The overall the jasmine Palace was very clean and very tidy all the time. The staff was always present if we need anything, we could ask them anything and they would be able to help. We enjoyed the activities that the Jasmine Palace. There was one problem we had was that there was not a lot of choices on food. It looked like they were catering for non-vegetarian people.

The 5 star property is just by name because the whole resort seems quite run down and poor quality. The rooms had bedding with bubbles on them I had to call someone to come and change the sheets and they asked what the problem was. The bathroom smells of damp and marks all over the tiles of dead mosquitoes. The food is average and the same bland food nothing different. Limited choices same repetitive food with no flavour. Bedrooms are huge but not cleaned thoroughly every day just a sweep and bins emptied and loo roll refilled. It is lacking five star quality unfortunately seems a bit run down and in need of love.
