This was/is the worst property. There is a window to check. No lobby area! No trash cans in the room. Very unsafe feeling. Paint chipping all around the room and outside. Threshold into the bathroom is raised about an inch soooo very much a tripping hazard. Upon entering the room was full of scented perfume we needed to brew coffee several times to be able to have fresh air. Upholstered chair provided was stained, ripped, handle broken. This property should NOT be listed .on Expedia. Expedia is too good a service to have this on their listing! I also need to check to see I haven't been charged twice. I booked used my One Key AND was charged at check in? So need to investigate if I have charged twice! Thanks for listening and I trust you will act on my suggestions!

The TV did not work. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. Check in was very sterile(we couldn't even go inside the office but had to stand outside in the cold like little orphans.)

Place stunk, it was dirty and the sheets had blood stains and hair from the last people that stayed. Hookers and trannys walking the parking lot. My daughter was at the car out front and a car stopped like they was gonna take her. We was down for a state competition and had not clue if the are we was staying. Never said anything to the 1 person working as I figured nothing would be done. I will not ever be back to stay at this nasty hotel

Random tweakers knocking on your door in the middle of the night looking for drugs. The rooms are not renovated like it says and they are beyond disgusting. Dirty sheets, dirty floors , dirty walls!

This was an older facility. The walls in the room were not clean, ie boogers. A poer strip with the cord cover exposing wires. Bug traps behind the fridge.

My stay was awful there was feces on the wall there was cockroaches there was crash and all kinds of dirt and dust and everything behind the headboard it was completely unclean and uncomfortable when complained about it was told no refund and that was all they could do

Nasty all around. Not to mention flies and gnats in our room. We were from out of town and had no idea of the condition till we got there. Website doesn’t have updated pics of the rooms. This is more of a rent by the hour hotel if that’s what your into. Oh and can’t forget the cockroaches. Gross all around

The showerhead or water pressure needs to be adjusted. Even with moving the showerhead the floor by the toliet was wet and thats with the shower curtain all the way closed. The bed sheets need to be thrown away as it looked like they were lightly stained and it didnt come out. Same with the towels (which i didnt use but to step on) king size bed should have more than 3 pillows. Need a tv channel guide in the room, local list of places to eat, phone book is from 2022. The photos online did not match what the room looked either.

The room was unsafe. Resting on the headboard of the bed was a board that had been screwed into the drywall, but was pulled out and just laying there. They also charged me more than what was listed on my reservation through Expedia. I had reserved two rooms and the hotel had charged an additional $11.40 for each room. I would not stay at that hotel again.

Nothing like the one in jackson. I stayed at the townhouse inn in jackson mo then the one in cape girardeau. The one in jackson 10 stars the one in cape 2 stars so its woryh the 5 min drive

Bed spread had 3 or so cigarette burns in it. The office chair had stains and small rips in it that I covered with their towels to sit in. Pillows were flat! Had to fold three times to sleep. Had coffee maker, micro and frig. Old building and it looks like they are trying to update it. Great price for a night to travel through but not sure I would stay here again.
