My Suite Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Principe Real

This was my first time in Lisbon. I stayed in June during Saint Anthony Festival I had a pleasant stay in my one bedroom apartment. I was greeted by staff and was provided map with main sights to see which I appreciated. The bed was comfortable, clean and the hotel was on a quiet street. There is no elevator but staff did help with the luggage. I would say the only thing I would recommend is for tub to have a grab bar due to the tub being so high. I would return, the front desk staff were kind and helpful.

Wonderful place in Lisbon, would stay again. We were in the top floor (2). Everything we would want from a stay, with taste. Quiet. Very walkable. A bit tricky to get via car, but manageable.

The host allowed us to drop ourbags off earlier than checkin. She provided us instructions on access and the neighborhood. There was no laundry access. There were some issues getting hot water consistently.

We spent 5 nights at this hotel as a group of 12, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is cozy, well located, and the rooms are impressively spacious. The outdoor terrace was a real highlight—perfect for relaxing in the evening. The front desk staff were exceptional: always friendly, helpful, and full of great advice for getting around the city and arranging transportation. Their support truly made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and warm hospitality. Muito obrigado !

The location had the old town charm for Lisbon and easily walkable to dining, shopping ,etc. We were only there one nigh but for a longer stay it was small for more than 2 people. The street is also very narrow, including the streets leading to it, making it difficult for cars to get in and out. It was a tight squeeze for our Ubers. Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Hôtel type appartement plutôt sympa dans l'ensemble, avec un bon accueil. Il faut faire bien attention à sa localisation, en haut de Barro Alto, donc un peu difficile d'accès à pieds. Seul avis négatif, l'isolation assez mauvaise. Il fait assez froid notamment dans les pièces où il n'y a pas de chauffage.

The stairs to the room did not have railings to hold on. It was very dangerous for elderly guests. The sofa bed was peeling and looked awful. Expedia does not provide a thorough description of the property. We repeatedly asked for 3 separate beds and we’re not provided.

Located in the heart of Lisbon tourist area with authentic feel and abundance of things to do around you. Spacious and well furnished comfortable suite. No elevator though. If have disability neither the hotel nor the area its located are convenient

sehr freundliches und bemühtes Personal, gute Lage in Bairro Alto, viele Restaurants im unmittelbaren Umfeled, trotzdem recht ruhig, Supermarkt etwas weiter entfernt (10 Minuten zu Fuß), Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen nicht wirklich, Auto macht in diesem Stadteil keinen Sinn, wir haben unseren im übrigen Land genutzten Mietwagen deshalb einige Tage früher als geplant zurückgegeben wer gut zu Fuß ist, ist in dieser Herberge und in Lissabon allgemein gut aufgehoben, vor Ankunft leider wohl keine Kommunikation zwischen dem zentralen Reservierungsbüro und dem Front-Desk im Haus, da unsere im Vorfeld per E-Mail mitgeteilten Informationen im Haus selbst nicht bekannt waren, Abfluß des Waschbecken war bei Ankunft verstopft, es hat fast 36 Stunden gedauert, bis die Säuberung des Abflußrohres erfolgte, recht dunkles Zimmer im Keller, Frühstück auf dem Zimmmer einfach und eintönig, lediglich die frischen Obstsorten wechselten etwas, gut ausreichende Mengen trotz der genannten Einschränkungen würden wir dort nochmals unterkommen wollen

Ótimo lugar para se hospedar em Lisboa. Lugar Limpo, organizado e recepção bem simpática.

In großen und ganzen war es sehr schön. Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer mit Schimmel im Bad, aber wir könnten am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer nehmen.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de varios restaurantes y bares, muy limpia, la cocina muy completa, excelente servicio, excelente comunicación con la gente del local cerca del transporte público, muy recomendable

Tive uma ótima experiência no My Suite Lisbon Serviced Apartments. O apartamento é confortável, bem equipado e muito limpo, ideal para quem busca praticidade e conforto durante a estadia. A localização é ótima e o atendimento foi excelente. Recomendo e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar.

