Great spot to stay in Bueno Aires and the roof pool is fantastic. The rooms are nice and breakfast in the morning is a plus. In Palermo a beautiful part of the city. Will definitely stay here again.

Tivemos de desligar para conseguir dormir, mesmo no calor. Banheiro: 8/10 com bom chuveiro e espaço dentro fo esperado. Café da Manhã: 9/10 muito bom para a categoria. Academia: 3/10 com todos equipamentos precisando de manutenção, além de pouquíssimos pesos. Piscina: 6/10 pois precisa de manutenção também. Há um interessante e agradável gramado. Excellent location and physical property with a great roof top pool and saunas. The rooms were spacious and the terrace was very nice. Overall great property. Breakfast staff was not engaging so that lowered my delight for the property however beyond that good stay.

Be aware that they will charge you a fee for each day your pet stays with you. First time in my life where I have to pay also for the pet stay. Breakfast was pretty rough for what you pay. Staff was friendly. Room wasn’t super clean. There are some quirks all over the hotel. If you’re picky, this is not your place. Overall, its a very ok hotel.

Room was fine. We got a deluxe with balcony-it faced the back of the hotel with a bunch small “ balconies “ with ac units and a large building/ construction. Too noisy to sit outside. The hotel welcomes pets- I think a cat must have recently stayed in the room ( I m allergic) so, difficult to manage. The location was great.

Porém, o isolamento acústico do hotel é muito ruim e isso acaba estragando parte da experiência (principalmente na hora de dormir). Era possível ouvir a pessoa do andar de cima andando, barulho da porta abrindo e fechando, mas de rodinhas sendo arrastada. Para um hotel 4 estrelas, deixou a desejar, por conta dessa questão do isolamento acústico.

Friendly staff, good price point and superior location make Pleno Palermo a great choice. The one bedroom suite was spacious and had a great layout for the three of us adults. Some of the interiors could use updating but all was clean.

The room was perfect. I worked remote for a week from this hotel and the wifi was perfect. Also the room was very sound proof so I didn’t hear anyone playing music or watching tv. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was so friendly.

10/10 customer service, we needed early check in with our baby and they were able to accommodate + they provided a crib. Breakfast is very good, lots of options. Room was cozy and AC worked well. We forgot a blankie in our room and the hotel staff was quick to return it to us. Location is amazing too, very safe. We walked everywhere and tried a few places

Big shout out to the front desk: Ignacio, Lucas, Gaston and two ladies whose names I sadly didn't get. They were all so kind and patient with my limited Spanish, and luckily spoke English to help point us in the right direction to everything from restaurants to nearby shopping and sites to see. The room was very comfortable, and the hotel I felt was in a perfect location for all we wanted to do, which included taking a Hop On Hop Off tour, visiting the Ecoparque (former zoo), and the Parque Almirate Gonzalex Fernandez. All of which was in walking distance. And then there was the breakfast. I sadly did not get the names of all the wonderful people working so hard there every morning to set out all the great options and even cook eggs to order if we wanted. But they did a great job making sure nothing ran out. Everything was tasty and there were enough choices to satisfy both my husband and myself so we could leisurely fuel up for our day's adventures. If we're ever lucky enough to return to Buenos Aires, I would definitely stay here again if space was available.

This is how was very good for the price. Pretty centrally located in the Palermo District. Good restaurants in the area. Unfortunately it rained when we get there in the area does get flooded. It’s on the same block as the most famous steakhouse in Buenos Aires. Staff was friendly, spoke in good English and accommodating.

O hotel é muito bem localizado para quem quer aproveitar a região de Palermo, pois possui muitos restaurantes legais na região. O café da manhã estava excelente, e a equipe do hotel foi muito prestativa. A única ressalva é que os quartos deveriam ter um aviso que todas as tomadas são 220v, infelizmente não conferi com os funcionários do hotel e acabei queimando um secador que levei. Fora essa situação a estadia foi super agradável, recomendo.

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in an excellent area and everything is very walkable. The beds are quite hard and the air conditioning is very cold. My big complaint is the restaurant which is rated by Michelin. The complementary breakfast is wonderful, but we ate here on our last night and three hours later I was on the floor of my bathroom being violently ill for the rest of the night. It ruined the next several days of travel. Also, as a hotels.com silver member I was entitled to 20% off food and beverages once during my stay but the restaurant wouldn’t honour this.
