This place is amazing. I did very little research for this place, but got a home run. Next time to 2 restaurant, 2 fast food options, a coffee shop and a 7-11. Area is safe. Security and police everywhere. Mall is 14 min walk away. There is a ATM in the lobby. A grab locker as well. Grab eats is there version of Uber eats, so you can have food delivery. They have a spa also. Only negative is no mini fridge in the room. But everything is top notch.

I stayed for just one night (initial plan and booking was for tow nights). I liked the convenience of the hotel as far as parking, checking in/ out, and accessing the room itself. The attendants/ bellhops were extremely polite and cordial. The clerks behind the desk, however, were not the friendliest of human beings. Nevertheless, they remained professional and I had no issues with my stay. The only downside was the floor in my room. That is, the floor looked dirty and this made me somewhat uneasy.

Room was super clean along with the bedding. No real issues except I hoped the restaurant was open. I found out it was closed down for renovations for an extended period. However restaurants are within easy walking distance. I made do with Jollibee 😊

When I booked the hotel it says that I had free breakfast for two, but when I arrived the staff told us otherwise. I’m not sure if there was mix up but that’s not something i tolerate. Probably won’t come back.

Red Planet Aseana City has become my night before going back to the USA ritual. It's always clean, comfortable and the staff is very pleasant. There is a coffee shop and 7-11 right next door and some eating options adjacent. It's also a quick Grab or taxi ride to nearby SM Mall of Asia. And it literally borders the airport so it only takes minutes to get to our terminal regardless of the time of day.

Everything was clean and contemporary. Couldn't get the TV to work right but not a big deal for me. Bed was comfy, shower water pressure was nice. Room is a bit small again not a big deal. Overall would stay again for short stays.

I’ve stayed here many times, but this time it was a little less than ideal. When I arrived past midnight and asked for water, they only had a dispenser but not bottled water options, so I had to go next door to buy it at newly 1 am. The room was quite humid when I got in and didn’t feel fresh. Then when I tried the WiFi it wouldn’t work - whatever password combination they had given me must have been wrong. In the morning around 7:30-8 am there we’re loud guests in the hallway / with their door open for 30-45 minutes that I could clearly hear from in my room. I appreciate the budget nature of Red Planet and typically feel it’s worth it, but this time it felt unkept.

Nice, clean place near the airport. Very friendly and courteous staff. Close to restaurants. Great shower with good water pressure. Would stay here again. My only suggestion is that they have more plug outlets. Our room only had two in total, with none in the bathroom.

Nina and Belle at front desk were very helpful. They are so attentive to all their guests even when they are busy. the security guard was so polite. all the maintenance guys have ere so accommodating. This hotel is a great place to stay

Made a reservation and got in late at I am , we have to wait over an hour or so because room is not cleaned yet , The staff reasoning was we pay on arrival thats why .Isn’t it thats what reservation is for so y you have a room ready and available . If you don’t show up , they charge you anyway .

Trisha at the front desk was terrific. The entire staff amazing. Easy walk to anyplace. I find it the perfect place cause its minutes from the car rental place and a close to airport.

Requested for housekeeping was told that it will done by 1pm but when I came back at 5pm housekeeping was not done still inquired in front desk was told it will be done when I come back. When I returned at 6pm it’s still not done.

Red Planet Aseana City has become my night before going back to the USA ritual. It's always clean, comfortable and the staff is very pleasant. There is a coffee shop and 7-11 right next door and some eating options adjacent. It's also a quick Grab or taxi ride to nearby SM Mall of Asia. And it literally borders the airport so it only takes minutes to get to our terminal regardless of the time of day.

We stayed here whilst a 15hr transit, staff were super helpful, friendly and efficient. Staff organised our transfers to and from airport which was on time, safe and convenient. Overall stay for a few hours was comfortable. There is also a 7/11, Ramen restaurant, Pizza Hut and jolibee steps away from Red planet. Would recommend for a quick and short stay.

Didnt really walkaround the area but did go at the convenient store right outside the hotel. The hotel itself is simple but modern and very convenient. I had a good sleep and rest.
