This place used to feel like a homebase with services like water and coffee available in reception. Not anymore. Must be trying to save $$. Room didn’t have sheets when we arrived and no staff on duty to sort out. Luckily restauant manager let us into housekeeping so we could find sheets make up our bed. Spa great if you get in early but late in day is overcrowded and no towels available. Rooms are good but this place not what it was two years ago.

A very comfortable stay despite the weather. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were exceptional, providing for all tastes. Thank you so much for the perfect ending to a great holiday.

Located in Arosa, AVES Hotel & Apartment Arosa is in the city center and on a lake. Werkstatt Chur and Bundner Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Arosa Lenzerheide Ski Resort and Arosa Ski Resort. Maran Alpine Garden and AdventureRooms Chur are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with ski runs and ski lifts, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and snowshoeing.
