The room was clean, breakfast was ok, staff was friendly. Our bathroom was postage stamp size and required a step up. That was concerning since my husband has some mobility issues. We climbed 19 steps to get to our room as well. The deal breaker was parking was off site. Didn’t know that until after reservation was confirmed, non-refundable of course. Walking to your car, pulling luggage over uneven pavers was difficult. I would not recommend to older travelers like ourselves.

We had a great stay. Our room was beautiful. Clean. Check in was a little confusing to a traveler who didn’t know where things were, & St Augustine has a bunch of one way streets & the streets are narrow. Our check in was across the street. Parking was 3 blocks away. The breakfast was wonderful. Again the place was beautiful ! My only complaint was the bed was hard and we had hard time working the TV remote.

Good location. Lovely Historic Home. Excellent Breakfast with complimentary water, soft drinks, coffee and wine. Limited bathroom space. Lots of stairs to rooms. Parking for loading and unloading was abused by other customers who parked while they ate breakfast instead of using the spaces and freeing them for others. Long-term parking was nearly five blocks away.

Walking distance to most everything. Quiet side street location. Great employees. Free car parking is 3 blocks away but found we didn’t need to use car so it was not an inconvenience.

Not handicap friendly… stairs & no handicap parking. Need a golf cart shuttle to get your car in their lot which was much too far away to walk (20 minutes)for elderly patrons . Coffee service needs REAL 1/2 & 1/2 not little coffeemate cups of imitation chemicals. Rooms as shown in website are very small in reality. Breakfasts were outstanding.

Beautiful place in the beautiful setting. Exceptionally thought through rooms with beautiful antique furniture which is complemented by very nice modern amenities. Nice sitting area and dining room for breakfast. Coffee all day with fresh homemade cookies. Nice and quiet location away from busy crowds. Parking is couple of blocks away but the loading area for 4 cars is sufficiently accommodating

We really enjoyed everything about the Victorian House. It was clean and quiet. It’s a couple of blocks from the busy areas so pretty quiet but still walkable to everything. The staff has great hospitality and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at Victorian House! The room and bathroom as well as the sitting area in our bedroom were pristine, bright and tastefully decorated. The staff was very courteous , helpful and went out of their way to make our trip super pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and very elegantly presented. The homemade cookies that were available throughout the day were absolutely decadent! It was fun to meet and chat with other guests while nibbling on simple but delicious appetizers and enjoying a glass of wine or two, …during happy hour. The location is perfect-walking distance to shops, restaurants, historical sites, … It was a special treat to stop by the kitchen to get a cool drink before going back to our fresh room. If we go back to St Augustine, we’ll definitely stay at Victorian House!

The lodging was beautiful and very convenient to the historic area. The breakfast and service was excellent, though when the facility is full there will be a long wait for for seating. The food was excellent, especially the baking. Check-in needs to be explained prior to arrival, there is no check-in at the house you need to go across the street. The decor is excellent and bathrooms beautifully updated and if you like a hard bed this is the place for you. Bring a sleep mask; the whole area is very well lit, but you think it's daylight all the time. Afternoons on the front porch was especially nice.

Quaint bed and breakfast within walking distance to the Bayfront. Staff was very welcoming. The room was a bit outdated. The shower is in the bathtub 2 feet from the bed. Difficult to get in and out of. Loved the balcony though for more space. Breakfast was delicious but they ran out of water after one glass and never refilled the pitcher. The fresh homemade cookies were a lovely touch! Overall I would stay again!

Room see up was interesting with shower as part of large jet tub. Hard to get in and out of. Afraid to use ceiling fan due to how much it shakes. Bed was comfortable and room styled Victorian was nice. Great breakfast. Just did not seem worth the cost of room

We loved our stay! The room was small, but had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed and pillows and soft linens. If we wanted to take a break from sightseeing, the rocking chair front porch was the place to sit and relax. Breakfast was delicious and huge! The two ladies taking care of breakfast were pleasant and accommodating. The location is pretty perfect. One block from the bay, where we sat and watched the tide come in one morning, literally caddy corner to the oldest street in America and a historically significant house, "the Bart" gallery and wine bar ❤️ is 1/2 block away, as well as, some good restaurants. I could go on and on, but everything is within walking distance, for the most part. We took an Uber to the amphitheater for a concert. We are going to see another band in September and we were going to book here again, but the prices were higher, even though one of the locals told us it was a slow time of year and some of the restaurants close for deep cleaning. Anyway, to sum it up, we very much enjoyed our stay at The Victorian!

When we arrived, Martha, our host, was waiting and gave us a brief tour and went over breakfast options and showed us a map of where we were. Very informative and helpful in planning our activities. There is only parking for 3 cars onsite, but other parking is available nearby. The suite had an enclosed porch and was very comfortable. Location can't be beat-2 blocks from the waterfront, cathedral, Flagler College, and the Lightner museum.
