Lovely hotel perfectly situated a three minute walk from Plaza Mayor. The ground floor reception and bar area is beautifully decorated and has a lovely smell. Large rooms, and high quality offerings at breakfast. Would have been nice to have some outside space to sit and relax, but otherwise no issues

My favorite hotel in Segovia! Breakfast is amazing and hotel is so comfortable. My only suggestion is to allow people who aren't staying in hotel to pay eat breakfast. We tried to do this for friends who couldn't get a reservation and had to stay at another hotel only to be told that they couldn't pay to eat.

Not a 5 star hotel. The only good thing was the view from our room. The hotel is seriously understaffed and the existing staff had nothing to do with a 5 star hotel, no greeting, no smile. You have to park yourself and the hotel is much further from the center than mentioned in the description. Room itself was kind of dated with visible decay seen on the walls. A very bad experience that will not happen again. This terrible app won t let me update photos.

A stunning converted monastery with breathtaking views of the valley behind it. We stayed in a beautiful large and clean room with a balcony overlooking the valley from which we saw hundreds of swifts whirling around us, storks flying in the distance and birds of pray hovering waiting for their next meal to show up. The hotel has a really good restaurant and bar and the breakfast choices were excellent. Very nice and helpful staff were on hand at all times. The hotel is very conveniently located for the old town and a short walk away from the Roman viaduct which is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.
