We had an amazing stay at this uniquely decorated hotel! The pool was wonderful, the restaurant had great food and the room was comfortable. The only minor complaint I would point out is that the mattress, which was definitely comfortable, sits on a slick piece of wood, which made it quite slippery. That made "activities" a bit complicated...but the challenge was fun anyway!

The place was amazing from the minute we walked in the door. Very cool tapestry, friendly staff. Area was kind of sketchy but not terrible. My only complain would be the 25.00 parking a day and on Saturday they host a pool party open to anyone therefore parking was limited even tho we paid.

The property is very economical and matches with their 3-star hotel type. Overall it was clean and comfortable with your basic necessities like shampoo, conditioner, wash soap. The room was spacious, we ended up upgrading to the corner suite, it over looked the pool and the parking lot, they did have a pool party and w heard all the noises. It didn’t bother us, but if you were looking for quiet… make sure you’re aware of the noise during weekends when they host pool parties. 3-9pm. Our room did have a leak in the bathroom tub area and issue with the TV, but they corrected it quickly. Location is close to the farmers market as well as other downtown dining options. It only took us around less than 15/20 minutes to get to any of our reservations. Which was a plus! The parking is self park for $20/day , there wasn’t any issues with finding parking though.

Hotel was clean, staff was helpful. My biggest issue was the “pool party” they had going from 3pm to 9pm on a Monday. Music was so loud, I could feel it in my room. Staff was accommodating and moved me, problem was new room was on the corner closest to I 30. This was a business trip, I kinda needed sleep. Also paying $20 to park your own car seems unreasonable.

The hotel was nice and artsy. The room we stayed in was facing the highway and you could hear the traffic passing but the bed was comfy and we slept good. The description states that there are 3 bars onsite when in fact there was only one. The 2nd one is the pool bar and is only open during summer. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Staff is extremely friendly, great service all around whether it’s at the bar, restaurant or the folks at the front desk. We had a great stay. The only complaint is one elevator was working on one side of the building, but those are maintenance issues that happened so it’s whatever. The area around the hotel is under construction so that was a little frustrating and there were quite a few areas with little mini tent cities across the street so that was a little bit alarming but other than that, the property felt safe. Recommend this location as close to the highway and Points of interest and fun spots for the whole family. Seems like a party place. I didn’t get to enjoy the weekend festivities as we were there for memorial day weekend and there to see a music festival. The pool area and bar are very lively and colorful. I think it’s a great place to bring Family or anyone really

Great stay, as expected. The only issue was parking on Saturday. There was some kind of private event and all the parking spaces were taken, even though we paid for the whole weekend. We drove around until someone was leaving. There were two spaces below, but people in the next space parked over the line, so we couldn’t park there. It was very frustrating!

Great weekend stay . Parking is $20 overnight & $10 during the day. No microwave on the property to warm our back up though! Room came with chromecast. So we were able to watch our favorite movie from our iPad.

This hotel has promise but is seriously disappointing. The online pics make it look trendy and fun but in person it’s just an old run building they seem to have repurposed into a hotel. It lacks so many amenities that a hotel of this price should have. The staff is all pretty rude and dismissive and overall it’s FLITHY. I mean, if you walk in your room barefoot expect to have BLACK feet. And our room a/c made a horrible screeching sound all night so getting a good nights rest was out of the picture. The water pressure is so bad you can’t properly rinse anything and the beds are very old and very hard.

This hotel was super clean and aesthetically pleasing. The hotel and room were super cute, the room was clean, and the water was super hot. The only downside was the water pressure was extremely low when taking a shower. The location is great. Just minutes away from attractions and great restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing after all the reviews I read to help me choose the Lorenzo. Bathroom was dirty. There was hair in the sink, on the vanity and in the shower. There was also residue from something in the bottom of the sink. Bed was rock hard and uncomfortable. The sheets had something on them. We slept on top of the covers. Room was dark. The lamps on either side of thr bed were broken and hanging straight down. Only one worked. Spent so much time on decor that they forgot practicality and about what their guests would actually need.

It does not feel like you're in a basic hotel with the art work throughout the hotel and rooms. The freeway noise is like white noise and the halls were quiet. The elevator doors are unusually slow to open/close so if you're on upper floors you'll have to be patient. It would be good to have artwork in the elevator as a positive distraction. It's a short and safe walk to the Kay Bailey Convention Center Dome over the highway overpass. If the convention center doors are locked, it's a leisurely 10-15 minute walk around to the front doors or underground parking doors.

The room was dark, the lighting was not sufficient for a room that size. The USB outlet on the TV stand was not functional. The foam mattresses slid off their stand and away from the wall VERY easily. Shower pressure was non-existent. The noise from the highway was significant. I only stayed here bec my conference was also here. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this to anyone.

The air conditioning unit didn’t not really cool the room down, it was ok but not as cold as I wanted it to be. The tv didn’t have any premium channels and trying to connect my iPhone to the tv was a huge hassle. I ended up giving up and didn’t even bother calling the front desk.

