Place is clean and convenient

Horrendous hotel, DO NOT BOOK in this hotel it is the worst experience I had. No one will help you because there is no one in it, si if you have a problem you cannot get help. Room was dirty, cold and infected with insects.

This is a fraudulent listing that nearly killed me and my family. I booked the Economy Triple Room, 3 Twin Beds. Listing: 172 sq ft (Doubtful, maybe 128ft is I'm being generous) Sleeps 4 (In 3 twin beds?) 3 Twin Beds(Honest) Room amenities Bathroom (No bathroom, There's community bathrooms) Shower (No shower, There's a community showers) Towels (Honest) Bedroom (stuffy 16x8 room with a sink and a single chair) The photos of the room online are not of the room provided. There's no art on the walls. No bedside tables. No private bathroom or shower. Photos of the town's community pool passing it off as their own. Community bathroom: no soap, shampoo and paper towels, Just empty dispensers. Community Kitchen: No coffee, tea, nothing. Dirty floors, broken showers, mold. We hitched all day, checked into the room. Nothing but disappointment. There's no staff. The number posted on the wall doesn't work. Got the text message with the room number and code. It's a cramped room with no ventilation or climate controls. We decided to take a nap but the room smelled mildewy and sour so we opened the window. There's no device to control how much the window opened. No screen or any sort of security. The window opened to a garage parking lot. Whatever, we're tired and need some sleep. At some either through incompetence or malice a pickup truck pulled up to our window and was left running. I don't know how long but we wake up dizzy and disoriented, packed up and left.

Our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, our room was clearly not ready. It looked as though the cleaning had been started but stopped partway through. The trash can was left in the hallway, the room key was still in the door lock instead of the designated key box, one bed looked like it had already been slept in, and the other didn't even have bed linen. The room was not properly cleaned. There were bread crumbs on the floor, a hairpin left behind, the room had not been vacuumed, and the sink was dirty. The men's bathroom was in such an unhygienic condition that it was impossible to use the shower. It was simply too dirty to be usable. What made the situation even more frustrating was that we were unable to reach the staff at all. We tried contacting them via WhatsApp, phone calls, the Hotels.com messaging system, and even the guesthouse's landline, but received no response through any of these channels. As of today, my messages still have not been answered. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, the room not being prepared for our arrival, and the complete lack of communication made this a very poor experience. I cannot recommend staying here.

Water leak from the roof ceiling during the rainy night. After reporting the leak and bowed in ceiling, We did not get any replacement room and later back to hotel, found our room locked with no explanation. We ended up searching for another place to stay overnight. Our prepaid room was locked out, service staff on property were given no directions
