Such a fantastic hotel experience! Everything was amazing from start to finish: from the very spacious room to the fantastic breakfast. The staff in particular made such a HUGE impact on making this experience so memorable and wonderful. HUGE thanks to: Jovi, Arthur, Peter, David, Finn and Johan who went above and beyond to assist us with all queries and made our time here so smooth and seamless. Each of them are such a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them - they even helped us with how to order a new suitcase. The most wonderful stay of our 2-week time in South Korea and China. THANK YOU!

Overall the staff is superb, professional, friendly and very helpful, including cleaning staff. However the bathroom needs some TLC, there's weird smell entering to the shower stall, bathtub is cracked and water doesn't flow properly in the sink.

Very clean, beautiful large luxury rooms, great gym facilities, Excellent breakfast. Impressive foyer. Good location not too far from the forbidden city. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Room was very big and clean. Very good location too and there was a good breakfast spread. Staff went above and beyond to help, especially when we needed to order in food.