Easy parking. Smooth, quick check in. Really cool looking place. Room is amazing - awesome downtown view. Beds are nice but VERY firm. Even on the 9th floor, sound of traffic on the highway is constant. Not a bother to me but might be to some. Overall, great stay and will definitely be back!

Loved the furniture and the room. Everything was great with one exception. My only real complaint was the shower. Takes 15 minutes to get hot water which is ridiculous when your paying that price for a room. Also, the shower is a half-shower, meaning if you are not standing directly in the water the entire time(as in with someone else in the shower), you are freezing because there is no shower door or curtain to close to prevent cold air from blowing on your wet body. Why not add a sliding door or curtain or something??? very annoying and I've never seen this in any hotel I've ever been in.

The proximity to the convention center is great and the hotel itself is nice. Cool art and funky rooms, though poorly lit. The restaurant staff was attentive. The highway noise, however, is hard to convey in words. It is SO LOUD in the rooms facing the highway that earplugs and a white noise app can't even begin to drown out the noise. Do not, I repeat do not, let them put you in an east, north or west facing room. You won't sleep.

The hotel is nice. It's just outside of downtown, but a decent compromise for the price. The highway noise at night is unbearable, though. It was tough to sleep it was so loud. And their AC units don't have a setting to run the fan to drown the noise out. I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is pretty in the pictures online but in person it did not live up to expectation. The check in process was probably the worst part, the front desk receptionist was rude & VERY unprofessional. At the prices of the rooms for this hotel that was unacceptable! The manager did send champagne to the room after speaking with him about this but I don’t think that was sufficient enough for what we put up with. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was great itself! It is located in an area that looks sketchy outside. So becareful at night! It’s not located in the greatest part of downtown Dallas but the hotel itself was nice. When I booked thru hotels.com for two rooms for a girls trip I asked if rooms can be near each other and they did exactly that! So great full they accommodated that request! Staff was super helpful and nice to us! Kuddos to the bar/restaurant staff! Ugar was amazing!

You have to pay $20 a day parking fee per car. That needs to be listed prominently. The front desk on the day we checked in weren't friendly. Also we would call down to ask the front desk a question that would have just taken less than 10 seconds to answer and they didn't answer the phone. Then we walked down to the front desk and there were about 5 to 7 people down there doing absolutely nothing.They could've easily answered the phone call. I will mention the hotel is lovely and the overnight staff and the staff the next day were a lot more friendlier. It would've been 5 stars for me if it weren't for these two issues.

Hotel is pretty nice. Chose to stay here because the Hyatt and Omni were full. Checking in and later extending our stay was awful. The guy at the front, think his name was Jorge. Not 100% sure that was his name, but he had a pencil mustache and looked like his name should be Lorenzo. He was extremely rude and dismissive from the very beginning. We were thankful he wasn’t there at checkout. Other people were great. Close to the convention center. The pool was really nice.

Everything about my stay was great except for the horrible check in experience with the overnight shift. There was a woman who was awful to me. She had braids and was talking over the other woman who was trying to help me. She wouldn’t let me check in. I waited for 2 hours in the lobby after taking the redeye flight. I was exhausted and she said she couldn’t add a night to my reservation because I booked through a 3rd party. As soon as the morning shift arrived around 8 am, I had a lovely stay! I got checked in and even paid for an upgraded room so that I could have a bathtub. The hotel is very nice and the downtown location was convenient to the KBH convention center. All of the other staff besides that one woman were helpful and lovely.

Neat little hotel slightly away from the full hustle of the Downtown area. If you’re not opposed to walking just a little, there are plenty of things to do within a reasonable distance. My only knock, and it’s a small one, is that the showers water pressure was pretty weak. Not the worst I’ve had though. Would 100% stay here again.

The area is seemingly being updated with lots of construction around so the hotel stocks out quite a bit. There’s quite the number of homeless folks in the area. There’s security on the property to where you feel safe but the area is what’s driving my rating.

This property is close to the convention center, but it is across the freeway and the walk to the convention center is not pleasant. It is also quite noisy since the hotel is located on the freeway. The decor of the hotel is a bit odd and the room rate is high for the value delivered. I will stay in a different hotel if I have the opportunity to visit the Dallas convention center again.

The Staff was wonderful. The Rooms Amazing. The Bar and Bartenders were so convenient and Experienced. The area around the hotel is not great, but I noticed they are building it up. I would definitely Stay again.

Check in was quick and easy. Loved the artistic modern vibe to the hotel. The hotel bar had great drinks and appetizers. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Would stay there again.

Loved the theme and look of the hotel & room. Great restaurant, food was outstanding. Room ver quiet and comfortable. Great bath products. Only "complain" was the menu and dinner waiter informed us there was no room service for breakfast. When i ordered onsite to take to the room i was told they do offer it. Only mishap. Otherwise loved it.
