Can’t beat location; so close to all shopping and dining, yet secluded on a quiet street. Rooms have all been upgraded; comfortable, clean, thoughtful details. No staff onsite, but responsive.

Super clean and comfortable, quiet, very close to Portsmouth's adorable downtown. No front desk, but easy checkin and the staff was very responsive through the hotels.com app and via text message. Excellent self-serve espresso machine in the lounge -- best hotel coffee I've ever had!

Very clean and comfortable room that was pretty nicely decorated, as well as a chic and sunny common area, but it’s not exactly a hotel. More like renting a room than a true hotel experience. There is no onsite staff or designated lobby. You let yourself into a shared use building, then ultimately your room like you would a vacation rental. Would definitely expect more of a hotel experience.
