Misleading listing / incomplete amenities • Lack of access to common area • Service failure (check-in + support team Support was difficult to reach Not friendly and helpful to clients. False advertising

We initially stayed for 3 days and decided to extend for more than a week. Expecting that service and facility will improve . The apartment is ok which we appreciated. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip became unnecessarily stressful. Check-in and support are also problematic. When something goes wrong, it becomes very difficult to resolve because the hotline is extremely hard to reach and slow to respond. For a company that relies entirely on digital access, reliable and efficient customer service should be a top priority—but unfortunately, that was not our experience.

However, the biggest issue is the “fully digital” system. During our stay, the common area was inaccessible for several days. This became a major inconvenience, especially since the laundry room could only be accessed through that area. What was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip became unnecessarily stressful. Check-in and support are also problematic. When something goes wrong, it becomes very difficult to resolve because the hotline is extremely hard to reach and slow to respond. For a company that relies entirely on digital access, reliable and efficient customer service should be a top priority—but unfortunately, that was not our experience. This setup may work if everything runs perfectly, but if you encounter any issues, do not expect timely assistance. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their support system, as it currently does not meet the expectations they advertise.

Room was clean, good location. The pillows in the room were terrible, two very thin and poor quality pillows on the bed. Shower had great water pressure, however my shower head was cracked so it caused water to spray everywhere on full power. Room was very clean, and over all the stay was okay.

The room was clean and well located for local transport.
