Nice place. Rooms can be hit or miss but we were one of the only families during the off season at the end of June and the service was great and staff were attentive. It could have helped that I'm Peruvian and spoke Spanish but nevertheless. The pool area is clean and beautiful. My son and daughter had a blast. The food that was included was great, causa, chicharon de pollo, chicken wings, soups, scrambled eggs and fresh bread and papaya juice for breakfast, overall not bad at all. Some flies occasionally but hey it's an eco resort and we're in the country so I guess it comes with the territory. They have a conference room, huge soccer field and kids games in the back. It's rustic but comfortable and a breathe of fresh air from Pisco itself. I was on a business trip but had to bring the family. For this location it was the best choice for my purposes. I could work half the day and spend the other half with them. Worth a stay if you have kids and are in the area.

Amazing little oasis in the middle of a desert of sand dunes. Fast check in, Omar was amazingly helpful in guiding us to the town’s key areas and where to go. He reserved an adrenaline sandrail ride that was the best part of the trip. After riding the dunes it was so refreshing to jump into their nice sized co clean swimming pool. Breakfast was good with cook to order eggs The hotel has everything you need, including AC, large TVs, modern restrooms. We got room 216 and it was very spacious and very comfortable. The parking is in a locked lot for safety. The sheets and towels could have have been of better quality, but overall the hotel was great.

Tener cuidado hay que separar elestacionamiento o te puedes quedar sin poder aparcar tu vehiculo, la piscina solo esta disponible hasta las 7pm, el desayuno mucho que mejorar, personal algunos buenos otros malos, habitaciones limpias, fasta equiparlas mas con friobar y plancha, habitaciones poco insonorizadas se escucha a los otros huespedes

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Huacachina. It was very conveniently located close to board/ski rental, dining and our bus stop, making it easy to arrive and depart. The hotel featured a nice pool where we could relax after a day of exploring, which was a great way to unwind. The breakfast was also good, providing a nice start to our mornings. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Huacachina!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist gut und sie verfügt über einen Pool mit schöner Sicht in die Wüste. Damit sind alle positiven Dinge bereits gesagt. In dem Zimmer befanden sich noch Haare vom Vormieter und wir hatten Besuch von einer Menge von Ameisen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt schlecht und es mangelte an Steckdosen. Das Frühstück sollte es ab 06:30 Uhr geben. Als wir um diese Uhrzeit zum Frühstück kamen war noch nichts fertig. Da wir um 07:00 Uhr zu einer Tour aufbrechen mussten, bekamen wir auf den letzten Drücker leider nur ein Rührei und ein trockenes Brötchen. Die Margarine war lange abgelaufen, der Rest noch immer nicht aufgebaut. Die größte Überraschung erlebten wir jedoch beim Checkout: Das Zimmer war über Expedia reserviert, der Preis lautete auf Euro. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bestand auf einer Zahlung in Nuevo Soles und nahm die Umrechnung mit einem völlig willkürlichen Kurs vor, so dass das Zimmer 40 Nuevo Soles teurer war als bei der Buchung.

This hotel is located right in the center. Great location and great staff. Reception was very welcoming. We were close to other restaurants and near the dunes which was perfect for an evening walk. Clean hotel and comfy bed. Thank you

Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, el hotel en general es muy bonito, ambiente tranquilo. El personal nos permitió luego del check out regresar para utilizar las facilidades de la piscina y baño. La comida del restaurante WAO!! El desayuno es tipo buffet: café, té, cereales, frutaas, panes, jamon, queso, revueltos, yogur... pedimos a la carta el tradicional ceviche y el lomo de cerdo. Aceptan tarjeta y efectivo. El lugar es mágico incluyendo la experiencia del hotel si quieres descansar del ruido y te gusta un ambiente mas relajado. 100% recomendado

The room was large and clean. It had working AC which was needed in the desert heat. Shower had warmish water but not hot. Toilet worked! We stayed in the only room that had a card key to enter so im not sure if it was an upgraded room and others didnt have AC. Breakfast was not anything to rave about. There was cheese and meats and cereal. Didnt looked to be getting replenished and the dining room was full. We ended up not eating and leaving to go on a tour due to lack of options.

The property is centrally located and very clean, but very loud all night. Music was loud until 4am. We did not sleep at all. Breakfast opens at 6:30am, but they did not open until 6:40am. We had to meet our tour at 6:45am. We did not get a chance to grab any breakfast.

Hotel building and grounds look fairly nice and well kept. Room is very bare bones, bed mattress squishy and old, lighting poor, lampshades torn, no place to put clothes or suitcases. Bathroom very user unfriendly, nowhere to put even a few products, toilet barely flushes. Haven’t showered yet so don’t know about that. Sheets on bed stiff and scratchy. Just a poor and uncomfortable hotel room for eighty some dollars per night in Peru.

This hotel was great for our one-night stay in Huacachina on our way to Nazca. The tour we were on recommended the hostel next door, but we splurged a little on a hotel instead, and were glad that we did. It was a Saturday night, and the town was quite lively, so having a quieter environment to sleep in was welcome. The breakfast was good and was available fairly early (which we needed due to a tour the next morning), and we had a very nice dinner in the restaurant. (Our waiter Rolly was very friendly and nice!) The room did not have a coffee maker or electric kettle, but overall was clean and in good repair. Our one regret was not having time to try out the swimming pool!

The receptionist charged us in soles (with disadvantageous exchange rate) when we said we would pay in usd, resulting in us having to pay more for the room. Breakfast selection was limited and the bread were very dry.

They tried to charge us about $35 USD extra at checkin. The breakfast was really bad. We had no towels on arrival. Room did not match the pictures. Staff was cold and impolite. Noise from other guests and properties was overwhelming. I would not stay here again.