Buona posizione per visitare Lisbona vicino al quartiere della movida ma non disturba con rumori, poco piacevole passarci in tarda serata. Pulito e ben organizzato, camere molto grandi e ben attrezzato in cucina. Buona qualità del divano letto. Se capita un vicino di camera rumoroso si sente molto.

The property was perfectly located to explore the surrounding area of Lisbon and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and bright.

Struttura pulita e in posizione ottima , sia per ristoranti che per il centro città. Camera spaziosa e bagno comodo e pulito . Unica pecca il divano letto che aveva l’ultima parte dei piedi completamente sfondata e risultava molto scomodo . Mentre il letto matrimoniale perfetto.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite with capacity for four (one full bed plus two bunk beds in the living room). Overall, I would enthusiastically recommend the property for the following reasons: -The suite was spacious for our family of four to relax during down time. The living area was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. -The location was both central in the Bairro Alto neighborhood yet also on a quiet street seemingly a world away from the lively bar scene just a couple of blocks away. There is plenty of dining, bars, Fado, mini-grocery, etc. nearby. -The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had no problems checking in during normal hours (I believe 8 am to midnight. Older reviews expressing difficulty checking in might be from covid-era restrictions). They even let us store luggage after check out time until we were able to check into our accommodation at the airport. -The property is reasonable to reach via public transportation. With luggage, the walk from the Metro station is strenuous but doable. -The price was very reasonable for family accommodations in a central, walkable area. Some things to be aware of: -We appreciated the patio outside our room, but rarely spend time outside because it is somewhat of an aerial shared space with the rooms on floors above ours. -Now that I am more familiar with Lisbon, I might have tried looking in a different neighborhood that was more central to Baixa- the nightlife was not a priority for us. Very nice place in the middle of Barreio Alto. Easy to walk to everywhere. Nice little kitchenette. Nice big bathroom.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped us in so many ways. Even before we arrived, they offered to help navigate the city. The apartment is very cute and spacious. The location is great. Right in the middle of restaurants/bars area of the city but quiet inside the building.

Pas vraiment pratique quand on arrive apres 16h, on a attendu plus d’une heure quelqu’un car l’appli ne marchait pas. Le staff n’est vraiment pas sympathique ni aidant. La propreté est faite au strict minimum. Je ne conseille pas cet établissement

The staff at the property at the reception and other were very helpful during our day and kept checking whether we needed our rooms cleaned or needed anything in the room. They were always open to help and suggest what we should be doing. The property itself was decent with a double bunkbed but the only concern we had was that there was no oven in the property or a kettle or a working toaster which made it very difficult for us to bring stuff that could be cooked in the flat. Also there was only a pan as the option to cook. It would be useful to have an oven in these properties so that you could bake or cook something else when needed. The property itself is at a elevation so it requires a lot of walking back-and-forth to stations going down is fine but walking back up is quite an issue because you can’t even get a Bolt or an Uber as the streets are very narrow and they struggle due to cars parked on the side of the roads making very difficult for them to navigate through the roads the area itself is quite niche and a good area but remember with Children and adults it requires a lot of walking and very good and healthy lungs

My Suite Lisbon is een absolute aanrader. De ligging is in een rustige straat dichtbij winkels en leuke knusse restaurants. De indeling van het appartement (2A)is top. 2 badkamers een ruime slaapkamer en een woonkamer met een stapelbed en een tuintje. Erg fijn is dat er een keuken aanwezig is met koelkast en een nespresso apparaat. Het uitgebreide ontbijt wordt op de kamer gereserveerd. De mensen bij de receptie zijn erg vriendelijk en maken je verblijf tot een zeer aangenaam vertoeven. Kortom een dik verdiende 5 sterren beoordeling.

Large apartment in good location. Pics don't really make it which relate to the apartment you are booking, and we were a little surprised when our apartment for 4 was a double and bunk beds. Also, we thought it was poor that every drink, chocolate bar etc in the fridge... and even the tea bags and coffee pods was chargeable. Never had that experience previously!
