Llegamos antes de las 12 y nuestra habitación estaba lista así que no tuvieron inconveniente en entregarla. Después de un largo viaje fue lo mejor que nos pudo pasar. Muy amables. El desayuno muy bien organizado, los tienen ya en cajitas. En pan delicioso. El Jabón y shampoo de lujo, puede parecer tonto, pero lo apreciamos. Hay servicio de chocolate, café y agua sin costo. En fin muy recomendable. Ah y el estacionamiento está techado.

This is definitely the best hotel we ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. We’ve stayed in some very high end hotels that still left a lot to be desired, but I would stay here every time I needed a hotel if I could! Everything was super clean! They were even cleaning the little room number plate when we arrived. There is free coffee day and night—and not just regular and decaf. Tons of flavors are available in two different machines in the lobby. The snacks for sale are extensive. We didn’t have a chance to really try the free breakfast because the beds are soooo comfortable and the blackout curtains are amazing! We slept until 10:30 every morning thinking it was only 7:00am because the blackout curtains blocked that much light!! (They are literally in a track with bushing to guide the curtain and it also fills any gaps—simply amazing! I’m in love!!!) I really can’t say enough about how much we loved this hotel. A+ service, A+ cleanliness, A+ comfort—everything was perfect and I can’t wait to go back!!!!!

El hotel está bien cuidado y se nota en la limpieza de las habitaciones, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y las habitaciones son amplias; además, tienen máquinas de café y agua 24/7 lo que se agradece mucho. El desayuno no es malo pero el formato es recoger alimento preparado y empacado, si no es tu estilo desayunar así y te gusta comer un buen buffet no es para ti. Para negocios es fantástico , seguro y rápido . Si ocupas imprimir hay servicio gratis, habitaciones con televisión moderna que permite hacer cast desde tu smartphone, solo un poco pequeñas las habitaciones .

Una muy buena opción. El hotel es nuevo, los cuartos amplios y decorados muy modernos con buen gusto. El desayuno continental está muy bien servido, bien presentado y variado, en un espacio sumamente agradable. Cuenta con estacionamiento subterráneo con espacios amplios (aunque algunos pasillos son sumamente angostos). El check in muy ágil y amables. Fácil para llegar, con vialidades cerca y con una plaza con restaurantes para todos los gustos. Súper recomendado.

Habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias con persianas blackout total. El hotel es nuevo así que está en perfecto estado y además todo muy limpio. Personal amable. El desayuno es sumamente básico pero cumple; Fruta, yogurt, jugo, cereal y café. Ese día había molletes también. Lo único que no me gustó es que todo en el desayuno se sirve en desechables, incluso el café en vaso de Unicel lo cual es un desperdicio enorme

Todo súper bien desde que llegamos en la madrugada al check in, el chavo del front desk super amable y fue todo super rápido, la habitación limpia, las camas cómodas, el desayuno muy rico! Me gustó la estancia y el personal es muy atento, solo el único inconveniente que tuve es que al momento de pedir el Uber y poner la dirección del hotel marcaba otra dirección mucho más adelante y tenía que poner la dirección de la pizzería Roma que se encuentra en la plaza que está a un lado y de esa manera pude llegar al hotel

El precio se me hizo razonable. Las instalaciones son casi nuevas así que todo funciona, todo está limpio y en buen estado. El personal amable. El desayuno es básico pero bien y suficiente: alguna variedad de huevo, fruta variada, cereales, pan y café (y con máquina para distintos tipos de café) y no hay restricción de porciones; de hecho, todo está diseñando para llevar. Yo, en lo particular, lo elegí por estar cerca de un evento al que iba pero no es un hotel que esté cerca del centro de Guadalajara (como a 11 km) ni está dentro de una zona de interés.

1. El desayuno no se puede servir tan mal, aunque sea buffet. Faltaba comida, variedad y la gente que está en el lobby ocupa lugares para el desayuno. 2. No deben cortar el servicio de internet antes del check out. De hecho, no deberían cortarlo. Era la segunda vez que nos quedábamos en este hotel y ya nos pasó lo mismo. La primera vez se excusaron con que había sido un fallo de sistema. Esta vez no pudieron sostener la mentira. 3. No es un hotel de 1,800 pesos la noche. Debería ser de unos 1,000. Creo que no volveremos.
