Loved having bikes there to rent/borrow to explore the city. Would've liked a helmet. So happy our room was ready early on check-in day. Nice to have comp coffee - could use take-out cups. Great location and great hotel.

Good location, clean and fine breakfast. Nothing overwhelming, but for the price range ok. Parking in the hotel garage requires you to show your cars registrations documents, so the staff can check the measurements due to a lift system. Not ideal for foreign cars, as the documents are different for the German standards - so no parking was possible for me. Was left alone finding an alternative parking, as the staff knew little.

Nähe zum Friedrichstadtpalast und dem Regierungsviertel. Die Hoteleigenen Parkplätze sind leider nur Duplex die für ein höheres Auto nicht geeignet sind. Daher mussten wir in die teurere externe Parkgarage fahren.

Awful room that was so hot it was unbearable. Bed springs broken. Only one lift was working for a 9 floor hotel. No amenities for 18 month old child. The single rudest receptionist I’ve ever met in my life (I’ve complained to the Leonardo chain directly about her). All towels in the room had holes in them?! All in all, the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for 10 years!

Great location next to the train station and only minutes to Reichstag and other primary attractions. Rooms are on the small side so upgrade if you can. We had real issues whilst there with the lifts. One evening all three were out of actions. People having to walk up to 9th floor!! One lift out of action for the whole 5 days of our visit.

Sengen var lidt lille og lidt for blød til vores smag. Elevatorerne kører ikke så 'smart' så man venter lang tid på en elevator. Morgenmaden var fin nok, men ikke noget specielt. Baren var hyggelig og havde et udmærket udvalg.

Good hotel in a great location. Close to most of the sights and plenty of restaurants nearby. Only one elevator was working when we stayed so it we needed to wait quite often. Breakfast was very good.

El hotel está ubicado en una excelente zona. Y, aunque inicialmente nos pareció una buena opción de hotel, al pasar de los días no fue así. La regadera no funcionaba correctamente y nunca lograron arreglarla. Los elevadores se descompusieron los últimos dos días de estancia, así que era un caos bajar y subir a las habitaciones. Los baños de la zona de restaurante estaban asquerosos. Yo quiero pensar que tuve mala suerte, pues el hotel no parecía de mala calidad.

Great location right by the Friedrichstrasses S Bahn which goes to the airport. Lots of restaurants by the river Spree. Nice hotel bar good for a night cap. Hotel provided body wash only, no other bathroom supplies (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, tissues), no pen, paper etc. The hotel has AC which is great but could use some basic maintenance as it was leaking and there was black mold on the ceiling that takes a while to develop. The from desk seemed unfazed

The hotel is v large, so I would avoid the buffet breakfast - plenty of options nearby. My drains smelled bad, and the mattress was way too soft. But the room was light and modern, and in a convenient location.

The AC wasn’t working and so the room was extremely hot. I opened a window but moving the curtains brought so much dust into the room and on my open luggage. And it didn’t make a difference in terms of heat. The housekeeping staff kept knocking my door before check-out. I still had 10 minutes left so there was no need to be this persistent. Better to give space and let guests wrap up before they have to leave.

Room very small—even smaller than a Paris hotel room. Little storage space for luggage (we only had two backpacks and found it difficult). Furniture was worn. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower were fine. For the cost one can do better. Easy walk to transportation.

Für 300€ ein Zimmer in dem man noch nicht mal einen kleinen Handgepäckkoffer ablegen kann und sich mit zwei Personen ständig auf die Füße tritt, ich kannte das Hotel anders.

Det bästa är läget, vilket är mycket bra, särskilt om man kommer med bil. Det är enkelt att köra dit från autobahn. Frukosten är mycket bra. Buffén är inte den största, men fräsch och definitivt mer än tillräcklig. Den bör tilltala även vegetarianer. Rummen är lite trånga, sängarna hårda med plastöverdrag (kisskydd) över sängbotten och inga bäddmadrasser.

Hotel was okay, modern and mostly clean. Staff didn't help with issues well. The tablet in our room said we could request items from a list that we may have forgotten. We had forgotten a comb which was on the list. When I asked reception, the man looked dismissive if my request and told me to buy one at the train station over the road. One of toilet rolls in the room was heavily covered in brown stains which we choose to think was dried mud and not something else. The bed was comfortable and shower facilities good. The location is perfect, 5 mins walk from a train station that goes directly to airport. 5/10 walk to Brandenburg gate, memorial to murdered Jews of Europe and the main central road of Berlin. It was an average hotel.

Great people working at the kitchen/breakfast area. We arrived as a family with a small toddler and had requested in advance for a baby crib (bed), and also requested during check in (twice). Was never provided. And after the room was cleaned the sheets was dirty and couple of holes in them. Not a clean impression.

We were in Berlin for four days, doing a Rick Steves city tour, visiting museums, Checkpoint Charlie, and the amazing KaDeWe. Location: the hotel is very close to the train station and only a few minutes walk from a Lidl grocery store. And it's only about 100 m from the Spree river. Staff: the reception desk people were very knowledgeable and helpful and fluent in English. Luggage storage: We were able to store our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could have another day of touring without lugging it around. Breakfast: I can't talk about it because we skipped the very expensive hotel breakfast (22€ each) and ate our own snacks and groceries instead. Fitness center: I had to get my room key coded to allow access to the fitness center. (If you know you'll use it, they can add that access during check-in.) Elevator/stairs: one of the three elevators wasn't working while we were there. The main staircase connects floors -1 to 1-9. There's a way to use stairs to get to floor 0 too. View: Nope. Luggage storage: We were able to store our luggage at the hotel after we checked out so we could have another day of touring without lugging it around. Breakfast: I can't talk about it because we skipped the very expensive hotel breakfast (22€ each) and ate our own snacks and groceries instead. Fitness center: I had to get my room key coded to allow access to the fitness center. (If you know you'll use it, they can add that access during check-in.) Elevator/stairs: one of the three elevators wasn't working while we were there. The main staircase connects floors -1 to 1-9. There's a way to use stairs to get to floor 0 too. View: Nope. Great location next to the train station and only minutes to Reichstag and other primary attractions. Rooms are on the small side so upgrade if you can. We had real issues whilst there with the lifts. One evening all three were out of actions. People having to walk up to 9th floor!! One lift out of action for the whole 5 days of our visit.

Absolutely fantastic location. Very central. Great hotel. Rooms on small side but very clean, modern and well equipped. Staff all very welcoming and helpful. Lovely buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. We loved our stay in the Hotel and we loved Berlin!

Good hotel in a great location. Close to most of the sights and plenty of restaurants nearby. Only one elevator was working when we stayed so it we needed to wait quite often. Breakfast was very good.
