I’m not sure this hotel gets a 9.0 rating. It was a good hotel, maybe a solid 7.5, but nothing more than that. It was clean and quiet but has zero amenities.

The property is newly renovated - new fixtures, beds flooring and paint. Very clean, and easy to get to many food options. Crosswalks leading to places so you can walk. A very friendly family owned and operated establishment. Thank you for a good night's rest and comfortable stay.

Older motel exterior entrance style, renovated rooms very clean, friendly staff, rooms are recently furnished and very comfortable, plenty of hot water in shower, ample lighted parking. I have stayed here a number of times on way to Florida. Close to restaurants

This Deluxe Inn was very clean and dog friendly. We did not bring dogs on this trip but good to know for next time! Quick check in. It is like a Motel 6 style but all cleaned up! Beds are comfortable and very clean.

It was very clean and the room was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. However, we had to pull our luggage up the steps to the second floor because there was no elevator. Also, we had to leave a $100 deposit that we received back once they inspected the room to be sure there was no damage. Once the room was inspected and there was no damage we were allowed to leave.

The wifi was excellent. I had to run a three zoom meeting for work, and the connection was fantastic. We got the queen room, since it has both a table and a desk so my spouse and I could both work. One quick note: the hotel puts a $100 hold (a hold, not a charge) on your card to cover against damage or smoking, which takes a few days to fall off.

Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered, very unprofessional. Also, the bathroom tub had clumps of a woman’s hair in the tub meaning I highly doubt they are cleaning the rooms between guests.. gross.

We were impressed with the lobby all the cameras and the lighting in the parking lots. It appears that the owners have tried very hard to update the interiors of the units, but that would be an ongoing effort that requires a bit more attention. Clearly these were units that once allowed smoking. This odor cannot be removed with fresh paint, linens, and flooring. It needs to be remediated like a fire with excessive smoke damage had occurred. The stink is still there, and caused me to suffer with a headache the entire next day. Its great that carpeting was replaced with vinyl flooring, but we dripped a few droplets of water on the floor and used a towel to wipe it up, and the towel was blackened with dirt. The toilet seat was not tight and falling off the toilet, and the TV was very difficult to navigate. On the positive side, the bed was VERY comfortable, the refrigerator had a freezer section, and the A/C unit was adequate. If the floors were scrubbed/mopped better and with clean water or solvents, the TV controls better and the toilet seats attached, this would have been a higher rating.

This motel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was excellent and the location was well lit and quiet. We arrived late at night and with two kids had no trouble checking in, and had no worries about safety. We had an excellent nights sleep and will definitely stay here again when passing through. We highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to or through Fayetteville.

Exceptionally clean & quiet, even though there was a dog in the next room, i couldn’t hear any noise. Although my room was towards the back, my motorcycle was safe and unbothered. THIS PLACE IS GREAT, i couldn’t believe how nice it was, for the price. DEFINITELY stay here!!!!!

The Deluxe Inn was one of the cleanest hotels in which we have ever stayed. The outdoor areas were also very well maintained. Parking was easy and near our room. Staff were friendly, and restaurants were plentiful and close by. Our dog was also welcome there. We highly recommend the Deluxe Inn.

It was an inexpensive hotel and had some remodeling done. There was tons of dust and a couple dead bugs that you could see behind the night table and couldn’t use two of the plugs between the beds as one was broken and one looked burnt. Bed mattress was very cheap. But we were just there one night and left early.

The staff to begin with was very rude and non professional I should have trusted my instincts and left but I still paid. We went to the room and it was filthy I went to the desk to ask for a refund and waited over an hour and still got no where.. I will Never book with them or use the hotels.com website again to book

Really one of the nicest places I’ve stayed! They actually called me that morning and gave us a first floor room as my mother is 94 and satires are difficult. The owners are warm and welcoming and the rooms are perfect, even for a long stay. Has an actual fridge and microwave. Great place! And directly across the street from Waffle House!

The staff weren’t very friendly and lacked the knowledge and communication skills that I required for my specific stay. I hired a decorator to come and decorate the room. I called 24 hrs before check-in to confirm that this was okay. They said that it was and would make a note on the reservation. The decorator arrived and they wouldn’t let her back. I called and tried to figure it out and they were rude and disrespectful. When we arrived same thing, rude and mean. I will not be staying here again.

No breakfast but burger king is a simple walk next door. Mcdonalds is down the road. Divided road so you have to go past your destination and then do a U turn. Room was clean. Bed was pretty good. Old building with rooms that have been somewhat updated. Has microwave and fridge but we didn’t use them. Shower head/ water pressure was good. Would stay again for an overnight place that is quick and easy to get to off I95.

We like that the hotel is located and right off of the highway, with easy access going either South or North. We also enjoyed that there were several eating outlets in the area. The staff and management we're a great help by accommodating us. This hotel has options to have three beds in a room which made it much easier when traveling with teenagers. The only thing that could make this stay better is, if they had a light breakfast.
