Staff was wonderful easy check in and checking out was perfect. Air conditioning was good and very refreshing. The gym was clean and looked very comfortable for those who were exploring the gym they also had a pool by the gym. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable will stay there when we go back to conway.

Other than the workout room not having A/C it was fine. Exercising in 85* room inside. Pricey because of baseball tournaments in Conway and loud in lobby.

You can tell this place is new! I enjoyed my stay. The view of the roundabout was nice although there was a little road noise. The bistro had a few items as well as concierge offers some snack and drink options. Room service is not available. Indoor pool looked clean and inviting, as well as the gym area. Nice indoor/outdoor seating areas. The room was comfortable and offered upgraded amenities. I would stay here again!

Everything was spotless. Every employee from the lady at the desk when I checked in to the various employees on the grounds were working, friendly, and took pride in their job. It was a perfect stay.

The room was spotless. No smells at all. Bed was comfortable and sheets were fabulous. Great water pressure in shower. The microwave/fridge/ coffee station was unique. The night employee was incredibly courteous, patient, and seemed to be happy at his job. Teenager approved! Momma loved our shaker stay.

We had little black ants in our room. The ants were in our towels and on the floor in the bathroom plus in our bed! I woke up with ant bites on my legs!

I honestly don’t ever leave reviews and I am kind of a hotel snob, but this place was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We had no issues during our stay and check in and out were quick. There were tons of food options. I’d stay again.

The rooms appearance was great upon entering. Once we started our stay we noticed, no Kleenex, no trash bags in trash can in restroom, long hairs in shower. Hairs in the bedding. They normally have comfortable beds. Our king had some type of feather bed or something under the sheets because it was itchy and prickly. All night itchy feeling. My husband woke up and his eyes were swollen and one side of his jaw had swelling as well like an allergic reaction to something. All day we have had itchy eyes. I’m not sure if it’s the cause of the bedding or just coincidence. But this is the first stay I have ever left an unhappy review. And to top it all off, we reserved a hotel with an indoor pool for our teen. Pool hours were open but we could never get in the room of the pool it denied us access with both key cards.

This hotel is directly off of a busy road specifically where people seem to drag race so it was a terrible time sleeping. Our A/C did not work so it got very hot in the room even in December and the thermostat light did not turn off so it lit our entire room up the whole night. Would not stay here again. Building and room was in excellent condition. Seemed very new.

Soon after getting situated in our room we learned that our television did not work AT ALL! Not a single channel. When we called for help the response from the front desk was “yah, we got hit by lighting a month or so ago and some of the TVs don’t work. Yours must be one of them. We don’t have any other rooms so there’s nothing I can do” this is something that could have absolutely been brought to our attention at check in. Very disappointed considering the price we paid for the room.

We just stayed one night, but we really enjoyed the stay. It's close to restaurants and it was quite. The room was great, and the bed was very comfortable. They really did an excellent job of the room layout and furniture, and it had an amazing shower. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Fire alarm went on and on for hours. Fire Department came and all was well, but the front desk didn’t have the proper code to turn it off. “Management is almost never here on weekends.” Had to dispatch an alarm tech after finally reaching management. Alarm was blaring in excess of 2 hours

The person who checked me in was not very friendly nor helpful. Usually the front desk will say the elevator is over there blah blah blah. When I started walking in the wrong direction with my heavy bags he was like “oh the elevator is over there” I said sorry, I’ve never been here before. Besides having me fill out the pet form and ask for credit card and id he didn’t say anything else. Well, he asked why I was in Conway. After driving all day a friendly face and helping demeanor goes a very long way. I will stay here again because the hotel itself is very nice and right off of 40

The Courtyard Marriot Conway was very nicely designed and aesthetically beautiful, but, there are major areas that need attention. The first is the staff. The people we checked in with seemed very unfriendly, and fake. The only person I saw that seemed helpful and genuinely nice was an Asian woman. The cleaning staff were more friendly and helpful. This was disappointing considering how expensive the hotel was and how it compares in price to the other options. Also, there was no complimentary breakfast. For the price, I was disappointed to find this out. Lastly, the noise was a pretty big factor. The noise from the highway was very loud and we could hear kids screaming and jumping at 6 AM in the morning.

I checked in pretty late around mid night and the lady at front desk very nice by the way i asked if it was ok to get a late check out which was 2pm. She said yes but next day i had 3 people knocking at the door different times of course to check out told them what i was told then i get a called that check out was at 11 i told her also just a little frustrating i drove all day i just wanted to sleep.

This is a brand new property in the middle of a barren field. We thought breakfast was included when we booked on Expedia but it was not. Coffee weak. The pool is tiny, only a toddler could swim in it. Pictures can be deceiving. I wish we booked somewhere that had some things around it other than tire and mattress stores. Staff was nice though.

Our stay here was great. Close to the highway. Loved the bistro and bar. The food was very good. The room was clean and spacious. They had a pack n play for us to use for our toddler. Will be staying at Courtyard by Marriott anytime we travel from now on!

The hotel itself was very nice, but I had not checked in regards to breakfast. Alas, there is no free breakfast, but instead a starbucks that had (to me) way too high prices. We got breakfast at Sonic, and I will not make the mistake of booking a Courtyard again. I actually was very surprised to see a coffee shop in the hotel. I mean, this was Arkansas, not some big city somewhere!
