Great hotel close to the airport, we used it as our final hotel for a two week vacation before flying out. It's in the airport business park, so many restaurants, shops, etc. are going to be a 10 minute drive away. It does have a coffee trailer on site, with free delivery to your room.

I had an early flight so decided to stay the night before. I couldn't have chosen a better place. Free shuttle bus, spotlessly clean, spacious and great price. It is worth noting that the free shuttle doesn't run weekends, which I forgot for the next morning when arriving Friday night, but it's a $15 Uber so not too bad.

Quest Melbourne Airport was a good place to stay, no issue with the room, receptionist was efficient but not super friendly, and we needed to go back for another keycard as we only given one. The man driving the free shuttle was friendly. Two issues - Firstly its not very close to the airport, not within walking distance, we read that taxi’s were happy to take you to the hotel, ours was not. And secondly the free shuttle the hotel has doesn’t run on weekends which travellers should keep in mind .

I liked the flexibility on check in and check out time as per my request. (10.30am and 11am) respectively. Also, the location was perfect. Only 6mins to airport. This allowed us enough time to get to airport on time and avoid heavy traffic. On the negative side of things👇 Room was not clean/tidy. Where do I start…. After requesting for room to be serviced, dirty dishes not cleaned, rubbish not removed. Beds were re-made in same sheets? First day of check-in, there was only 1 face washer for each room. We booked a two bedroom apartment for 5 guests inclusive of our toddler. We requested for toddler cot, the foam used was the worst thing I have ever seen. It was dirty, black marks on the edge, it was also torn. That form would have made our son very sick. It’s a health hazard. We are so glad we did not put our son to sleep in that. Understaffed shifts was highly noticeable. This explains all the shortcuts staff have to use in order to clean this rooms and do a quick turn around. Microwave was also not working. The list is endless. Will never book here again.

The staff were really nice and accomodating. We didn't give it 5 stars because we found that we had to clean the bathroom basin (slightly dirty) and the towels smelled a bit. The bedrooms were good and we liked that we had the option of having a kitchen at our disposal. Overall, we would stay there again.

Without exception, staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were extremely clean, tidy and well equipped. Although close to the airport the hotel rooms were very quiet and we weren't disturbed by any flight noise. The property is situated in an industrial area and a fair distance from any services or shops, however, Quest had meals ready for guests to purchase and heat in their room or chargeback from local eateries who could deliver. A very convenient location for people flying in/out of Melbourne.

Pillows were uncomfortable and the bed very soft. People on the floor decided to party all night with loud music- this has nothing to do with the hotel- just rude and inconsiderate selfish people. The staff were very friendly and courteous! The room was spacious and very clean. I will be coming back again but i will be bringing my own pillow

Stayed 4 nights. Overall stay was quite enjoyable with all amenities in the room to make it feel like you are at home. Reception and check in was quick and easy with everything explained on arrival. Required extra towels and laundry detergent which housekeeping supplied within 5 minutes of asking reception. Only thing that was a downside was the WIFI. Kept dropping out and losing connection. Tried to connect a google play device to tv but couldn't connect to Wi-Fi so was stuck watching free to air tv channels.

We had a 2-bedroom unit. Was clean, tidy and spacious with kitchen and laundry facilities. The hotel is away from everything but we had a car so it wasn’t an issue. Parking is free. Plenty of supermarkets nearby and around 5min drive. Considering it’s in an industrial area and near the airport it’s relatively quiet.
