This is a fantastic setup - I have never to a place without staff, but it was super easy to get into the building and room. The room was humongous- would be great for a week! The location was dead center to Lisbon, everything was easily accessible from it. There was a public carpark about 5 mins walk, though also street parking around the area.

We stayed here for one night prior to a morning flight. Perfect location for walking into the city. Endless restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Parking is difficult in this area without any reliable nearby options. We had a rental car and decided to return it a day early to avoid dealing with parking, which wasn't a big deal because Ubers to/from the airport were only around 9 Euro. Would recommend and would stay again.

The location was good, at the bottom of the hills so after you eat all the delicious food, you walk downhill! The parking garage across the street is nice and easy to get to once you find it. The owners are really friendly and helpful. (Make sure you find the email or communication with how to access the building before you arrive because the owners are not there 24 hours a day.) There is an elevator for you and your luggage. This is nice because several hotels do not have one. Our room was nice, facing the street, clean, and comfortable. We had two twin beds that we pushed together. The beds were comfortable and a couple of different pillows to choose from. The kitchen looked well stocked but we did not make anything. There are so many restaurants to choose from. I recommend making reservations! Overall, I would stay here again! Oh, it is close to where the cruise ships come in, so that may be nice if you want to extend your trip!

We would definitely stay here again—perfect location, gorgeous design throughout, luxurious soaps and soft linens, and a lift so you do not need to navigate stairs. The property manager was so kind and welcoming. Overall, a surprisingly amazing value. Thank you for a wonderful start to our trip!

We stayed one night in Emporium before our flight home. THe room was clean and very well decorated, Great view with the bay windows. The hotel is very well situated and at walking distance of everything. No parking on site but a 24h public parking is less than 2 minutes away from the hotel, just have to cross the place. Will stay again if we have the change to comeback to Lisbon.

Convenient to the Metro but in a very touristy area. Menus shoved in your face every 2 minutes as you try and walk. Entry is very dark at night with the only light being the code box. Felt unsafe. Restaurants blasted music until midnight and then moved tables and chairs directly under our window. Room had concrete floors and was very dark at night with cheap, uncomfortable furniture. I felt like I was staying in my garage. Rug with turned up edges was a serious trip hazard. The handle to the fire door in the hall was unattached. That could have been deadly in a fire.

Hands down, the most beautiful place we have stayed. I wish I lived there. So big, so well decorated. Hooks everywhere! You can hear the church bells so clearly from the bathroom:) Staff on hand during the day. Stay here if you’re wanting something central to a lot of what Lisbon has to offer.

What a wonderful apartment to stay in while in Lisbon. It is one of the largest rooms we have seen in the city and the bathroom was spa like. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying here again on a future visit.

Fun place to stay. Cool vibe. Rooms are huge! The owners are very nice and helpful. They will schedule reservations and get transportation arranged for you. Be aware though - the restaurant next door gets really loud at night. If you want to sleep before 11 pm it may be hard if you are staying in first floor rooms. The owners are aware but there is nothing they can do.

Emporium suites in Lisbon was wonderful. Our apartment was extremely spacious, comfortable, equipped with all we needed. It is a guesthouse and doesn’t function like a full service hotel but digital check-in was smooth; the owners provide entry codes and they are very responsive on WhatsApp. The young woman in the office (one of the owners?) from 10 am to 2 pm was helpful and friendly. The area is delightful, very close to the pier, to the Metro and buses, and to the praça do comercio, walkable to great sites, restaurants and shops.

This is an incredible place. We travelled with family and rented 3 rooms for a week. All of them were equally fantastic. Sofia and Sandra were super responsive and helpful. The rooms were spotless and regularly cleaned. The location was perfect- close to places to eat, shopping and tourist sites. Would go back in a minute- highly recommend.

Great location for ease of exploring Very helpful friendly staff that helped us many times from arranging taxis, train schedules, bus schedules, day trip recommendations and restaurants. Next to a noisy restaurant but nothing some earplugs didn’t fix and seems to be a common thing in Lisbon.

Great location for people to take cruise, only 10 mm easy walk. Also near the many attractions. The staffs were very warm and friendly. Facility was very clean and have everything we need for simple cooking. 9 mm to walk to Pingo Doce supermarket. Highly recommend!
