than some of the other places to stay. However, from the second we arrived, they literally took care of every little thing we needed. The staff were all incredibly kind, friendly and so helpful. We felt like family. The food and drinks are all absolutely amazing. The rooms are top notch. I can’t say enough good things about our trip and stay at The Goldwynn. We stayed in an ocean view studio. The view was beautiful. The room was also so well appointed with so many little touches that make life just a little easier. Filtered water and a nice insulated water bottle is provided. The toiletries are nice. Great towels, bathrobes, and even slippers. The beds were so comfy. And the room keys are silicone bracelets so no more lost room keys and having to go to the front desk when you forgot it. I just kept mine on the whole trip. Also the location is perfect. It’s quiet and on one of the most beautiful beaches you’ll ever see. Close enough to get to the different attractions but also far enough from the hustle and bustle of the large resorts, downtown, and the cruise ships. All just a short cab ride. We will definitely be heading back as soon as we possibly can. Treat yourself. It’s absolutely worth every penny. The only thing is we would’ve liked the pool bar to stay open a little later to sit out and watch the summer sunsets with a cocktail at the beach.

Goldwynn was everything we wanted for our peaceful vacation! Our room (Gold Terrace room) was massive and very nice, including a large patio balcony with a table and couch area. Love the provided water bottles and beach bag. All staff was so accommodating and friendly every step of the way. Communication was fabulous any time I had a question before and during our trip. If you want a more relaxed vibe than the usual big resort bustle, I highly recommend this place. We traveled during non-peak times (intentionally as always) so I can’t speak for the busy season, but we had tons of space on the beach and always could find our own loungers, etc. the resort also offered paddle boards, clear bottom kayaks, etc which we rarely had to wait for. The food was really good. No complaints there. If you want to spend less money, I recommend using one of the grocery delivery services they recommend on their website. We made our own breakfast/lunch most days in the kitchenette in our room which was so convenient. The resorts transportation service (Ride Distinguished) was also very convenient. For a slightly higher cost than a taxi, you get a private luxury ride, don’t have to haggle, and they were prompt and ready both to and from the airport. All around great experience. Amenities were also great. The infinity pool was gorgeous. The beach was also right there. The fitness center was fantastic (although people dropping their weights could be heard from our room above it.)

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the level of customer service really stood out—they were always ready to help and made me feel at home. This property has a lot of potential because it’s new, clean and quiet. The staffing definitely needs improvement, and I strongly believe that management it’s the root cause of this issue. To be fair the staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. There’s definitely a lack of structure and communication among the other areas/departments in the premises. That being said, the staff it’s scattered throughout the property but when you truly need to be assisted you need to be looking for them. For instance, during breakfast I had to look for a waiter to take our order after 25 minutes of being seated. When I wanted a drink at the pool, I had to go look for a waiter as well and the waiter at the other side of the pool ended up assisting us. When I went to the restaurant for dinner I was told that certain meals that were on the menu like a cheese burger was only available to order through room service. Well, a couple that arrived after me and next to me were served fries and a burger which I was told I couldn’t order. I brought that up to the manager’s attention and unfortunately he replied with excuses instead of taking ownership of the situation. He replied “well that’s on the kids menu”, which is not true. When I cheeked out I requested to see the bill and I’m glad I did because I was being charged a $90 dinner that I’ve never consumed. Overall, nice place but terrible service.

The staff and service was exceptional, correction is exceptional because I am sure it still will be when you arrive. I prefer this facility over the SLS, Atlantis or any resort in the immediate vicinity, If you are looking for entertainment or food options, this isn’t going be to what you are seeking. However, if peace and quiet with a manicured view is what you desire, then welcome home!

Excellent location, infinity pool right on the private relaxing beach was the highlight of my trip. I booked the gold terrace room and enjoyed the fabulous partial ocean view and golf course view. Very spacious room and loved the spacious balcony. I treated my parents for their anniversary and they were impressed by this resort. Very clean and upscale. I have stayed at the St. Regis in Bermuda and the aesthetic, vibe and outdoor set up reminded me so much of the St. Regis. Staff was excellent, hospitality was 10/10!! I was welcomed with open arms and everyone was so accommodating and kind. OIA was incredible, especially the sushi and the Greek chef nailed the Mediterranean dishes. I Had a Horrible experience at This hotel Mostly because of The supervisor Name Claudette or Claudine upon check in i wasn’t informed that there will be a incidental fee a night for my stay because their listing on Exspedia doesn’t show all cost that will be charged however that was a issue for me as i explained to her she made sarcastic faces at my responses she then told me she couldn’t check me in which made me upset because i was on a solo grief trip of my fiancé i then was in tears crying in the lobby frustrated because of her arrogant attitude i then contacted exspedia they confirmed it was the hotels lack the manager yandy then came out who was very polite understanding and fixed the issue then upon checking out ms Claudette was present i got into my car service then Claudette came running out of the hotel asking the driver to ask me to come back into the hotel to clear up my car service payment which was very weird because the website even states you will be charged at a later date but she assumed i didn’t have money because i didn’t have a card to give her so she treated me that way even my car service driver said she was very unprofessional and she was not supposed to do that it has never happened before but because i just wanted to leave i payed and left even more upset than coming she was very condescending, sarcastic no apathy for a human being she doesn’t deserve the position she has i was on a grief trip for my fiance who has been gone 2 years

Lovely hotel with great service. Our room was huge and gorgeous with fully stocked kitchenette. The hotel is very quiet which is what we were looking for. Walkable to Baha Mar during the day, but need a $40 return taxi at night there for other dining options. The hotel dining is very limited and very expensive. The beach and sea are nice at the hotel. Limited sun until on the pool until mid afternoon.

