Pool was closed for renovations, with no prior communication. And, my room wasn't ready until 5pm. The location is amazing, and the facilities are very clean. The staff were friendly.

This hotel is so convenient to visit the CN Tower, Aquarium. The hotel has very good facilities with a gym, workout/bike room and pool/jacuzzi. The hotel breakfast was really great and included pancakes / french toast, plus a good dinner options with a kids menu. A first class hotel, would highly recommend.

Delta Toronto has a fantastic location adjacent to some of the best restaurants, Rippley’s Aquarium, CN Tower, Roger’s Stadium, Museums and other attractions. Great facilities gym, exercise room, pool, hot tub, in-house restaurant and bar. Had a great experience and would recommend highly. Can’t wait to return.

Gorgious view from the club level room on the 43rd floor, looking at the harbour, comfy bedding and pillows, clean room and staff was super friendly. Pool/steam room was nicely updated and change rooms were clean. Fitness room was great and had a beautiful view looking at the CN tower/steam whistle building n water views. Definitely recommend and continently located around a lot of attractions.

Delta Hotels is connected by the “PATH” and you can get a lot of places to shop, eat, and stay out of the snow or rain. The Path is connected to Union station and it’s super easy to navigate from the airport to this hotel by train. The room was comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows. The 24 hour gym is clean and well equipped with cold water and towels. The pool and hot tub were clean and the attached locker rooms were great. I loved staying here and I will certainly stay here again!

Everything about our stay was good other than housekeeping leaving our door open after cleaning. We returned to our room to our door open a crack which was less than ideal. Nothing was missing and everything else about our stay was great. Super convenient location for all the activities we had scheduled and very easy to get to the train back to the airport.

We had a lovely room with a beautiful view overlooking the lake, which really made our stay special. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, and we appreciated their helpful attitude. However, there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. First, we had to repeatedly ask for our room to be cleaned properly, as the initial cleaning was not up to standard on several occasions. Second, staying on the 33rd floor proved challenging because the lifts were frequently out of service. Of the three lifts available, only one was working for most of our six-day stay, leading to long waits and overcrowding. On one occasion, staff kindly took us through to use the service lifts, but this was not offered again. Overall, we enjoyed the stay thanks to the fantastic views and friendly staff, but would strongly recommend that the hotel improve its housekeeping consistency and urgently address the lift maintenance issues. We would be happy to stay again if these improvements are made.

This hotel is beautiful and well kept. Our room was spotless. Refrigerators come standard in the room. I requested a microwave and it was delivered in a timely manner. Thank you to the staff because they were very welcoming.

The Delta hotel was extremely clean everywhere: the lobby, bedroom, pool area, gym and the women's change room. All well maintained. Particular mention needs to be given to the Valet staff and the front desk. They were very helpful with my questions/requests and very kind. Exceptional service. We only enjoyed the restaurant for dessert one night and that service was top-notch as well. Well done Delta Toronto! We'll be back.

We changed our room 3 times in 4 days due to noise from tbe rail way tracks. We dealt with 3 diffetent managers who told us they will be helping us the following day and the information was not passed on from manager to management. Nice hotel, clean, helpful staff but noise level specifically from rail way tracks are a problem. Breakfasts was 9k and services relative slow. Thete are no shower caps or vanity packages in the bathrooms. Resort is clean and house keeping very good. So i give it a 4 star. Definitely will not stay there again personally.

Hotel was surprisingly quiet. Room was spacious, modern and comfortable. Indoor tunnel connected to Union station is a big plus in a cold Canadian winter day. Breakfast selection was average and the price expensive. Otherwise an enjoyable stay with family.

Amazing hotel. Went to jays game. 3 minute walk from hotel. Hotel staff is the best I’ve experienced. Friendly and accommodating. Great hospitality and atmosphere. Great food at restaurants. This will be my hotel of choice when visiting Downtown Toronto.

We were going to a Jays game, when we pulled up the parking lot read full (looking back, there was likely room for guests) We pulled into valet and one attendant took our car and another took our bags and immediately checked us in early. Bravo

Our check-in experience was wonderful—the staff were amazing! They even found someone who spoke our language, which made us feel especially welcome. Everyone was kind, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful—super clean, with a lovely bathroom and a stunning view. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The only downside came during checkout. We were expecting to get our $300 deposit back, and were told to wait while someone checked the room for any damages—which was totally understandable. However, the staff member assigned to do this went on a lunch break and forgot about us. We ended up waiting for about 30 minutes, which was frustrating as we had plans in Toronto and were running late. When she returned, she simply said she forgot and didn’t offer an apology. Instead, her coworker came over and asked if we wanted a drink, which felt a bit dismissive. It was a disappointing way to end an otherwise great stay. I just wish the checkout process had been more organized, especially given how wonderful everything else had been.

Friendly staff, effortless valet, and a perfect location within walking distance to everything. My corner room with a soaking tub had amazing views! Great late-night food and drinks, coffee and breakfast options, plus an excellent lobby restaurant. Amazing stay — can’t wait to come back!

The location was fabulous for our night at the Jays game. Lots to do around the area and variety of food. Our train arrived late but tried to check-in at 3:00 pm and the room was not ready? We waited an hour before heading back to the front desk…checked in a room that was ready! Very frustrating after a 3 hour trip to get there and should have been accommodated right away.

Stayed a night after the Raptors game. As a former hospitality business manager, I can say this Delta is managed very well. Friendly and professional front desk staff, rooms were clean (and I inspect as I would due to previous job), and the breakfast at SOCO was very good. The waiter we had was one of the best I have ever experienced, unfortunately I forgot his name but I let the front desk know he was exceptional. Will stay again if ever in the area.

Hotel has a very good location. Easy walk to CN tower, harbor front, aquarium, Union Station. Also plenty of restaurants around. Room is spacious and clean with beautiful view of the harbor. Overall we had a pleasant stay at the hotel with some minor issues. First, my room is on 31st floor. Elevators for the high floors stopped working from time to time, causing long wait time on some days. Second. I got a bill for valet parking but I didn't even have a car. Talked to the front desk and finally get it sorted it out.

I had a buffet in a restaurant. The coffee was so strong. Nobody could drink it. That’s my only complaint as a coffee was way too strong never drink coffee that much. I only took two steps and I threw the rest away.

We ordered room service one of the nights and we were extremely disappointed with the quality. Our order consisted of the Soco burger with sweet potato fries and a pizza. The fries were covered so had become soggy and there were a total of 9 waffle style fries. The burger was good. The pizza looked like a 3 year old made it with pepperoni thrown in heaps on it. The service was great and the staff were all very professional, friendly and efficient. The breakfast was delicious.

Spotlessly clean room, Great Lake views. Evening meal menu was a bit limited. Breakfast buffet choice was great. We were not made aware of an addition to our bill of 2.5% due to a special event. This was a surprise when I saw the final bill breakdown as this was not mentioned when we checked in!!
