My husband and 2 children was passing through and needed a convient and easy place to stay while on our way to florida. We stayed here for 2 nights and the selection of restaurants to choose from around there was good and within walking distance. The room was clean besides the bathroom handle being loose and not turning. Pool was more green than blue. Had a couple of guys staying next door to us and both nights they stayed up until midnight with loud music, laughing and talking.

Pretty decent standard hotel. It is small, the bathrooms are the size of a half bath, so be warned. The pool is not open yet which is weird for April in Alabama. That was thw only reason we even chose this hotel. But glad we did as there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff are friendly which is a huge plus.

The front-desk staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was in great condition, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel breakfast is very minimal, but got the job done for me. The main area of improvement is the cleanliness of the rooms; it wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either.

Photo on website is out of date/inaccurate. Front desk staff are surly and rude at best. The listing list amenities that do not exist. No fitness room/gym, no pool. Its bare bones, stains on pillow cases, smoke from room below comes up into the ones above. Definitely would NOT recommend.

Horrible experience!!! Woke up to maintenance outside the room working on routine repairs at 8:44am. I was told he did not know that there was anyone in the room. The room smelled horrible due to the HV/AC unit being off! It smelled like stagnant water and cigarette smoke. The bathtub had a large crack in the bottom, would not hold water. There was dust everywhere throughout the room. Stains on both comforters. Upon checking out the staff member on duty was very, very rude when I pointed out the issues. He informed me to go and complain to the third party booking company I used. Thank goodness because I travel for a living, I knew immediately how to grab the iron and check for bedbugs! I will NEVER be back! There are many other options within seconds away on the same road! I can’t believe anyone would stay there unless (it’s a need for a very cheap) room and you’re able to overlook filth.

The room was dirty, it felt old and cheap. The beds were rock hard with three half pillows with very little filling. The towels had permanent stains from the years of use. The hot water lasted for a minute or two before turning cold for the rest of the shower and other guest. Considering the new hotels around this one, they will need to do a major renovation to attempt to compete.

Room was clean and bed comfy. However toilet seat was loose and hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast, was cereal and waffles. Juice was watered down. Overal stay was pleasant.

We checked in late at night after a long drive. First, the outside didnt look like the pictures, and neither did the lobby. Not a good sign. I decided to check the room before letting my family in. The room was nothing like the pictures, so clearly they were outdated. There was blood on the first set of sheets. I went back down to get a different room. Sheets were clean. The beds were all metal on the bottom, and the bedding was sparse, with holes. But it appeared to be freshly laundered, so we decided to stay. The beds were awful. Not comfortable, and anytime you touched the side a metal sound rung out. The tub felt like it might fall apart under my feet. All the furniture was falling apart. The biggest grievance is that the breakfast was not what was pictured on their website. I imagine they get away with this by saying its "continental", which means many things. But when you have pictures of pastries, bread, a toaster, a crockpot, and a chafing dish, then none of those things are there, thats fraud to me. Take the picture off your website. It was cereal, waffle maker, juice, apples, and coffee. Thats it. It certainly was not worth $117/night before tax. This was a $65/night hotel at best. I would pay $20 more a night and stay elsewhere. I posted pics below of what was shown and was it actually was.

The hair dryer did not work, the in room coffee maker did not work (well, it made 1/3 cup of slightly colored water all while it was sputtering and hissing. The shower had no pressure. Your shoes stuck to the floor when you walked. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The breakfast was passible except the OJ was empty. Breakfast was basic but ok. The room was clean. The staff was attentive. Every time you stopped using the internet for a few minutes, it would disconnect.

We had a dog with us and paid the $30 pet fee on top of the $50 deposit for damages. When I checked my bank account they double charged me the $30. I called and they tried to act like one is a pet fee and the second was a $30 deposit. Neither of them mentioned 2 separate charges. When trying to check out the man behind the counter was dead asleep. I tried to wake him but didn’t budge. If you’re expecting a nice hot breakfast try Waffle House or Cracker Barrel. They had yogurt, cereal that you couldn’t get out of the dispenser and the waffles weren’t good at all. The beds were fairly comfortable but the frames squeak loudly. AC worked great.

Room was good the front desk service checking in was terrible and leaving was terrible checking woman had a bad attitude for no reason and I was just there a week ago and it was nice which prompted me to return again but definitely don't have to worry about me coming back anymore

The room was dirty including the bedding and bathroom. No real care for the property. Overall, did not feel like a safe area to stay, and worried about my car outside. Would not book at this hotel again.

We stayed here because it seemed to be a location away from any rough areas. We were in town for a family reunion. The room seemed clean until you walk across the floor in white socks, there's no carpet. The telephone didn't work properly when I tried to call front desk because the TV didn't work, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask for help. It was fixed when we returned back from dinner. The breakfast was nothing like the pictures, it was slim pickings and the OJ was more OJ water. Some guest decided to just get coffee (which was good) and go elsewhere for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It rained so we didn't get to enjoy the pool.

We had a dog with us and paid the $30 pet fee on top of the $50 deposit for damages. When I checked my bank account they double charged me the $30. I called and they tried to act like one is a pet fee and the second was a $30 deposit. Neither of them mentioned 2 separate charges. When trying to check out the man behind the counter was dead asleep. I tried to wake him but didn’t budge. If you’re expecting a nice hot breakfast try Waffle House or Cracker Barrel. They had yogurt, cereal that you couldn’t get out of the dispenser and the waffles weren’t good at all. The beds were fairly comfortable but the frames squeak loudly. AC worked great.

The front-desk staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was in great condition, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel breakfast is very minimal, but got the job done for me. The main area of improvement is the cleanliness of the rooms; it wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either.

Room was clean and bed comfy. However toilet seat was loose and hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast, was cereal and waffles. Juice was watered down. Overal stay was pleasant.

We checked in late at night after a long drive. First, the outside didnt look like the pictures, and neither did the lobby. Not a good sign. I decided to check the room before letting my family in. The room was nothing like the pictures, so clearly they were outdated. There was blood on the first set of sheets. I went back down to get a different room. Sheets were clean. The beds were all metal on the bottom, and the bedding was sparse, with holes. But it appeared to be freshly laundered, so we decided to stay. The beds were awful. Not comfortable, and anytime you touched the side a metal sound rung out. The tub felt like it might fall apart under my feet. All the furniture was falling apart. The biggest grievance is that the breakfast was not what was pictured on their website. I imagine they get away with this by saying its "continental", which means many things. But when you have pictures of pastries, bread, a toaster, a crockpot, and a chafing dish, then none of those things are there, thats fraud to me. Take the picture off your website. It was cereal, waffle maker, juice, apples, and coffee. Thats it. It certainly was not worth $117/night before tax. This was a $65/night hotel at best. I would pay $20 more a night and stay elsewhere. I posted pics below of what was shown and was it actually was.

Overall the room and stay were fine. There were some small issues. The sink had no hot water. The hair dryer did not work, the in room coffee maker did not work (well, it made 1/3 cup of slightly colored water all while it was sputtering and hissing. The shower had no pressure. Your shoes stuck to the floor when you walked. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The breakfast was passible except the OJ was empty. Breakfast was basic but ok. The room was clean. The staff was attentive. Every time you stopped using the internet for a few minutes, it would disconnect.