Very beautiful resort that’s nestled at the quiet end of cable beach. About 10 minute walk down to the baha mar which offers many more dining options. We enjoyed being able to relax at the Goldwyn with its relative tranquility. The poolside and beach area are simply perfect.

This hotel is situated on a lovely beach and has an amazingly gorgeous pool area. It is also quiet compared to the chaos of some of the larger hotels. I met so many wonderful guests and "residents" in the week I was there. In general, my stay was great. While billed as a 5 star hotel, it had several glitches which I openly spoke to the managers about and they are working on them. Also note there is a significant construction project going on next door. While not too disruptive, it would be better if it was not happening. Hotel food was delicious but spendy. Most of the people working there were friendly. Shout-outs especially to Jay, "G" and David for their help in making my stay nice. The reason I gave the "area around the property" 4 stars is the beach right next to it (a public park) had a bunch of garbage on it. Also, note there is a road on the entry side, but I found my "golf view studio" on the 5th floor generally lovely, the road noise was not a big problem. The green was a nice change from the sea, it had morning sun and the deck chairs were beautifully sturdy wood with thick pillows.A wonderful place for morning coffee. There is so much more to tell about this place, but suffice it to say, if you can afford it, it is a beautiful choice.

This is a beautiful, very clean resort. It is nice and quiet and not overcrowded like other hotels/resorts in the area. It's the perfect place to stay if you are looking to relax and get away. Dining options are a bit limited, and there was always a line at the coffee bar. They could use a bit more staff there. You will need to take a cab if you want to go anywhere else. The resort staff is very helpful with this, but it does get expensive. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property, friendly staff. We were greeted by every staff member we saw. Infinity pool overlooking ocean. We enjoyed the coffee bar each morning and ate at the restaurant a couple nights. Food was wonderful. It is walking distance to Baha Mar, but that place was too hopping for us. Local beach next door where they rent jet skis. The hotel is gorgeous. If you’re looking for a quite relaxing vacation this hotel is a good pick. They have beautiful rooms with well equipped kitchens. The infinity pool is very nice. There’s not much else to do the hotel lacks activities. Not a lot of restaurant options within the hotel. And what is available the food wasn’t great, and expensive. Be aware of the time share “free breakfast” from luxury living. That’s a total scam and should not be permitted on the hotel premises. They lure you to sign up and later try to sell you a $28,000 package. That was a big turn off to return to this hotel .

If you are looking to relax, Goldwynn is the place. The staff is top-notch. The location is on a quiet white sand beach but only a 15 minute walk from a large resort with a casino. The pool is super clean, warm and open 24-7. Our condo was large,clean with a large fully furnished terrace and full of amenities. Restaurants are good but another restaurant is needed to give more choices. Overall we loved this place and highly recommend it.

Everything was great. Rooms are massive. Only complaint is the extreme cost of food and water in the hotel. A bottle of water in the resort’s restaurants was $12 for example. My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and spent $1,200 on food, eating 2 times a day on average. There is a 15% gratuity and 10% tax on every meal. The 15% gratuity goes to all the workers throughout the restaurant and the waiter still expects their tip. We went to a couple different resorts to visit and every restaurant was this way. All in all, resort is perfect and the best room I have stayed in. Be prepared to spend an obnoxious amount of money on overpriced food in Nassau.

We had a lovely stay at Goldwynn Resort. The room was beautiful, spacious and well appointed. We dined at OIA Restaurant, amazing! The meal was exquisite and the service was on point. We spent most days on the beach and enjoying the infinity pool! The outdoor dining at Amara was the perfect spot for lunch & a cocktail! Overall, the Goldwynn Resort was exactly what we were looking for, a Luxury Boutique Hotel, with all of the amenities, and an incredible beach where we could simply relax. We will most certainly return. We appreciated and enjoyed a refined vacation experience.

Goldwynn was beautiful! The view is simply stunning. We loved having the pool and ocean right there, and the activities were a great plus with stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, and ping-pong. My older son also enjoyed the amazing gym on the property. I very much appreciated having a little kitchenette area to cook in so we didn't eat out every meal. I do wish there were more restaurants available, as taking a cab every outing was pricey and we had not brought dressy enough attire for the dinner option. Everything else though was incredible. Thank you Goldwynn!

Call the hotel to schedule or you will be setup with the highest priced vehicle for transportation. Each meal you will be charged an 18% gratuity plus 10% VT fee. We will definitely be back but be prepared for the additional fees.