The property manager contacted me a few hours before check in. He asked if we needed a ride from the bus station in Ica to the hotel - it was a nice touch, very helpful and appreciated.

When we checked in the front counter the attendant was not very friendly or welcoming at all. She barely cracked a smile and we were standing there just kinda staring at each other for a bit. when we got here, the weather was about 90° and the air conditioner in the room was off and the refrigerator was unplugged. It took quite a while for it to cool down. Lastly, when we came for breakfast at 6:30, they were not at all prepared and we only had just a few minutes to eat. The breakfast here is minuscule to say the least and with them being not prepared it makes it even worse. We only had 15 minutes to eat before we continue to our next excursion, but they were moving slower than molasses. I would NOT stay here again.

El problema principal fue que teníamos un precio al momento de reservar en la plataforma y cuando llegamos al hotel nos cargaron un 5% extra por hacer el cargo con tarjeta. Explicamos que este cargo no se mencionaba en ninguna parte de la plataforma y nos dijeron que ya lo habían notificado varias veces pero que no se habilitaban esas modificaciones en el anuncio. A pesar de que no estuvimos de acuerdo e intentamos discutirlo no te queda otra opción más que pagar porque si no lo haces técnicamente te quedas en la calle. Luego tuvimos un problema con el tema del desayuno, teníamos una excursión en la mañana y preguntamos si nos podían dar el desayuno en lunchbox a las 6AM pero nos manifestaron que era imposible porque el servicio empezaba a la 6:30AM y como un “favor” nos podían habilitarlo a las 6:20AM pero con cosas básicas como café y fruta. Claro esto quedaba a confirmar y debíamos preguntarlo con el encargado de la noche, se lo preguntamos y no tenía idea del “favor” así que nos quedamos sin desayuno y con un pago extra del 5%. No muy buena experiencia.

Had an overall decent stay in this hotel! The room was great and the showers were really hot which is perfect after a day full of sand! Make sure to bring some USD in cash with you to pay for your balance. If you don’t have any, they will significantly overcharge you in soles.

Good location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. We stayed on the first floor, it is a bit loud, but I doubt there are a lot of quiet places given the typical age of people who stay in the area. Rooms are very basic, fine for a night or two.

The property is centrally located and very clean, but very loud all night. Music was loud until 4am. We did not sleep at all. Breakfast opens at 6:30am, but they did not open until 6:40am. We had to meet our tour at 6:45am. We did not get a chance to grab any breakfast.

This hotel is located right in the center. Great location and great staff. Reception was very welcoming. We were close to other restaurants and near the dunes which was perfect for an evening walk. Clean hotel and comfy bed. Thank you

The hotel location was great and the room itself was decent. Only thing I missed was aircon, but fortunately there was an additional small fan in closet that I used to keep cool.

This hotel was great for our one-night stay in Huacachina on our way to Nazca. The tour we were on recommended the hostel next door, but we splurged a little on a hotel instead, and were glad that we did. It was a Saturday night, and the town was quite lively, so having a quieter environment to sleep in was welcome. The breakfast was good and was available fairly early (which we needed due to a tour the next morning), and we had a very nice dinner in the restaurant. (Our waiter Rolly was very friendly and nice!) The room did not have a coffee maker or electric kettle, but overall was clean and in good repair. Our one regret was not having time to try out the swimming pool!

The receptionist charged us in soles (with disadvantageous exchange rate) when we said we would pay in usd, resulting in us having to pay more for the room. Breakfast selection was limited and the bread were very dry.

Room was ok, however I found a big roach in my room, breakfast is very limited, coffee was cold, not many options. I believe this is over price for what they charge. Staff was very pleasant and courteous.

The hotel was what was advertised. We had to wait 15 mins outside as there was no one at the reception and they did not pick up the phone listed in expedia. The room was ok, but the toilet was broken and the water kept running all night, not filling the tank. The shower water was either boiling hot or cold, no in between. The breakfast was very complete and the staff went out of their way to make boiled eggs (instead of scrambled they were serving). The pool was nice. The internet was not great in the room, so I asked if I could use the reception office to take a work video call, and they did, that was nice! There is construction on the road outside, which made it difficult to cross to the oasis, but I managed to cross over a hotel across the street.

Nice place. Rooms can be hit or miss but we were one of the only families during the off season at the end of June and the service was great and staff were attentive. It could have helped that I'm Peruvian and spoke Spanish but nevertheless. The pool area is clean and beautiful. My son and daughter had a blast. The food that was included was great, causa, chicharon de pollo, chicken wings, soups, scrambled eggs and fresh bread and papaya juice for breakfast, overall not bad at all. Some flies occasionally but hey it's an eco resort and we're in the country so I guess it comes with the territory. They have a conference room, huge soccer field and kids games in the back. It's rustic but comfortable and a breathe of fresh air from Pisco itself. I was on a business trip but had to bring the family. For this location it was the best choice for my purposes. I could work half the day and spend the other half with them. Worth a stay if you have kids and are in the area.

Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, el hotel en general es muy bonito, ambiente tranquilo. El personal nos permitió luego del check out regresar para utilizar las facilidades de la piscina y baño. La comida del restaurante WAO!! El desayuno es tipo buffet: café, té, cereales, frutaas, panes, jamon, queso, revueltos, yogur... pedimos a la carta el tradicional ceviche y el lomo de cerdo. Aceptan tarjeta y efectivo. El lugar es mágico incluyendo la experiencia del hotel si quieres descansar del ruido y te gusta un ambiente mas relajado. 100% recomendado

The hotel was in a great location and we barely had to walk far to get anywhere. One annoyance we had was that our shower didn’t work properly with very low pressure and we weren’t able to control the temperature. Apart from that we had no issues, the breakfast was nice with eggs provided on request.
